Clean offices and waiting area. Friendly staff.
Excellent customer service, patience with clients of all ages
I Absolutely Love Centerstone. Everyone that I've had contact with in the office, IS ALWAYS SO PROFESSIONAL!!! It really makes it enjoyable to visit with y'all, I don't even know how long I've been going there, but I… sure wouldn't know what to do without y'all ☺️🥰
It a good place they help me through with my past done to me
These guys provide great support for children as they demand special treatment.
Centerstone as a whole is a joke. It's just another government scam to waste your time and money. I have been through Centerstone since the 90s and like all the other doctors, they don't want to fix you, they want you… to have to come back. That's how they get paid. Med providers push new meds and no matter how many times you tell them what works, they won't prescribe it to ya. They have actually lied a few different times saying "Centerstone doesn't prescribe that" but i have family that goes here and gets the same meds. Therapist just talk to you like a friend, no direction, no help thoughts, just "I've been there". Now Centerstone gets a new building to make them seem more professional. This place is a joke. Put these clowns out of business! It's funny that yall push the ones with nothing to lose..
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I could never recommend this place for 2 reasons. 1. I began coming to Centerstone to be treated for severe social anxiety. I told my doctor multiple times I cannot take any… medication that is sedating for the fact I have a 7 year old and at the time a 4 month old. We tried a few things that didn’t work and then she put me on a new one. She assured me it might make me drowsy but nothing crazy. I asked if I should start with a half dose just to be safe, she turned that down and said to take the full dose. I took the medication at 5pm on a Friday and by 5:45pm I was completely out. Thankfully my husband was home and was able to care for the kids. Unfortunately he had to work Saturday and figured I would be fine. He fed our baby before he left for work. At 11 am I was woken up by our 7 year old thinking I was dead because the baby was screaming and I wouldn’t move. That was almost 18 hours I was completely out! It took me 3 days to fully recover from this medication when she told me I would just be drowsy. Reason 2. Like I said I was being treated for severe social anxiety social anxiety. In order for them to treat me they said I had to do therapy. I had to reschedule a therapy appointment because the few days prior I was having extreme panic attacks and I didn’t think it was a good decision to go. They then proceeded to cancel my next med appointment and sent me a letter stating I had to complete 2 hour peer classes for them to be able to continue to treatment. I was there to be treated not punished for my mental health.
The staff has alot to deal with..But they get things done for the most part..We all just need to be more patient.🙄😁
I love miss Kelly Harris she is always so nice to me and my grandma she is the people we need mor of.
I will give 0 stars, my mother went in 2 days ago, she used to see Dr Barr, who was great and spent the time with her and who has retired. They switched her to another MD, who didn't seem to take the time with her. This… one has left, so when my mother went in this time she talked to a computer screen, not to an MD or NP, or PA, some PERSON. Seems to me they just want to medicate, and not spend the time to try to help the issues with counseling. My aunt was with her, and my aunt proceeds to tell her she had to call me to verify some info she was asking about, and she proceeds to tell my aunt she didnt have time for that. needless to say, my mother will not be back. So 0 STARS for Centerstone in Columbia TN. Come on now, I work in the healthcare field and this is unacceptable!!!!!!!! WON'T LET POST UNLESS YOU CLICK ONE STAR.
Kept switching my med doctor and didn’t listen
I do not tend to write reviews about an experience a family member has had, but when I must sit at the emergency room because of a situation that is a direct result from the staff, I think I will this time. When you are… in your 60's and have had 4 strokes, it is not about getting to the bottom of things or where your anxiety is coming from, it is about making your patients last years manageable. This place removed my mother from a medication she has been on for over 30 years. It seems doctors do not serve their patients anymore, they are too busy cowering before insurance and the government. The result is patients in the hospital, increases in street drugs leading to more counterfeits. I am sure you get the idea. Bottom line, this place is not here to help you. They are only there to charge you/your insurance. It seems Universal, if your physicians name is Patel RUN.
I enrolled in their Suicide Prevention Program, had a phone appointment and they never actually called. Prior to that I called them in a crisis and they never bothered to call me back. This place is a joke that doesn't… take mental health seriously. Avoid at all costs!
I had to call to see if I had a provider lined up with Centerstone. The lady I spoke with in Open access was terrible. First she said I didn't have a patient file, Then I didn't have a provider, as well as no therapist.… Then it changed to my provider is still working there when she is no longer in practice. That I had to be there on the 9th or I wouldn't get my medications. I called the Primary Location, If it wasn't for "Kevanie" I would have been in bad shape. She saved the day, she also agreed that's not quite how it works. 5 Star for Centerstone of Columbia, I can't even rate the Operator in open access, she was condescending and told me I hand't a clue on how anything works. Centerstone Home Location gave me a high five for letting them know. Thank you Kevanie for outstanding service. Please Centerstone, Figure out how to train and manage open access better. I have 0 interest in using it if that is how it works, if I can only make my appointments that way going forward it's too stressful to be told that I don't exist in the system. Get rid of it.
They didn't offer the help I needed don't waste your time at this place
My dr doesn’t understand me. You have to tell your doctor you want to change doctors. That’s awfully awkward!! This needs to be changed !!
I see Mary Daniels & I love her. She is very sweet, she listens to me talk regardless of what it pertains to. I had to leave my previous doctors office due to insurance change and I was so nervous because I put a lot of… my past into him and I didn’t know if someone else would be able to just take over and understand me. Mary Daniels did! It only took a few visits and I feel like she deeply understands me and my past. I recommend her, highly.
Has the potential to be a great helpful Center If the correct communication is carried out.
Receptionists are rude, and so is one of the nurses! The doctors don’t seem to care either. Honestly the worst facility to get help at. You’ll wish you never walked in.
Counselor didn't listen to the problem and insisted on trial and error meds.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Centerstone. I’ve had my bipolar treatment followed at a number of facilities, and Centerstone has been wonderful about listening to my concerns and needs. Sometimes it’s… difficult to schedule appointments, but only because they have a lot of patients, and if you run out of your meds you can call and have them refill them anyway. They’re also very LGBT friendly, which is a huge plus for me.
The woman at the front desk have always been helpful and polite to me .. my doctor and therapist are polite and seem to care about me and my issues.
