I have had 4 intake meetings scheduled with Kim by BSCS. 3 on the phone, one in person. The in person was today. She hasn’t shown to a single one. Why is it so hard to find resources in this State :,( Im tired of… looking and asking for help just to get blown off by places that are supposed to help us. It’s getting incredibly hopeless. Why book a meeting if you have no intention of showing up 4x!!!

BSCC failed to adequately diagnose and treat my mental illness. Upon seeking tx. I was assured comprehensive tx., medical, clinical, and social services. My chief complaint is unwanted thoughts, and after some 5 weeks I… was still not given a Tx. Plan and not one single referral. Therefore, I would caution anyone who is truly suffering against seeking tx there. Thank you for considering my view and feel free to contact me if you're interested in hearing my more in depth review of BSCC

Emailed via their website. Just wanted to know if they took my insurance. The email back from Georgina stated "please call for more information." That more information was that they don't accept my insurance. I informed… Georgina that I had to waste my time to call their facility to just get a no. She responded with nope, we don't take your insurance...but we do take this other completely unrelated one. Call us for more info! If their receptionist can't read, what's that say about the staff and treatment someone's gonna receive?
Excellent Mental Health and Substance abuse services. I use a program Riverside services that helps with accomplishing goals and helping with referrals and community services.

This is for Braintree. If you want to be treated fairly as a parent, don’t go here. Also, watch what you say around them because they will turn you in to DCF at the drop of a hat. They will also have you sectioned for… no reason. Horrible place. Don’t trust them.
