Out patient service are very good and the people are extremely knowledgeable and helpful I say out patient specifically because inpatient was not a good experience but that’s for another time and place I do very much… recommend them to anyone needed a therapist med provider PHP IOP and they have many other support groups they also have therapists who are LGBTQ+ focused as well for people in the community they do in person as well as Telehealth all ages and demographics

My therapist AND My N.P. FIVE STARS ❤️grateful❤️ BUT...WITHOUT ERIN ON THE DESK......... 🚧⚠️NIGHTMARE⚠️🚧 that one receptionist. (There's ALWAYS that one.) She's a terrible mental health office helper.... If your reading… this and you have been verbally accousted by her..... AS MOST HAVE BEEN. It's not you. It's her. Theres a reason there's 2.6 stars ... It's at the desk. 2.6 stars is a reflection of the front of the house. Not the back. ⚠️Arbor⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ find receptionists with empathy and compassion. We are there trying to get better. We are mental health patients...No need for a beat down from the first phone call.

I have been a client here, and thou not everything is smooth, it is a busy place, I really feel I get my needs met ,,and Eva the new nurse practitioner is wonderful, she tries her hardest to work with her clients, I… know there is a shortage of therapists and social workers, But they do try to work with each individual to be matched with the right one, I don't have any complaints coming to Arbir Counseling, Nancy O

Never received notice of appointments or changes not even a letter for my provider leaving the office. Discharged without notice or even a letter to my home address. Office didn't even have my past phone call visits… recorded correctly with provider said we "no showed" when she called me for telehealth appts. Don't recommend this office staff and scheduling is a mess- no wonder my provider left

Have been going here for quite a while now and until recently I would have recommended it. If it wasnt for my therapist/insurance/ONE receptionist I honestly wouldn't continue treatment here. I had a wonderful… prescriber/therapist team, and I had felt the best and most stable I have in years. unfortunately, I have recently been given a new prescriber who does not care about me whatsoever. Lowered medications that helped me on FIRST appointment and does not seem to care how its affecting me mentally or physically. I finally had found ACTUAL help and in one appointment it was ripped away. And noone in this place seems to care besides my therapist. I dont think its a good idea to take 2 medications away from a person that One are truly helping that person and Two could cause serious withdrawal symptoms. Also why take away one medication and add THREE with awful side effects? Personally I dont understand. A place that helped me so much now cares so little im reduced to writing a GOOGLE REVIEW in hopes someone will read it and actually realize whats going on in there.

The office staff are horrible! They couldnt run a fever, let alone a mental health office! I have been without my main medication for 8 DAYS!!!! But, I'm not supposed to get upset! They are insensitive and do not like… being called out on there failure. I would look elsewhere for help.

Poorly run, the front office is really the worst of it. Inaccurate information given, rude staff, prescriptions don't get sent out. My therapist is great, no issues there....he is truly the only reason I stay. Though to… find someone you click with. If you're looking to get into therapy, I would look elsewhere. This place is just constant frustration.

went here for over a month, did not help at all. stressful environment, short staffed, unorganized.

Ignores a domestic violence situation, and doesn't investigate claims of patients selling and/or abusing their medications. Once they have the insurance money, they don't care what happens to anyone. Mentally ill people… affect others surrounding them, and thei r society. Arbor does nothing to help society, and some may argue makes society worse. Reported a probation violation for a patient months ago, and no report was made.

There are some people that get a counselor that doesn't understand them or who doesn't take the time to get to know them I've had the same counselor since I was 14 and he went through hell and back because of me he also… could have given up on me and never did I am 42 and I feel that if it wasn't for him I would be here and I know that it was me too but he showed me better ways to deal with my anger

This place is an absolute joke. My husband just went through a month of filling out paperwork with a woman who has terrible communication skills and would call him and leave inappropriate messages, at best, they have… zero interest in actually helping anyone. Now after waiting a month to see a psychiatrist they just called and cancelled that appointment out of bye blue (when he called himself to CONFIRM the appointment yesterday, because you know, this is kind of important…) with absolutely no care or consideration. My husband starts a new job on Monday and will not be able to leave a new job in the middle of the day for this for awhile. This is total and complete negligence. ZERO stars, do not recommend. Absolutely deplorable conduct by so called “professionals.” What a joke. Don’t waste your time or energy.

I started seeing a counselor here awhile ago. I told him that I had been a legal medical cannabis patient for almost a decade so he diagnosed me with cannabis abuse disorder. That was my last session. I wouldn’t… recommend going here.

I called this place after getting put on multiple waiting lists at other offices. I got an appointment right away and all of the staff have been great. I’m so happy to have found such great people.

This place is terrible the The receptionist said that meds are a want not a need like what they never call back and are rude a disrespectful not professional at all the receptionist is just terrible

Arbour counseling has been a life saver to me!!! To the receptionists to the Doctors and therapists . Minimal waiting time. Very polite and helpful people. I love my doctor and I give so much credit to the… receptionists. 😊💜

I've been going to Arbour off & on for about 10 years. Since starting back up with them this year, I've had nothing but positive experiences. The receptionist Erin is absolutely amazing in my opinion. She is always very… friendly & patient & by far the best front desk employee I've ever seen since going here. My therapist & psychiatrist are also terrific! I'm so glad I decided to go back to Arbour!!

I have been taking my son to arbour for ova 20yrs I have been a patient on an off for several years an i am now a patient again an its June 15th 2019 I started calling ova a week ago because i know how hard it is to get… your meds from them so i called left a message with the women the receptionist connected me to saying she handles the refill request an no call back so 3 days later i called again an left a message with another person an still no call back so i called back a day later an left another message N still nothing so i called again an told them look Dr Hardman told me to call in june when im due for my meds so i did an finally wed or thursday they finally called me an said elizabeth your script is ready u can come by an pick it up! So i got a ride on Saturday there is usually a secretary on Saturdays but nope nobody but 2 therapist i never seen who only work on Saturdays an they looked around a lil bit an NOPE NO SCRIPTS FOR ME NOWERE SO I waited a hour or so an not 1 person came back out an i left the office for a min to look around an the therapist locked me out i couldn't get back in! I called the answering service 4 times since 9am an NOT ONE PHONE CALL BACK! There has to be a DR ON CALL BUT THEY KEEP TELLING ME NOPE ONLY THERAPIST OK so then have. A therapist call me then BUT NOPE NOTHING I MADE MY 4th call to them an left. Message at 630pm an still nothing! So why doesn't anyone care about our meds? Why does it seem our meds ARE JUST NOT THAT IMPORTANT? NOW WHEN IT COMES TO OUR INSURANCE OH DEAR LORD THE SEC THAT stops or even looks funny they will call u at home saying don't come in u have no insurance now aint that funny!! NOW I GOTTA WAIT TILL MONDAY AN WITH MY KIND OF MEDS I CANNOT WAIT I COULD HAVE SEIZURES! BUT THAT DOES NOT SEEM TO BOTHER ANYONE AT ALL WHATS SO EVER ABSOLUTELY NOBODY! Then when i called to tell them my scripts were no were to be found on Saturday the women that answered the phone she had an Australian accent i also told her i called an left 5 messages with the answering service

Was a patient there for years. My therapist was fantastic. The receptionists and office personnel were terrible and still are. I've gotten a new Dr and need my records. I called to inquire when they would send them and… be sure they received the request. The person on the phone was extremely rude, she told me they just got the request last week and they were very busy. They'd get to it when they get to it. Well, it's now been three weeks and still nothing from them. My treatment is at a stand still and I cant receive meds because my new place doesn't have my records thanks to them. Very rude, very unprofessional and damaging to those who are trying to get help.

Not worth therapy. Waste of my time!

Couldn't even get my foot in the door with out being repulsed by the lack of quality & professionalism! Extremely not recommended! Seems like when you need people to help they're at there absolute worst. This company… has fully exemplified this...

everybody at Arbor counseling is great if you need help those are the folks you can bet on but remember you always have to put the First foot forwards and help yourself first before anybody else can help you!!

I used to go here years ago and people I saw were pretty good but i have been trying to call here for like 2 years NO ONE ANSWERS AND IF YOU LEAVE A VOICEMAIL NO one calls back. Strange place!!!! Never have available… openings sucks!!

been to the franklin arbor and worcester arbor with the exact same experience. extremely rude receptionists, been hung up on mid sentence multiple times when asking why it is they dont call you back after leaving 10… messages over the course of a week. you will be seen 3 or 4 times by a therapist and then they will give you a psychiatrist to see, who does not give you more than about 15 min to tell them wat the problem is and then theyll send you home with some random meds that dont help the situation , and after that they will just ignore you, no matter how many times you call or what you say. happend to me twice with 2 separate occasions. terrible serive in all ways. the therapists help, but they discontinue it without any warning and ignore you after you see a psychiatrist once. move to a different state if you want decent mental health care is all I can can say.

Great counseling service, though lacks some of the benefits of a private practice. Sometimes you can see where the corporate bottom line is.

Doctors are great but because my doctors out alot my medication is never done on the same date,which they mess up on..Receptionist gave me an attuide because I couldn't reach anyone over holiday break and is not… concerned and was very unprofessional about me being out of my medication for two weeks till my doctors in...Very disappointed, I'm a mom of two babies and can be forgetful at times but to throw a horrible attitude and said she can't help me or put me over to supervisor!!😣😥
