Dr. Fishburn and his team were very helpful and easy to work with. Shanice at the front desk was welcoming and made check in easy. Very professional all around.

Dr. Fishburn and his staff were very professional and helpful. I was able to get a DOT physical on a Sunday morning and I was in and out quickly.

This office was totally unprofessional, unkind and irresponsible in their interactions with me. They don't answer the phone, ever. I called to tell them I would be late, to no avail; I called at least 10 times because… my SS notice said they wouldn't see me if I was late. Well they did see me, but they were hostile. The doctor told me, "you don't want to make me mad, it could go against your claim if I think you are rude." At one point he even had some big ape like man follow me around the office threateningly, trying to get a reaction from me. I told the doctor, Steven Fishburn that I was irritated by the lack of professionalism at his office, and he threatened me and then had me escorted out of the office by the big ape man at the end of my exam. Disclosure: I am a 62 year old professional with a great local reputation and an auto-immune disease that makes me weak and limits my mobility. I am stunned and saddened that Dr. Fishburn is party to such shenanigans.

What can you say about a business that can't answer their phones.
