Hi im Irvin liles an I just want miss cooper to no im very happy to come to her class for help getting back on track and making sure I stay there she is very nice u couldn't ask more of her she has been the help I… needed no attitudes funny ways a person that u can count on keep up the good work stay positive never negative because u have a beautiful spirit in u I hope people see it to thank u for everything miss five star
Mrs. Alberta Cooper and Chelsea at the Daymark in Wadesboro are the absolute best..professional as well as informative not mention how welcoming they are..top notch
Communication with patients during delays could be improved. While occasional scheduling delays are understandable in any medical office, keeping patients informed about extended wait times would greatly improve the… overall experience. A brief update from staff when appointments are running behind would help patients better manage their time and reduce frustration. Most people are understanding when unexpected situations arise; they simply appreciate being kept informed. I hope the office considers implementing more frequent communication regarding delays, as it would make visits more comfortable for patients and their families.
Mrs. Jill and Miss Jacqueline of the TCM team are truly exceptional individuals who have made a profound impact on my day, and I am deeply grateful for their support and guidance.
Mrs. Jill is the most amazing care manager ever. Very punctual and helpful, amazing attitude. Would give 10 stars if I could!
The nurse ,I believe dr.daniels? She is sooo sweet ,my daughter and i just love her! The staff is very nice and helpful as well!
I have had nothing but a positive experience so far! I moved from Florida to North Carolina on July 30th 2025. I needed a new outpatient facility to go to and this place ended up being LITERALLY 2 MINS from my new home!… They told me, to be seen, I was able to come in any time on a Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The day I walked in I did a psychosocial analysis right away with a doctor on Zoom, and then they got me set up with a follow-up appointment with the psychiatrist within 1 week. I went to the facility, sat in a room and met with the doctor on Zoom. They arranged for me to do a weekly virtual outpatient group, again on zoom, and medication assisted treatment for the Suboxone and mental health medications I take. It is very important for me to have my medication and this place made sure I did NOT miss one dose. The transfer from my Florida outpatient facility to this one was a smooth transition. 5 stars!
Didn’t have to wait long to see the physiatrist
They don't call and remind you of appointments instead you get a letter in the mail also they don't have a variety of people for a 13-year-old girl to speak to they have her speaking to like a 50 or 60-year-old man and… she doesn't feel comfortable
Waited two hours for my son to be seen. Place is ridiculous
The staff is wonderful and always pleasant. Very professional. Would recommend the services for anyone that needs!
I wouldnt go here, their online psychologist was very unprofessional with me, laughed at me when I mentioned I may have schitzoaffective disorder , because my family has a history of mental illness and because I went to… the hospital and was given anti-psychotics to get rid of visual hallucinations and I was having delusions. Instead of listening to me she laughed at me and said "pfft you dont want to have that" Like okay? uhm yes nobody wants to have mental illness but we would all like to be diagnosed properly. She accused me of trying to get SSI. That was the last time I went there.
