Agape Network – Miami Detox and Rehab Services
Agape Network – Miami is listed as running residential treatment and intensive outpatient. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.
Co-occurring mental health conditions are addressed alongside substance use, which is the approach the evidence supports. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Agape Network – Miami Reviews and Ratings
Accreditation and licensing tell part of the story at Agape Network. Reviews from patients and their loved ones tell another part, and the two are shown on this page so they can be read together.
When I tell you that I've had other networks like this, I didn't make the cut it is no joke. This place, hands down has the best services available to people. It doesn't matter where your transfer to what staff member… helps you, they are all super kind super patient super respectful, if I could give you more stars I would. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF THE SERVICES THAT YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO ME. AND FOR BEING SO understanding and respectful to my needs. 🙏🙏🙏 I am forever grateful.
Worst facility I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. this is the second time in two months I haven't even been able to get on the phone with them for weeks. They dont check voicemails, care if your court… ordered nothing. I had to call 40 times in one week to finally get a response, then got transferred to someone else and then left unanswered again.
This place saved my life in 1991 I thank Jahovah for his Grace and mercy, for the poeple who cared for me at the lowest point in my life. Blessings beyond measure. I met The Reverend Jesse Jackson there and he shook my… hand. I am somebody!
This is the worst place I ever been I had no shampoo no toothbrush nothing no underwear I came from jail but I have Medicaid and they were billing them! they had to ask the other patients to give me hygiene supplies… which was all the more humiliating because nobody helped me out. There is a lot of bullying from patients and staff the staff will curse you out. The daughter of the director comes prancing in all happy and beautiful and rich looking and smiling asks me if I'm happy to be there?! How out of touch are they?? Yea I love having my food stamps taken my insurance billed and be treated like crap and given no hygiene products or anything and then made a fool of for having to ask multiple staff over and over for underwear the only reason they gave me anything is because I cried on a video call with the judge. Don't go here they are scammers.
Eddie was so good
This is the most unprofessional facility I’ve ever seen it being my first time in one… the staff make fun of clients and often forget they are in a workplace staring with the woman named Kathy she is rude and often… speaks publicly what was confined to her as patients trust it will remain confidential she puts to shame those who confront her about her attitude and she deals with situations very childish…. The staff don’t like to be approached and often make the rules as it pleases them… they are always using their personal phones in video calls which as far as I’m concerned it’s against HIPPA LAWS… they get too familiarize with the the clients and are quick to put you in a behavioral contract simply because they don’t want to deal with anything… you are completely belittled when advocating for yourself and it’s considered as you having an attitude problem… the owner seems to be more occupied in giving you some ridiculous religious sermons than putting effort in what the staffs are doing… this was utterly a disgrace not empathy or respect
This place was very unprofessional. With staffs that give little no importance to the clients. I was very disappointed I was told promising things about this place. They have no regards towards incidents such as money… being lost and never getting an answer or a resolve in the matter. My phone was damaged in their care, and again no regards whatsoever or accountability from their part. I would advise you to really consider another facility. I left very unpleased by the whole experience.
This place is extremely disappointing. Don’t believe the positive reviews they are very misleading. The environment here is ghetto, unprofessional, and far from safe or supportive. Items were stolen, personal belongings… like detergent and hair tools were used without permission, and basic necessities like soap were never replaced. There’s no sense of care, dignity, or respect. The nursing staff is neglectful, and the overall atmosphere feels cold and hostile. Staff behave more like bullies than professionals. There is nothing healing or welcoming about this place. It honestly feels like the only thing they care about is money and scamming insurance. If you’re considering this place think twice. People deserve real care and support, not this mess.
Agape truly stands out as a compassionate healthcare provider. Agape is a place where lives are transformed, and I highly recommend their services
Does not help clients or staff. When needed for anything given the run around and excepted not to get upset. Worst facility I have ever been to if it doesn’t affect them they could care less no matter what the income is… to you.
Dr. Juan OMS saved my life! I am literally Fernanda Cataldo. I'm clarifying this because Google shows my maternal grandparents' last names.
Thanks for all you do for the community 🙏 ❤️
I highly recommend Agape Network. They provide quality care and have a wonderful staff. Their facilities are also very well taken care of. They are truly doing God’s work. Thank you!!
A beautiful organization that has helped countless people to radically change their lives for the better. The administration at Agape genuinely cares deeply about the people they are helping.
The workers helpful and people are mostly nice but when I went in December of 2023, the facility had multiple broken restrooms and I was only there for a week but my bathroom didn't not have a toilet at all. The toilet… paper was rationed in small bundles, no one was allowed to have a roll to their own restroom. The psychiatrist barely spoke to me and decided I had bipolar disorder but i have to say I felt everything was so fast paced upon coming in that it was overwhelming. It felt like I was constantly being forced to be a part of a group of people I barely knew and on top of that there is no way to truly opt out of religious activities or saying grace before meals. I did not know how religious this place was until I was already admitted and not allowed to leave until the court verified I could. I went here for a marchman act, I did both out patient and in patient. The nature of a marchman act is court ordered rehab, I could only get in touch with Agape in time for my court dates and despite Agape being recommended by the court and saying they took my insurance, by the end of my treatment I was suddenly 1000 dollars in debt for a rehab program that I had no real choice but to participate in. The therapy sessions for me were 45 minute zoom calls and they were charging 200 dollars per session. I still get calls from here despite not being a patient for nearly 5 months. At this point I blocked the number because I've told them at least 4 or 5 times that I am not going back. I know its my opinion but the experience was unpleasant and I would actively try to avoid returning unless I need to or I hear better things about it.
OVERRRATED.... TREAT PATIENTS LIKE IMMATES AND THERAPIST AND CASE MANAGER QUITTING EVERY OTHER WEEK AND THE SERVICE IS WACK!!! THEY VIOLATED MY RIGHTS WHICH MEANS I COULD SUE. BUT THE ONLY GOOD THING IS GRACE, THE… DAUGHTWR OF THE FOUNDER SHE'S A SWEETHEART!!! THATS THE BEST I COULD SAY!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS REHABILITATION FOR ANYONE THAT IS SERIOUS WITH THEIR RECOVERY. BE MINDFUL.
Definitely had a very bad experience with them as of lately and I hope they receive this
The only good thing about this place I feel like is the office staff. And I'm sorry, how could you work at this place and not be a Christian. It just doesn't make sense. Anyways, I hope people cpuld find care elsewhere… instead of being used as a guinea pig. I'm tired of it. Finding another place.
If I could give zero stars I would, terrible, terrible customer service, all they do is transfer your calls around to each other, nobody seems to know who you’re supposed to speak with even when you tell them the reason… that you’re calling, then your call gets ignored when you call back, plain UNPROFESSIONAL. Would not recommend.
Absolutely amazing , this place is one of the best I’ve seen and the staff absolutely goes above and beyond for the people there. Absolute angles and God sent people. 10/10 recommend
