Aegis Treatment Centers LLC – Lodi

I been going here for 5 years now and since ive started everyone in that facility has been so nice and welcoming ive never had a problem with anyone. Till recently at the windows the lady who give us our dose has been… so rude every time I have gone to pick up my take homes never at the window with a welcoming smile never a goodmorning/afternoon or have a good day and each time I have walked to the window ive greeted her with a hi good morning or have a good day and I just get ugly looks I get it we are recovering addicts but that gives Noone a reason to belittle us or treat us less than. If they can fix her attitude I have no other complaints.

The doctor here is extremely unprofessional. I have been going here for 2 years with no relapses and lately I have been struggling with some mental health issues and made a mistake. The doctor wanted to talk to me today… and completely degraded me. He told me I was unintelligent because I used the word “damn” in a sentence. I was not cursing at him. Then he lectured me for 35 minutes about me being over weight and that I needed to be on GLP 1’s. I can’t take those because of some health things I deal with. If his approach was to make me feel bad about my self, it worked. I have been crying all day. I will be telling my recovering addict friends and family not to go here. Anyone that is thinking about going, I don’t recommend.

False Positives..??

Everyone is welcoming and helpful. Their concierge, PHILLIP, is so nice, he ALWAYS greets you with a smile and even says something that may brighten your day. The Drs mostly are great, the only one that myself and 2… patients I spoke with, that could have a little better bedside manner is ...well let's just say that's why I gave it 4 stars. Everything is clean the manager, addresses your needs and counselors are great. You wouldn't know it was aegis if not for the sign. I live in Stockton but prefer to go there....

ARROGANCE in the medical industry? Whaaat!! When i started using, was told "clean needles are wasted on addicts". Fools trust power; petty cash attracts both. Aegis has a few awesome Directors who listen...plus… clock-punchers who can't tell time. If it feels we're singled out? Life is 1000% all up at rock bottom. Question high! Stay authority

My husband had an appointment with the doctor at 9:30 am today and he's handicap so we unloaded his schooter went inside a couple minutes before 9:30 and they said she had already taken someone back and my husband would… have to wait about 45 minutes,so if he needed to test he would have to hold himself,this place needs a better management or someone who's been there and knows what it's like to be cut out of an appointment. 😡

The dr their refused to admit me because she started doing her job off of emotions! So now I have a extra day of pain a suffering!!! They should only hire professionals that deserve to hold the title of a Doctor!!! Yet… this doctor forced me to suffer a extra day without my medicine with her k owing if I couldn’t dose today I would be sick and suffering!!! And she knows I am prescribed methadone thank you so much for contributing to my pain and suffer dr smart!

The only thing I have an issue with is bottle checks. It took me years to get to every two weeks that's Alot of never missing counseling and clean urine's. It's kinda a slap in the face, a bit of mistrust AGAIN making… us remember we are addicts ,junkies etc. If you miss counseling,give a dirty then I can understand. I also am disabled with severe neuropathy arthritis and circulation problems it makes it very hard to come and go and for me to just all of a sudden have to go have my bottles checked it's hard I have to arrange a ride usually days in advance I just wish headquarters would rethink this or change it a little like I said if you miss counseling etc and consider the person's health issues thank you

Thanks to the staff at Aegis Tx Centers in Lodi I've regained my sobriety and I am learning to live with my disease of addiction. Utilizing their medication management system with counseling and group therapy I am in… recovery today rather than slowly dying as a heroin addict. Dr. Brian Talleur has been a life saver playing a vital role in my recovery.

Age is just took over our homely clinic. We Had' the best director and counselors that cared n its helped many of us. Now its a revolving door for employees n everyone acts like unempathic robots. Dr Vasti we already… miss you...
