Alpine Recovery Services – Arlington Detox and Rehab Services

Alpine Recovery Services – Arlington is listed as running intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Combined treatment is not recorded, which is worth checking before committing. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Trust me don't waste your time, money and self respect. They will take yourself respect not to mention your money. Set up an appointment for an evaluation and told them beforehand that I was on certain medication would… that be an issue? They responded no shouldn't be an issue... So I paid cash for the evaluation. At the end of the evaluation they told me I need to stop my medication I was like what! After being very upset about it I agreed to stop my medication. Like really I didn't know they were doctors too! Not to mention the old lady that did my evaluation had to go out every chance she got to suck down a cigarette, smokes like a freight train...... so you're going to be deep in your addiction and then you dictate to me how my life's supposed to be I don't flippin think so. Started attending treatment and they would randomly give me drug test to see if the levels of medication in my urine was decreasing, hence meaning I have stopped using the medication. They continue to say that the levels of medication in my urine was decreasing but little did they know I did not stop my medication. Then one day sitting in class I get this strong wiff of urine coming from outside of the classroom. This told me that not only do they not send their urine out for testing because of money they tested right there in the office for the presence of substance not the level........and dump it down the sink. In short they are bunch of thieves and liars don't subject yourself to this. There are a lot of other reputable places.

Alpine more than saved my life. I started going to Alpine before I stopped using asking for help and I got more than I ever expected. I got a new way of life and a new family. The staff goes above and beyond anything I… could have imagined. They genuinely care about the people who walk through the door and are available and willing to help with whatever comes up. I walked in those doors broken and not believing I mattered to anyone including myself and with the help of the staff there and my program I now know different. I am not a bad person I am a good person trying to get well is something my counselor taught me that I say to myself every morning and have become to actually believe. So thank you Lynn Dee, Greg, Kevin, Stephanie, Dave, Sandi, Jessica, and Kiara for all being a part of my journey and believing in and genuinely caring about me when I couldn't believe in or love myself. I will never forget the kindness you all showed me in those dark days.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Alpine Recovery is a complete scam. After doing some digging and calling around to other providers, not a single one had anything positive to say about this place — and now I see… why. The staff is unprofessional, disorganized, and clearly not interested in helping people. They had me sign unnecessary paperwork and then refused to release my evaluation results until I completed their intake — even though I paid for the evaluation. That’s not just shady, it’s unethical. I have a legal right to my own medical documents, and the fact that they tried to hold them hostage says everything. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

It's night and day how people are when they come in vs where they are when they graduate, I've had people say that about me and I've seen it in others. Of course it doesn't work for everybody and we all have our ups and… downs, but this program is truly effective.

This place isn’t good I went here for 8 months, I did everything in my power to just make through without really doing the work, but then when I finally was honest with them and was truly ready to get sober, they… discharged me. Which showed me that they never actually cared for me at all, I was just a paycheck to them. When I was at my most vulnerable, and begging for them to give me a real chance, they gave up on me. Which tells me everything they told me, while in IOP was never true. So if you’re really looking to find a staff that will care about you and your well being that knows real addicts then I suggest you find another treatment facility. This place really let me down, I thought they were good at first until things got real then they dropped me when I needed them the most. So please my experience here was very real unfortunately and at the end of the day I felt worst then I had when I started everything that they told me turned out not true. That’s all I have to say. If you want to save yourself from a similar situation I strongly recommend finding a treatment that will care about you until the very end.

Alpine Recovery is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped through their doors, I was greeted with warmth and compassion from the staff. Their dedication to creating a supportive and welcoming… environment is truly commendable. The counselors at Alpine Recovery are not only brilliant in their field but also possess an incredible knack for teaching. Their approach to therapy is both insightful and easily digestible, making the journey to recovery feel less daunting and more manageable. I found myself grasping concepts and techniques with ease, thanks to their skillful guidance. I definitely recommend Alpine Recovery to anyone who is serious about embarking on the path to recovery. Whether you're struggling with addiction, mental health issues, or any other challenges, the team at Alpine Recovery is there to offer unwavering support every step of the way. Trust me, you won't find a more caring and competent team elsewhere.

I went to Alpine when I was lost and needed to find my way. I cannot thank the folks who run the place enough. I was guided through a process and had to face some challenges along the way. If you are looking for a place… to begin your sobriety journey, this is the place. I have found so much more after I graduated their program. It’s a beginning to a new life, if you desire one. After reading some of the other comments, I felt an obligation to give this place praise. Are they perfect, no. But who is? I highly recommend Alpine Recovery for the beginning of your sobriety journey.

THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE FOR YOU. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY YOUR MONEY. My Mom accidentally paid a payment twice, and tried to get the refund for the double payment, and they would just… keep saying the person wasn’t in that handles that, every single day, for weeks. So one day she went in and asked about it and was yelled at, that she can’t just come in and ask that she has to call. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE FOR YOU. Go somewhere else for your recovery that actually cares for you, this place just might make you relapse.

Get a detailed plan on paper with their writing and signatures. This place keeps changing their story and each time it requires more treatement and more money. You will all be classified as crack heads to make sure it’s… the most costly service. Do a simple search and google will bring up countless unhappy people. Alpine is the reason people relapse l. If you relapse it’s more money for them.

Do not use this place! Their counselor Mr. Powell adds his own ideas and make believe charges so that they can present it to the courts so that they can make money off of their victims. Adds fake arrests and charges of… DUI when there was no DUI. They counsel in their best interest and not the client. I am disgusted at what I read tonight. They clearly can not read reports and turn falsehoods into truths. Shame on you people!
