I had a very bad experience with a tenant they referred to me. This tenant wasn't clean (active drug user) and exploited public programs and defied all house rules. She was given a clean cozy room and left the room a… mess with cigarette burns all over our furniture. THE WORST PERSON EVER. Casa Esperanza did nothing to help us when we asked for help.

Would be zero stars if possible. Rudest staff i have ever spoken too. I called in to get a patient into treatment and I first had someone yell in my ear and hang up. After several attempts to call back someone finally… answered and told me i had the wrong number and was hung up on.

(CSS) Under staff’d, didn’t even receive a handbook upon entering. Was there three weeks and got placed the last day.. was in the bathroom when the driver Carlos chased two kids into the bathroom and had them discharged… for smoking when they were not. Food was Terrible, wasn’t anything to eat in between meals like cereal or bread. Needs a lot of work.
