My kid has been getting bullied for the past 3 months at the school and we confronted them after we found out he had been getting hit by another student and the teachers never reported anything.

I find it interesting that 2 of the one stars claim to be in the mental health field, one feels they can't acomidate her schedule and the other complainted that they didn't answer her call or get back to her. Please… read all the 1 stars and you will quickly see the school is expected to conform to everyone's needs in there eyes, it's only focus is to work with children that have specific needs they specifically are focused on. These days turn over seems to be at an all time high, the receptionist position in many companies is entry level and a new hire, take a breath, give people a break and they will give you there attention. Fraser has been good for our son, daughter and grandson and curious to us in all 3 cases. Have a great day!

Fraser is amazing! The staff is so great to my kids ❤️ we love it here!! My twins have progressed in so many ways. May not be for everyone but it’s what’s best for our family.

I've had only a brief encounter, and I am disappointed with the service delivery of this institution. As a mental health practitioner myself, the lack of consideration in scheduling is baffling to me. Even when I… requested to speak with an administrator or supervisor, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes, and no one answered the call or even left a voicemail. The scheduler initially tried to talk me out of an appointment before she even heard my concerns. So ready to give me recommendations. If this is the care that people are met with, I agree with other reviewers-just find another location. I called St. David's for a better interaction.

I appreciate the point of the program, but as a mental health professional myself I have been shocked at how much the staff lack knowledge and skills to meet the needs of the families and the clients. My child… participated in day treatment, skills and psych assessment through Fraser. The staff are incompetent, unprofessional, and lack the ability to provide whole family care (family sessions were a joke). The staff do not genuinely care about your child and family. Anytime I expressed a concern nothing was done nor did the staff seem to care. I was forced to work with providers I didn’t trust and finish the programming (I made it clear I wanted a different provider, that didn’t happen). You also will hear multiple different messages from their client services scheduling team who is extremely disorganized and acts in a similar manner as lack of genuine support, understanding the the families they are serving. I was told to call in July to schedule an August appointment by Fraser staff, the staff said they are full for August and didn’t have the September schedule out and told me I was supposed to call in June, I called in early July. I pointed out to the staff on the phone the appointment has to be in August and if their scheduling only goes out one month I couldn’t have called to schedule it in June (schedule doesn’t go two months out) all she said was “right” as I pointed out the discrepancy in the messages they had given me with proof that I was told the wrong thing. Their staff are clueless and families need genuine support and guidance which you won’t find at any Fraser. Go anywhere else but Fraser!!! The populations that are served here deserve much better!

the worst place ever for any child. They have discontinued my son from the day program, although he was accepting of routines and changes. This place is not for all children. Please stay away or look for other places.

PT here are amazing, caring and provide individualized care. To get started with services will take awhile, even after waiting for the initial assessment, so please be prepared for delayed assistance. There is simply… not enough behavioral services available and demand is high. People from out of state (Wisconsin) have to drive here because there are NO services locally or no quality services available for hundreds of miles. Over a year's wait for Autism assessment, they don't do waiting lists- you have to call every day. Other options for families include Open Door (Hennepin County), Washburn Center for Children (not a good fit for our family however), and Children's Hospital.

I've had nothing but positive experiences at this location! The receptionists have been amazing at helping me get desired appointment locations, and all of my child's therapists have been fantastic.

Why is zero not an option?!? Neglect , disrespect from staff and directors. This place is not even accountable to DHS! So DHS said we would need to file individually police reports against the staff involved.

The two women at the front desk need a lesson on customer service and how to be compassionate (both caucasian, one older, one younger). Remember they are who your clients and investors interact with first. They need to… do better!
