If I could give 0 stars I would. So unprofessional this place is. Please everyone, stay far away from this place. I have seen two of their "psych" physicians and they were absolutely awful. One wrote something for me… for the RMV with ALL the wrong information about me. It was like she interviewed a different person. THAN the next lady completely discontinues a medication I have been on for the past year because SHE FELT LIKE IT!!!!! Absolutely wild. I will make sure to go above and beyond on this one. You cannot just cut someone off from a mental health prescription. SO many bad things could have happened.

Can someone please explain why every receptionist has attitude. From huffing and puffing to condescending tones… this is your job. And I am sorry that I have to call so much to make sure that my script gets to the… pharmacy- BEFORE refill day. yet I’m nice as pie on the phone.. cuz I get it. I have sympathy, empathy, a heart. For others. Strangers. Especially if it’s my JOB. So for the wellbeing of all your patients can we PLEASE lose the attitudes. I don’t want to call just as much as u don’t want to pick up my call. Let’s try to fake it till we make it. Every single review says the SAME thing too.. DO BETTER.

Ridiculous!!!!! Don’t answer calls, return them, give messages to the important people, and are simply just horrible “paycheck taking” staff. These people don’t give a rats ass about people. Disgusting, vile, immoral… and unethical people. Do NOT choose or use CHD. SEEK ELSEWHERE!! Zero stars if I could!!

It's been bad in the last year. If you call at any given time, no one answers. I recently made a ROUTINE refill request to learn that only one of the two refill requests was sent to the nurse (I make an effort to… communicate and have the person read it back to me.). Is it really asking too much to make sure or check the chart??? My son has been taking these meds since 2018. This isn't nearly the first time something like this has happened. I had a nurse call me with attitude demanding why I was asking for 2 months worth of a "controlled substance", then lecturing me in a condescending manner as to what a controlled substance is (pretty insulting because my kids have been on these meds for years). The real issue was that the admin didn't note to the nurse that my daughter takes two per day. This is something that I always take great pains to communicate and clarify...so not even noting was negligent. Very simple math: 2 X 30 = quantity of 60. Also: again *check the chart and history*. The alternative (which would be to cause someone to miss doses) is just not acceptable. When I mentioned to the front desk person that I felt that the admin should have checked and/or known better (as this was routine), same admin (who had been listening in on the call) started screaming at the phone at me. How is this acceptable??? Last month the same admin. argued loudly (again, interrupting my conversation with the front desk person and repeatedly cutting me off) with me on the phone over what a pharmacist had stated regarding an authorization (Big surprise, the pharmacist was correct- not she). There is a word my mother's side of the family uses for this arrogant behavior: "presentada." I called last week and was told by the latest of many admins there to "call back in 10-15 minutes because I left my phone in the car and I can't log on." Either they have no concept of how unprofessional this is or they don't care. I get it, it's happened to me (when I started my shift) but it was 3 pm. And since this was on her, she really should have offered to call me back, not the other way around (It took 4 attempts of my calling back for her to pick up- I was at work, so I didn't appreciate it). I've had her job and, had I ever done that, I would have been thrown out on my ear (because I should understand and do understand that my job is to accommodate - not expect others to accommodate me at my convenience). I work at a college and if it ever got back to the President that I told a student or stakeholder to call me back at my convenience, I'm certain I'd get a crisp talking-to. The main reason people deal with CHD at all is for medication management. So, it's quite literally, "You had one job..." In various ways the admins have been making it more difficult for the patients lately. Framing yourselves as victims (who are supposedly being mistreated) whenever you get feedback (due to an unreasonable and ridiculous effort on my part to keep the medications from lapsing) is not appropriate. Putting people through all this again and again is actually you mistreating US. The attitude is that we're supposed to accommodate them, bear without limits, and have bottomless patience. Apparently we are just some inconvenience to them that takes away from more important stuff??? This IS the WORK. Management has historically been either negligent, lenient or just makes excuses for them. We don't even want all that much: just simply, do your job. If you really feel that we are asking too much then maybe this isn't the right field for you. I've never complained about a wrong Starbucks order, for example because that isn't a big deal. This is medicine and the constant attitude and unprofessionalism (that MANY have complained about for this location) is just not acceptable. Sandra and Holly used to be the admins. They may not always have had the most cheerful demeanor (understandable- it's a hectic job that doesn't pay the best) but they did their jobs. They were alright and I'm sure they're missed. 4 HOURS of my day today was spent correcting their negligence.

Answer your phones during business hours!!! Under no circumstances should there be a VM when you guys are open! That's just laziness. Either give the patient a choice on whether or not they want to be on hold or just… put them on hold. It's unprofessional

Terrible service and WASTE OF TIME. Scheduled and appointment for 2:30 With Nicole on a Tuesday, and everyone in the office left me waiting for an hour, just to proceed and tell me that I never had an official… appointment with anyone. About a few other patients were kept waiting for more than 30 minutes as well. Secretary is very unorganized with scheduling and appointments. I DO NOT recommend this place to anybody, very UNPROFESSIONAL

Once again this office is absolutely HORRIBLE with their clients. They never call back, respond to emails, have failed to fill out LEGAL paperwork that I needed. Not only me as a client has been trying to get a call… back about the legal paperwork but my lawyer as well. They say they never had it in my chart but I emailed them several days ago, they give me absolutely no information about what is going on MY LEGAL documents that must be filled out and are time sensitive. Give the run around, and lie to their clients. I have never been to a mental health office with this kind of delay in communications and filling out paper work. This office really needs people who know how to work at a dr office, every single employee their is terrible at their job.

Seeking legal help and filing formal complaints against Sandra Y. Jackson and a receptionist named holly, their behavior and actions dealing with someone who has mental health issues is absolutely vile and… unprofessional. I have never experienced such poor behavior from a psychiatrists office ever before. They do NOT know how to speak to clients professionally, do their job properly and have retaliated against me for filing a complaint against them. After ignoring me due to them not filing my time sensitive client paperwork that became overdue. Sandra Y Jackson yelling, lying and belittling me as a client over emails and phone calls. Sandra unprofessionally slipped up sending me her email address and then Sandra and the front receptionist holly BERATING me over how I got Sandra’s email when Sandra was the one who replied to my email, mad at a client over a huge mistake Sandra made. I sent out emails due to them not following up with my phone calls, paper work I mailed to them, and not filing the time sensitive paper work as they need to as it is their job. Holly is unprofessional, also speaks down to clients and it’s absolutely disgusting behavior to be talking to a client the way they do. Several other staff members disgusted and shocked at their behavior as I reported it to higher ups. Sandra never replied to my initial request to file a complaint, when I contacted them by phone and requested to speak to someone about this their behavior was directed towards me as retaliation, disgust and anger. Thankfully I have the resources and money where I can pass on the appropriate complaints to lawyers and others who will take this situation seriously, others are not so lucky or fortunate, which worries me about how they treat other clients who do not have the ability to advocate for themselves, get legal help and file complaints to the appropriate people with no retaliation. CHD you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself how you treat mentally Ill patients and clients. Sandra y Jackson, And holly I suggest getting a job out of working with mentally Ill people because they show no professionalism let alone compassion for those who are suffering mental illness. Vile and repulsive behavior.

This place does not take mental health serious. They took me off the wait list without me knowing after waiting more than 2 months for outreach which i found out when i called wondering what was taking so long being… that i was told it would take 2 to 4 weeks. After DAYS of phone tag with the supervisor they told me they would get my case open and assign me someone....of which i had to call numerous times within 2 weeks and never called me back...when i called the office they told me the worker called me a week prior which was a lie because i had no missed call or voicemail. When i said i dont feel comfortable seeing who i was assigned because she clearly was dodging my messages i was told i can be put on a wait list again...Seems to me they dont understand how mental health works and how hard enough it is for someone with mental health to even advocate issues for themselves at times. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! If you have serious mental health issues i recommend finding somewhere reliable.

At this place you a really just a number. The administrative staff are condescending and rude. Good luck if you need help with anything. My therapist is so so. I wish there were better options. Since they cater to the… poor though, they don't have to change. The incentive is not there. People have no other options and they know that.
