You have to jump through non stop hoops if you want this medication. But it's worth it cuz the staff is amazing. They make our WA State Methadone program (a program that sucks and needs to be updated due to Fentanyl)… just bareable enough to show up the next day and the next day until you level up to once a week or once a month visits. I'm at 4 weekly visits after 6 weeks and I can't wait until I only have to show up once a week!

I have almost a year clean from fentanyl and meth. I really found my strength by seeing a receptionist named Evonne. Everyday, i saw her and she is so caring and sweet, giving me strength i didn't know i had. i talked… to her and because she was nice to me i found a way to go forward and succeed at staying clean. I thank TTC, my counseler, but most of all im grateful to Evonne. I will miss seeing her until i do.

This, is a Very Special place, UnLike Any Other Location To provide these Specific services. The Level Of Real Empathy I feel Coming From A Number of these People Is Authentic. Heart felt and Well meaning. That is Hard… to Find In a Place that deals with the Most Tragic and most Painful Subjects and Losses imaginable. The Director, is a special Woman. I feel that in both interactions Now. She means her mission and she is Trying to hear you even when she doesn't understand you. That, isn't Common anymore. Give people a chance to show you Who they are and you will see quickly, that this kind, who does See you, is becoming Rare. So. I appreciate every Effort They make to Be driven to a Valuable Purpose. Helping Others Is a Meaningful life. . It is what we should all Strive for. To be Thank you TCTC you Are.making a Big Positive impact on this World. Keep Doing that! :-)

I want to thank Evonne and all my friends and staff I just am grateful for weekly pickups. I just got 6 months clean.

These people all need a year of sensitivity training and a year of ethical behavior. They refused to help me because I don't break the law to obtain drugs. They also flat out lied to me and asked me to come in and be… examined by the doctor and when I got there they just wanted to ridicule me in person by repeating this isn't pain management! Because I don't buy from a dealer on the street, apparently because I haven't broken enough laws, I'm not eligible. I would have been fine hearing this on the phone. I feel like these people get off on humiliating you, so if you enjoy this, great. Don't expect to hold on to any dignity when you ask for help. I wouldn't even give one star. Sick, twisted experience.

I'm new to this place but it seems to be extremely helpful and supportive I've nothing but good things to say about this place and the one that work there Thank You To every one that works there extremely helpful

Warning do not get treatment here; This company is horrible to their clients and their counselors. The counselors are always getting changed around on the patients and it is not consistent with their treatment plans.… Always new staff in the office making it hard to trust any of them. Everything is hush hush in regard to protocol or regulations. Carmen is rude and has no compassion with clients. Seen the manager talk down to employees and use fowl language before. If I were you I would try to take your chances with Ideal options or Comprehensive in Yakima.

It’s a great place it’s improved a lot. Just please quit firing your counselors ! I’ve had like 4 different ones and every time it was just a sudden random switch right when I finally got used to one of them. Currently… Sam is my counselor and I’m gonna be incredibly sad if you fire him , he’s finally someone relatable , my girlfriend just had her counselor suddenly mysteriously switched and her previous counselor was someone who was actually helping her , now she’s having to start over with someone who isn’t very relatable , that’s not helping anyone . Not sure where you’re stashing your counselors but stop it !

The staff here absolutely is the best. They really do care and are very interested in learning when they don't know about something. Nothing fake like in most medical places.

The staff is very helpful they do and go ABOVE AND BEYOND for everyone! The nursing staff Is very friendly! The councilors are actually there for you whenever you need to talk to them. I have nothing bad to say about… this place it's a very clean place. I definitely recommend to everyone to come here for treatment

Only place I've been where they don't judge you.. They see a person on the other side of the addiction. They truly and GENUINELY care about every single person that walks through that door. Even if you don't care about… them.. They have policy's in place to keep everyone safe, and I can't imagine why anyone would have anything negative to say about this place. They do so much more then just dose you everyday. That's real..

Only Methadone clinic here in tri cities WA, otherwise you would end up on suboxone or going to Yakima everyday. So about time they had this here, honestly I probably would of been clean years ago if they had one here!!… Thank GOD they have one here now...Follow rules and things go smoothly also do not underestimate this medication it is the most unforgiving opioid but the most amazing for recovery purposes only imho. If your a patient please remember where you came.

The disease of addiction spares no one. I worked my whole life never took a day off, overtime paid for my boy”s college, retired after 45 years. I’m an addict. I’m not going to die an addict. I have no chance of beating… opiate addiction without the Tri-Cities Treatment Center. I am accepting the fact that I must surrender to this program for nothing I try to do by mysrlf works. The evidence is clear, I’m alive and thanks to the people who care about me at the center, if I apply the tools they have given me I can free myself from the darkness of addiction.

The truth is the staff at the Tri City treatment center have literally shown me what it feels like to have a team of people who really do care about me, recovery is by far the hardest obstacle I’ve had to address… preventing me from my own happiness, however; when I accomplish a milestone it does not go unannounced, I feel like I have my own personal squad cheering me on. I had to address my benzodiazepine dependency of 15 years before this program could work for me, TTC saved my life. That week was one I will never have to experience again that was over a year ago. The director, my counselor, the nurses have made a impact that makes me want to make it one more day at a time. I wish I could have met each of these people outside if my recovery because it’s true you are what you surround yourself with, if I had friends like these professional Tri-Cities Treatment Center staff I could have said NO to drugs. Thank You

I came to Tri-Cities treatment center after being in and out of pain clinic's the past 24 years. EVERYBODY there treats me with respect. Many people have issues, it's because they're not following TTC's protocol, being… late etc. The dosing nurses are A+ professional,and always give me smiles. And i haven't been the best of patients! Great place to get clean if you want it!

I've been going thru this program for a year in Tri Cities and they have helped me a lot and became friends with all the staff. I just love Linda she's amazing. Love these people here.

Really great program! This place saves lives of those who are serious about getting clean and turning their life around. Of course those that are complaining are the ones that show up late everyday and then get upset… and treat the staff rudely when they miss dosing time. This is the only Methadone Clinic in Tri Cities. They have a lot of patients to serve. The staff they have there are amazing caring people. I would highly recommend this place to someone struggling with opioid addiction

They have saved my life! All the staff is nice and friendly. They even make exceptions if you are late if something happened. To all the people complaining that they don't help you when you're late, it's because you're… late everyday and don't take you treatment and recovery seriously and you should probably stop going. All and 5 stars. Thank you to all the staff

It's the only methadone program in the tri cities. I see some negative reviews on here and I think those are from elements in the community who have the NIMBY syndrome. Not in my back yard. The program saves lives, and… is needed here.

So to start this review let me just say I am not participating in this treatment program, someone whom I care about dearly has been going to this program for a little over a year! In the past 2 months this person has… come to me saying they are trying to come off of whatever the clinic is giving them. His counselor was super supportive when he brought it up but when it came time to start lowering the dosage the clinic pushed it off and continues to push it off! They don’t want their clients to actually recover, they would rather collect the payments and continue pushing these types of drugs so patients stay addicted! This is a complete money sham and this clinic is messing with the lives of people who actually want to get clean! A healthy habit takes 21 days to form, if you want to not live a healthy life stay with this clinic. If you actually want to change your life, PLEASE do NOT choose this place!

To get your meds you have to come in between 530am to 930am. 1st thing in the morning is my ideal time to swing in and get my meds. IF I HAD NO RESPONSIBILITIES I WOUKD BE THERE AT 530AM EVERYDAY. But blessed for me I… do. I am single dad who works full time with a suspended driver's license who depends on public transportation to get around. STORY TIME my kid was up about 700am 730am by 8 we are finishing up breakfast 830am we are on the bus to his school 900am I am on my way to the clinic. Couldn't ask fir better Timing how blessed am I. Only problem is if a problem occurs I have 0 time to spare because 1 min after 930 and your burnt. That's means I'm sick all day and I do t have time to be sick
