First and foremost I would like to thank God for Ascension Recovery! God knows that this place & staff accepted me without judgment, allowing me to work on myself the 3 months I was there! If I was to examine myself… realistically I would have to thank Ascension Recovery for teaching me how to adult again!

I enjoyed every minute of it I got the help I needed and every class was remarkable 🙏

I've used this facility myself, and it was a truly amazing experience the whole was was very caring and professional. They also helped place me in an amazing after care program. I would recommend ascension to anyone

Ascension gave me an opportunity to take an honest and realistic look at the better life available to me by helping me learn to participate in my own recovery. Today I have the freedom to choose sobriety.

I spend almost 5 months here, it was my 9th treatment center. I’ve been in treatment centers all over the country and most of them you get the feeling that you don’t really matter or your just a body to fill a bed. But… that was not my experience at Ascension Center for Recovery, I was treated like family during my stay. And this place has by far the best staff team of any facility I’ve ever been in, so if anyone out there is looking for a treatment center this is definitely where I would go.

DO NOT and I mean DO NOT send your loved ones to this facility. The staff at this facility treat the residents there unfairly, residents feel ignored, belittled, and they feel as if they are numbers rather than… individuals. On top of that, the staff there are very unfriendly, they are liars and they are very unprofessional. They are unqualified and poorly trained, they lack empathy, and they are very inconsistent with communication. There's no accountability for lying to the residents families in regards to discharges, lack of personalized treatment plans and they come up with some bogus excuses about how state regulations have changed at the last minute regarding why your loved one isn't allowed to be discharged, at what is supposed to be, the end of the program they originally signed up for during admission. They dont take their residents to outside Dr. appointments like they claim to do nor do they take them to Probation appts as court ordered. They accept addicts that are clearly under the influence at time of admission and place them in the dorms with other sober residents without first placing them in a room by themselves to detox for X amount of days like they are supposed to per state regulations. They are known to fire their staff then accept them back into their facility when that staff member relapses. They are more worried about the money that goes into their pockets every quarter then the needs of their residents. I'm so saddened that my family member and other residents that currently reside there are being forced to stay there in fear of getting falsely reported for non- completition of programs that could cause that resident/s to restart the whole program over again somewhere else or cause that resident/s to end up in jail because of incompetent staff members.
