I recently had a visit with NP Gia. She goes above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction.

Called here to make an appointment for HERE I been dealing with needing to seek treatment for over a month now and I was told tht one of there workers booked me for all the way in Holyoke to now less then a week before… my appointment not only finding out it’s not the right one I was told nothing can be done there highly unprofessional and disorganized

MAKE SURE YOU CLARIFY IF THIS CLINIC CONTRACTS WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CHECK AND WILL BILL YOU. I had been going to Tapestry for a few years now. When my insurance changed, Tapestry took my… insurance down ( United Health Care) and had me scheduled for an appointment. I went through the appointment and did everything I normally do. I received a bill later. When called the billing department I asked why they told me they did not contract with United Health Care. I asked why they did not let me know they did not contract with my insurance, they did not have an answer and told me I was stuck with the bill. She did tell me that I could pay as little as I needed over time... I later checked to pay the bill and it was gone, so I assumed they had forgiven the bill due to the problem they created. Three month later I am receiving the bill again. I put it on my credit card and will pay it off that way so I don't have the same issue. Unfortunately, While I am sure this place is supportive for others in the community, this type of response is not very professional. Why a clinic would take your insurance information, know that it doesn't contract with your insurance provider and not tell you before or even during the appointment, "Hey, just so you know this appointment is not covered by your insurance... do you still want to go through with the appointment?" and let me wait until I get a bill I cannot pay to tell me, " oh yeah, we don't contract with your provider, sorry... pay your bill bit by bit." is beyond me.

They need to change their work hours. Friday at 4pm doors were locked, no one was there. So much for 5pm..it's always when I need them, smh. Thanks guys! 🫡

Today was one of the best days of my life. Upon entering my appointment today, I was very stressed and nervous. My provider Alyssa, was more than helpful and knowledgeable and very professional. She really made me feel… trustworthy and all of my needs and concerns were met. I would recommend Alyssa and tapestry help to anyone and everyone who needs help. Alyssa has made my day and she should be recognized and rewarded for her outstanding services. Thank you so much Tapestry health

My experience is very good confidential and respectful and understanding to what you're looking for and have a wonderful knowledgeable staff not only for sexual reproduction but but also offers assistance with drug… counseling and drug prevention
