Ivory Plains saved my life. There's no other way to say it. The food was great, the beds were comfortable, if you smoke you will be pleased to know that they have 10 smoke breaks a day, and the groups were filled with… so much information. The best part was the staff tho. Everyone was so supportive, encouraging, and helpful. Most of them were recovering addicts themselves. Personally that was key to me bcuz shamefully I dont respond to people who have zero real life experiences with addiction. I would recommend (and have) Ivory Plains to anyone who is ready to make the best decision of their life. I was ready to leave but honestly I miss the positive environment.

Honestly, didn't get much from being here. Saw my counselor a handful of times for 15 mins tops. No aftercare or exit plan. It was left to me to do on my own after discharge. Which makes the first few days home awful… especially when you live by yourself. Groups were great when instructed by Julie. She was the best hands down. Jealous of her clients that got to meet with her for hours at a time. Food needed a lot of work. It was very different depending on the cook and you could tell the difference. Some food was served raw some nights. The people there can make it or break it that's for sure and thankfully I got in with a good crowd. I did see that the counselors were overloaded with patients. After they started accepting Medicaid they had a heavy influx of clientele which the facility couldn't handle staff and food wise. Edit to add: After I made this review I got a text message from the person who did the aftercare program or whatever you wanna call it. She asked me to change my review!!

OVERALL I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE HERE STILL CLEAN TILL THIS DAY ! Which I am a Year Sober . I sadly but gratefully got pregnant here biggest blessing of my life !

To be honest, Ivory Plains was the break I needed to step away and reflect as to what my priorities in life are. JENTRY ... YOU ROCK!

The staff at Ivory Plains showed me nothing but kindness, patience, and respect. They genuinely care about the people there and actually take the time to listen and help you work through whatever you’re dealing with.

While the nursing staff is borderline incompetent the rest of the staff and programing is amazing, counslers and bha staff are really caring . The admins got me in in 30 hours which is life saving. I'm still clean, not… involved in illegal activity and I am able to be involved in my son's life and I owe it to the first step being IP

Ivory Plaines is a special place to get sober and heal and meet some wonderful forever people. My experience: there were many days I wanted to leave but not due to any of the staff or what was going on at IP but just I… missed my children. The DHA'S were wonderful and caring and ALWAYS there to talk or just listen or give advice. You all hold a special place in my heart ❤️ My councler was absolutely amazing 😍💛 Thank you everyone at IP that helped shape my new begining. I can't thank you all enough!! I am now 70 Days ☺️

I love Ivory Plains and I recommend it for anyone trying to get there life back on track. The staff were all so nice and my interaction with them hasn't stopped since I left there. The alumni network is amazing. It's… like having a state wide recovery family that actually cares about your well-being and is there to celebrate your wins or talk you through a bad day. For anyone who is on the fence about treatment. I just want you to call them and talk to them yourself I'll think you're going to be surprised by the warmness of everyone. Things can get better. All you have to do is reach out.

This place is amazing with great consolers and staff is super nice and will do anything in their power to help you in your recovery. They did take away 24hr salad bar and it is now only available during meal times but I… hear they are adding a soda fountain

I absolutely love ivory plans I was there back in August 2024.. the staff and the nurses were incredible and they truly care bout you and really wanna help and after u graduate they chk in on you to see how your doing.… If your struggling with addiction and you want help and your ready to take control of your life again and live your best life give ivory plans a call and get your life back.. I’m 410 days sober after battling meth addiction for 25 years thank you ivory plans for the love and support love you all

Amazing staff who truly want to see the residents succeed! Its been a year since i graduated from there. Im still sober! They go out of thier way to be supportive of clients when they get out of treatment. Theres even… an alumni group every week. When your ready to change your life Ivory Plains is the best place for that to happen! Ty Ivory Plains!

Only rehab facility I would trust for anyone I cared about.. this place and the staff here truly saved my life best experience from a bad journey!
