I’ve had a really positive experience with West Grove Clinic in Kenosha, especially through their Suboxone treatment program. The providers and staff are genuinely kind, patient, and supportive. They create a welcoming… environment where you feel comfortable being honest and asking questions without judgment. That level of care really stands out and makes the treatment process feel much more manageable. Appointments are also very easy to set up, and the clinic does a great job of keeping things organized and efficient, which is a big help when trying to stay consistent with care. Parking is another convenience that makes visits stress-free, with plenty of easy access right at the clinic. Overall, I’m very appreciative of the professionalism and compassion shown at West Grove Clinic Kenosha, and I would definitely recommend them to others looking for reliable Suboxone treatment with mental health and supportive care.

Courteous front desk staff working alongside outstanding providers. Questions are answered in a timely fashion (typically less than 2 business days) by providers, billing and support staff.

Amazing place! The front desk was so phenomenal and helpful when I called. They were very empathetic and supportive.

The most misleading joke of the recovery system. Waited 2 months to see a psychologist and after filling out my life's history and signing legal documents of family history and my own lifetime story they finally tell me… the dr is ready to seemed. They put me in this tiny room with a computer in my face and tell me to enter my name the dr will be with me shortly. All I can see on computer screen is a small picture of my face. Where's the dr? I want him to see all of me. My pain and suffering. I have a chronic illness. Disabled. Took every ounce of my energy to get there. They should be ashamed to call themselves a dr. Office. I walked out! Then this dr calls and says he is in Milwaukee! An hour north of me! Lies of omission are still lies. If I wasn't veto physically see a dr for hundreds of dollars I had the right to be told that! I apologize to my brothers and sisters trying to get sober. You deserve so much more! This place brings me to tears!

West Grove is a great place and every one is very nice. I felt comfortable every time I went there. Meredith Robbins is awesome, I actually didn't want to stop. Helped me realize why and to choose to stop. Thank you and… everyone there

Cant keep appointment times straight, incorrect information. Absolutley ridiculous

Ariella Danowski is the best provider I’ve ever had. She always helps me no matter what and always gets me on the right medication to help me. She listens with no judgment at all and she goes above and beyond for her… patients. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be where I am today with my mental health.

Don't even bother if you're not seeking ADOA treatment. They'll happily bill your insurance but do zero to treat you. Front office staff was nice. But I wasn't there to make friends with staff. I wanted & needed help..… 6 weeks later I'm still without a therapist referral or any meaningful advancement

Absolutely wonderful place for addiction recovery!! Kim is the most understanding, helpful, kind, and caring woman EVER!!! Holly is just beyyyyond with all things recovery!!! Jami is phenomenal, and so is Dr. Nudi! I've… been going here on and off for over 3 years. It's truly a big part of my life now!! Thank you, Westgrove!

This clinic is horrible when it comes to assistance for people suffering mental health issues they will drop you like a u were trash in the streets have u jump through hopes to prove u take medicine and though u take… the medicine they will accuse you of not taking it putting you on trial. I am applauded by the care that I received as a patient and refuse to be silent nurse practitioner Rebecca made me feel as though I was street trash yes I have mental health needs and yes I take my medication..

I wanted to come on here and let the world know just how wonderful this clinic is. I have been treated here for a few years now and I have been treated not like a patient but as an equal. Linda, the most amazing… receptionist/medical assistant and wouldn't be a clinic without her. She is truly someone special. I love her. She has put time and effort into giving me respect as a human being and not a recovering addict. Taken time to talk to me for lengths of time and we just have great talks about life. I am thankful for her in so many ways. My provider, Pam Kexel, is an astonishing provider and has treated me since day one. She always makes me feel like I am doing such a great job in life and gives me the most honest feedback. Sometimes, most of the time, it is what I need to hear vs what I want to be told. I am just so grateful for this clinic and wouldnt be as successful as I am now without them all. Thank you West Grove, I hope you know I appreciate you all.
