EOH Acquisition Group LLC – East Orange Detox and Rehab Services

Recorded services at EOH Acquisition Group LLC – East Orange are detox and residential treatment. Medical supervision covers the withdrawal period, where alcohol and benzodiazepines carry real risk. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

I had good experience with everyone at Dr Friedman MD's office, very good staff. Dr Friedman would make me welcome, all tests were done in the presence of 3 female nurses which made me very comfortable. But when date… for surgery was taking long as they asked me to find another doctor to do IV infusion instead of them recommending me one, I was introduced to another gynecologist, she also did tests on me, when I went back to Dr Amir Friedman, he refused to take me back was very disappointed 😞 especially that they're the ones who asked me to go find my own Dr for IV infusion especially that doctor did not tell me that he got one fibroids inside my uterus till i went to get results. I will give them 7 out of 10.

NY Jiah Davis RN and Natcha Destine and Virgina PCT. Treated my mother with tender care. They are professional, caring, hard working medical staff workers. They make Care Well Hospital look good. Jash Davis RN is very… theral and compassionate Nurse. Destine is very skilled and compassionate PCT. Virgina is hard working compassionate PCT. Its a blessing to have all of them take care of my Mother. I highly recomend all of them for a promotion.

If I could give CareWell Health Medical Center **negative 60 stars, I absolutely would.** My experience at this hospital was completely unacceptable. While I was a patient recovering from surgery, I ordered… approximately **$60 worth of food through Uber Eats, and my order disappeared after it was delivered to the hospital.** I never received my food, and I was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. What bothered me even more was the way I was treated as a patient. **There was a serious lack of compassion, professionalism, and basic courtesy.** When someone has just undergone surgery, they are vulnerable and depend on hospital staff to treat them with patience and respect. Instead, I encountered staff members who spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, including individuals who appeared inexperienced in caring for post-surgical patients. I also had an extremely negative experience with one of the transporters. Her attitude and the way she interacted with patients was, in my experience, completely inappropriate and disrespectful. Patients come to a hospital because they need care, compassion, and support—not additional stress while they are already sick, in pain, or recovering from surgery. Based on **my personal experience**, I would not recommend CareWell Health Medical Center. I sincerely hope hospital leadership takes patient complaints seriously and addresses the way patients are being treated. **PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOOSING THIS HOSPITAL.**

If I can give zero stars I would, It seems nobody wants to do their job! I don't know why I was being bounced around to department to department just for some medical records! Then have the nerve to Give you an attitude… but when it's reciprocated it's a problem!

Went in for same day surgery and from each receptionist to every nurse, especially Shannon, I felt comfortable and supported. They have a wonderful team working there. From registration, pre-op, in the OR, and recovery… everyone I encountered was friendly and accommodating. I was greeted with a smile from everyone I met. It was my first procedure and first time in the OR and they explained everything and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend having a procedure done here.

Worst place in the world for out patient surgery! Scheduling screw ups, not enough seating in waiting area, shift changes in the middle of intake, and english is a second language.Listened to staff complain to each… other while others face times their kids all within ear shot of the fllthy waiting room with broken tv’s and metal folding chairs. Haven’t even mentioned the flies and garbage bags being dragged across pre op surgery room. Avoid this place at all cost!

I truly can’t put into words the level of care, kindness, and respect my family and I received from the entire behavioral until - 4A floor. Every single staff member treated us as if we were part of their own family.… They went above and beyond to accommodate us in ways I’ve never experienced at any other hospital. I could honestly write an book about how positive our experience was. We will always be grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and genuine care they showed during such an important time. Thank you, 4A, for making a difficult experience so much easier.

“I had a disappointing experience with the staff. When they needed to draw blood, the nurse inserted the syringe before having the blood collection tubes ready and then started looking for empty blood bottles, which… caused unnecessary delay and blood loss. Also, the transportation process was poor. After my minor surgery, I was moved from the bed into a wheelchair and had to wait more than 30–40 minutes for transportation. During that time, I was not provided a bed or a place to rest while waiting.”

I had a venous ablation procedure in Same Day Surgery, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the entire nursing staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, compassionate, and attentive.… The nurses took the time to explain each step of the process, answered all of my questions, and helped ease my anxiety before the procedure. Their kindness, patience, and genuine concern for my comfort made a stressful situation much easier. I felt well cared for throughout my stay and never felt like just another patient. The level of teamwork and professionalism displayed by the staff was truly outstanding. Thank you to all of the nurses and staff for providing such exceptional care. Your dedication and compassion did not go unnoticed, and I am incredibly grateful for the positive experience.”

I was watching the Status monitor the whole time. Nothing ever changed. Dr came after surgery to say all went well. Literally popped his head in and then left. Told me they're stitching him up then taking him to… recovery room. Should be an hour. No update from any nurse. It's been an hour. 😩

This was one of the worst ER experiences I have ever had. I spent over 5 hours in the Emergency Department and received little to no communication throughout my visit. I had an MRI performed and waited more than 3 hours… for the results. No one ever came to update me, and I repeatedly had to ask staff for information. The only time someone checked on me was to move me from a bed to a chair. I ultimately left without receiving my MRI results because the wait was excessive and no one could tell me when I would be seen. To make matters worse, when I was discharged, no one reviewed my bloodwork or any of my test results with me. I was simply sent home without a proper explanation of my findings or next steps. I was also concerned about patient privacy. During my visit, paperwork containing patient information was left unattended, and computer monitors displaying patient information were visible without proper safeguards. This was troubling to witness in a healthcare setting where confidentiality should be a priority. Patients come to the ER scared, concerned, and looking for answers. The lack of communication, follow-up, attention to patient care, and apparent disregard for patient privacy made this an extremely disappointing experience.

I walked into CareWell emergency room and was greeted by with a look of disqust but being in pain I signed in anyway, was called to the back into a room laying flat, being I had stomach pains decided to sit in the… chair. This was around 9:30am well 2:45 rolls around I was told I was being admitted still in pain screaming. Ended up staying in the Emergency room all night . Let me tell you a announce came on stating it 9:00 pm and it’s quit time No it was party time but what I don’t understand was it was the staff having a ball while patients screaming in pain. Bathroom flifty so I use a bed pan which they didn’t come to dump until I threaten next time will be in the floor. Ok fast forward once the doctor came and seen me still in the ER he manage to get me a room.they put me in the room with some detoxing who would go in the bathroom for 30 to 45 min. I was on the third floor at this time. No hot water so couldnt was my butt and the staff, let’s be clear not all was horrible . Call bell goes unanswered and if they do come all attitude. I can list the bad ones but first I need to mention the good ones that go above and beyond the call Grace, Saimon,Wyzae,Patrica, Marvin,George,Emma,Cynthia I appreciate each and everyone of you for trying to make my stay better. You guys deserve a party with (crab legs) Went for my first c-scan in the most raggedy wheel chair( buy new chairs) and they were in there playing on their phones until I went and asked can someone help me. Once back upstairs the drama continues so I had my family bring me lounge wear so I won’t have to feel out of my comfort zone why I do that went for second c-scan in another raggedy chair and the woman argued with me about a hospital gown all in the hallway didnt get her name but she was raggedy just like the chair African woman but they always mad and she walk funny so I refuse to put on the hospital gown (just help it on my lap) get to the room and before she could open her nasty mouth I asked the technician if he needed me to put it on he no you’re fine. Ha ha to her with her hating self cause I was cute , anyway I went to the third now cause I complained about no hot water, completely different vibe quite, clean, and hot water I felt a lil relief so now I’m in with a elder lady they did her wrong, daughter told them no more blood work but yes lo and behold they came late in the night for her blood and I will never forget the way she was tortured she screaming so bad . I have pics to but I won’t post them keeping those just in case further action is needed.Thank GOD I’m out of the war zone. I believe it could be a better hospital if you weed out the one that really don’t care about people but are there for a paycheck and retrain them teach to have compassion, empathy for the people. Oh and one more thing I was waiting for my pain medicine and a whole dementia patient was about to come in my room so I grabbed my made and aim and screamed get out my room 2:30 am traumatic event. I could go on and but I’ll just let this sink in

90 degrees outside, it's about 100 plus inside hospital. I have never seen anything like this in my life. I guess they didn't think about germs floating around. Impossible trying to get anyone's attention. Nurses… walking around with portable fans attached to their bodies. No air circulating, what do you think is going to happen. The sick will get sicker, and the well be get sick. They need to close this damn hospital, until corrections are correct. Office worker probably sitting inside cool office. This situation here calls for making contact with Heath Dept. Hospital is definitely a death trip. They put patients in rooms with no curtains, invasion of privacy . Any one from the outside will walk in the room and see everything that's going on with their roommates .which brings me to the next question roommates has no business seeing everything that's going on with the other patients. How is that doctors are requesting test, with machine being in a hot atmosphere. With that being said will the test be true or false ? I'm not a doctor by no means necessary, but to my knowledge the machines are suppose to be in and environment under certain temperature, cool temp. God forbid heat without circulation this hospital encounter epidemic of germs floating around with no cure . God forbid if that happens, well you will definitely wear that mistake. Carewell executives should be ashamed of yourself. This is a hospital, not a pig pin. I guess you guys are not as smart as you think.

Extremely messy, unorganized people who can’t get it together and properly follow up. This post honestly deserves 0 stars. I’m extremely disappointed on how they handled my brother and how they handled me. By far the… worst place I’ve experienced by far. Do not come here. They dumbed my mentally ill brother at a shelter, roaming around because he didn’t even know where the door was. I found him on the street because the hospital failed to even give me which entrance he was going to be dropped off. The MASH program is in disbelief on how they discharged him

I have no idea who in their right mind is leaving this place 5 stars reviews must a bots or paid. One of the worst places in the area. period. I genuinely believe they need to be shuttered. Literally incapable of taking… care of patients outside of placing bandages. Absolutely useless place that needs to be shut down. If you have medicare/caid or self pay, dont come here. They will gaslight you about being unable to take care of you then attempt to get you out the hospital. Might as well go to University
