I love coming here with big smiles I'm welcomed with, I feel comfortable having clean slate be my clinic and without any stigma, this is how a treatment center should be.

Cleanslate is magnificent!! They don't judge you and they make you feel welcomed as a person and not make you feel you anything less. The whole team is awesome and I would recommend them to anyone that has any problems… or situations to go there because they understand and treat you as a normal person. I love them and I'm glad I chose to go there to get my sobriety going because without them and their support things would still be hard and going down for me but they lift me up and made me understand that I can do it!! Again prescriptions not called into pharmacy? I dont know why this is so hard to do? I left the ware clinic because of this un professionalism and now the same thing at the springfield location! It's not a hard thing to… do and I will be on the phone with clean slates corporate office so others dont go thru this as well!! Very unsatisfied and I will also call my insurance provider so they are aware of this chronic problem!
