Genesis Treatment Services – Frederick

First clinic o have been to but the staff here go above and beyond. They make u feel like family and I would stay with them for ever if I could so have sessions with Lynn for a life time. She is gentle but firm and… blunt and I give her much respect. She is a great counselor. Brandi is another caring counselor that will make sure u get all the services you need even if sheales the calls for you. And I can't forget Abt the nursing staff they make no judgements, stay positive, and always try to lift u up when down. This center is THEE best!!

Absolutely love this place and EVERY SINGLE employee there.. I can’t imagine life without them by my side . They keep the place in tip top shape , always. The staff treats us all with dignity and respect.

I've been to a total of 3 clinics and this would be my fourth and last, it's by far the absolute best treatment services for Methadone maintenance, counseling services, and IOP classes. As soon as you walk through the… door you're greeted with friendly staff shanel and Mike and all the nurses are my favorite so I'm excited to go to whichever window and all the counselors treat you with love and concern! It's also right on the bus line so it's convenient if you need to take the bus or if you have medical assistance Paramed through the health department will pick you up and take you and take you back home.

They helped me when no one else would. The entire staff is amazing and very helpful. Walking in you get good vibes. I can't wait to see where this program takes me in my recovery. I would recommend Genesis 100%.

I've been on a couple of programs. But this is the first one that made me feel welcome, warm and they are very nice .They actually want you to achieve what ever your goal is on working with your addiction! I would… recommend anyone who needs help with their addictions to Genesis.

Genesis has completely changed me and my sisters life the staff are professional and care about their patients they saved my life I highly recommend this program to anyone seeking help not to mention how fast I was able… to get into the program I gladly drive after work from Virginia to Fredrick every morning. Ok they have asked me to share my experiences with u guys about this clinic.....All I can say is I have never been let down so much by a clinic as this one ....I left my old clinic to start a new clinic because I had… been at my old one for some time and I thought I needed a change.and boy did I get one....Just to let u know if you are trying to get clean here you'd better make sure all ready on your way before you start here because when I started there they never told me if u had 2 dirty urine they start taking u down to 90 mlgs so if you are over that ma⁰]ke sure you don't your i's and cross your p's

The staff are very nice caring respectful and they make sure u are okay with dose they make sure they get u in and out in a timely matter ....I've been to a different methadone clinic and they are nothing like this one… they treat with respect and diginity..and don't harass bout anything

The clinic is great the staff is so nice. I just wish the clinic would just open up at 5 o'clock instead of 5:30 because if my job. But other then that the clinic rocks

Been with genesis since 2010 in Westminster. Transferred to frederick genesis because i live in frederick. I love everything about this clinic its kept me sober and living a normal life and would recommend genesis… frederick to anyone thats needs help with addiction.

I love this place... it it's the best choice I ever made about getting into a opiate dependence program I love the staff the receptionist is wonderful my counselor is great everything about it is good and is very very… convenient and right across the street from me so if you're serious about becoming clean come to this program Genesis Treatment Services they help you they care about your recovery and they listen and not judge

I think Genesis is an amazing treatment center i think Sierra goes above and beyond for us patients which is so appreciative from myself and husband only issue i would have is if you guys would open at 5am so my husband… wouldn't have to rush to work as he has to be at work at 530 as well but all and all i give 5 stars keep up the great work

This methadone clinic is a lot better than any of the other ones I've ever been to.

Such a caring group. This Clinic is so caring and friendly and clean. They are really professional yet they give you the sense that they really care because they do. The Director i so easy to talk to she is really… attentive. The nurses are also. I really like that even when the medical Director is not in Frederick you talk to him through a camera and he is really friendly professional and caring. This is far better then some I have been on and if they are this great after opening They can go no where but UP. So glad i transferred here for care
