My dental hygienist, Amira, was very personable and made my experience as a new patient very comfortable and put me at ease. She was communicative throughout the entire process and clearly and thoroughly explained… everything she was seeing and what the root causes of everything were. I had a lot of sensitivity and she was very patient and kind with me. The doctor was also very friendly and clear. I am very glad to have this facility as my dental team going forward!

I had such a wonderful experience at Community Health Center of Franklin County. I’m a very quiet person and usually have a hard time opening up to people I don’t know, especially in medical settings, but Dr. Neha Patel… made me feel comfortable and safe almost instantly. She was patient, kind, understanding, and genuinely listened without making me feel rushed or judged. The whole environment felt welcoming, and it honestly made a huge difference for me. It’s rare to find a doctor who makes you feel this at ease. I would absolutely recommend Community Health Center of Franklin County to anyone looking for caring and compassionate healthcare.

Dr Bashaer Abo Salem is an extraordinary dentist. Takes great care in her work and genuinely takes pride in her work. She is the best dentist I have seen in a very very long time. I am extremely satisfied with Dr… Bashaer. I am now spoiled and it would be very hard to find another caring dentist. She must stay at CHCFC dental forever :)

Dr Bashaer is amazing. I was scheduled for a check up and had a tooth that was bothering me causing pain. And she didn't have to pull the tooth out out that day, but she did. She did it fast and efficient. Literally… like 5 minutes. Highly recommend going to her. Staff was friendly and nice.

Not that great of a place schedulers make a lot of mistakes the medical rides /pt1 approval forums take multiple calls to get the ball rolling.Doctors and nurse practitioners are mediocre with a low degree of excellence… at best.the lab and whoever they use for testing is very inaccurate I can get a blood test done at chcf and then go to UMass for the same test and get way better totally different results from the health center.I just use this company for getting medicine and referrals to specialist other than that I would not trust these people.

Dr Bashaer Abo Salem is absolutely wonderful! She is warm, professional, kind, and caring. She listened to my concerns, and treated me with respect. She also gave me the best and most thorough and efficient cleaning I… have ever had. I highly recommend her. 10/10. Thank you! See you in December. I havent had a good experience with a dentist in a long time. I saw Dr. Bashaer and she has been so amazing. I was expecting to get seen and walk away still with a broken tooth, nope she pulled it same day! When I told… her I might need more numbing, she didnt get frustrated with me for not saying something sooner, instead she stopped the procedure and had no problem adding more. I had another tooth pulled a few weeks later, this one gave a little more trouble coming out but she stayed patient and got it all done. Even took out an infected cyst that we didnt know about until she got my tooth out, and there it was sitting at the bottom of the roots. Im really happy with my experiences so far and I plan to only see her in the future. Thank you so much! 😊 I highly recommend her.

My dental cleaning appointment today was with Dentist B. Salem. She was extremely professional, warm personality and competent.

The staff and providers here are amazing. I've been a primary care patient for the last year and have had a great experience. The providers truly listen, which I haven't always felt at other offices, as someone with… complex and chronic health conditions. They are very respectful and attentive. The front desk staff are also amazing. They are absolutely understaffed, so getting appointments can be tough and it's also difficult to get a response on MyChart. But that's very common for Athol, we don't have a lot of medical providers and CHCFC struggles to serve all of the patients here. So I do understand those issues and don't blame them. They also work hard to provide nonmedical resources and create a safe environment for all patients. The office is always clean and has a little space for kids as well.

Dr. Szal is by far the best oral surgeon I have ever had. He is skillful, conscientious and caring. He is the epitome of an excellent surgeon.

CHCFC failed to diagnose a condition which my new PCP easily saw from the records that were transferred over. It was also confirmed by CT Scan. My only regret is not leaving sooner.

The assistance that you get from I believe Debbie as a customer service representative is horrible. This person sounds like she is miserable working there. No professionalism at handling phones at all.

Orange dental office is very aggravating and in slow motion. Plan on sitting in waiting room a good 45 mins to an hour after your scheduled Appointment Time

Best oral surgeon, Dr.szal is absolutely, without a doubt the best around. Awesome person and the best oral surgeon hands down.

The NP Steven has been outwardly hostile to me twice. I'm switching to another practice.
