I’ve been coming here for 2 years. Same therapist. Same primary. Psychiatrist try to shove random meds down your throat. Without even listening to symptoms half the time. The appointment desk there’s 1 nice lady that I… get once in a blue moon. Outside of that. They’re rude and don’t care either. As someone who works in customer service I really wish people cared to be more kind.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Tanya. I called to discuss an issue with my son and she was very pleasant and assured me the doctor or her would call me back. The issue was taken care of with hours and later… the next day she called to see if it was take me care of. Thank you Tanya I really felt my son mattered Thank you for you kindness, concern , and professionalism.
They made 6 of us sit outside in the heat and the receptionist would not let us inside to sit inside in the ac.
