Can't even call to make an appointment on time anymore because they tell you to call back the next day then the next day tell you to call back again and then I can't even see your own doctor..now I gotta go without meds… next week because the covering doctors like to mess with people and put holds on medications

Great clinic super quick in and out dosing Dr. G is the man he didn't hold anything against me like my prescriptions that some clinics will penalize you for being on. Cannot recommend the place enough I've only been at… this clinic about 7 days maybe more give or take and the staff and counselors really do care and will not limit what dosage they think I'd right and they just wanna save lives and ultimately get you takehomes ad fast as possible do that way as recovering addicts we have so much other stressful things in our life that we need to make amends for and highpoint gives you just that methadone is apart of the bigger picture and to really work the program it needs to be more than just walking in and out for the medicine.

Staff is very kind, caring & compassionate. No judgement, just help. Literally changed my life and I'll be eternally grateful.

I had an intake appointment on March 23rd at 11 a.m. I was driving from East Falmouth and was about 45 minutes away. I left early, had my one and a half year old son with me but was stuck in traffic at moments. I… arrived to my appointment at 11:08 and saw a sign that said if you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. I was greeted by Shauna Potts at the front desk and apologized to her that I had been a little late but expressed the circumstances. Shauna then took a moment and told me I would have to reschedule and couldn't be seen since I was late. I expressed to her that I was not over 10 minutes late and she said rudely "It's 11:09". Shauna refused to let me be seen because the appointment would have only been 10 minutes long (30 minute appointment so it would've been 20 minutes) and she said there wasn't anything that could have been done. I had told her I drove almost an hour out of the way for the appointment and was stuck in traffic and she said "you didn't give us a call" and told her because I didn't have good service, had my child in the car and had to follow the GPS to get there as quick as I could. At this point, I was extremely upset because no office establishment has ever done that before. I asked for her supervisors contact information to report her and on the way out she said sarcastically "have a nice day". Worst customer service ever and quite honestly, a person like her should not be working in a mental health care facility.

The experience I had at this location failed me completely. My appointments were made by a different hospital as continued treatment for when I got out. When I got there they didn't have me scheduled with anyone and… threw me with the counselor on hand and when I mentioned I was supposed to have an appointment with the med doctor they told me it would be a little while so which explained I would be out of meds and this is why my appointment was made weeks in advance before I was discharged from a different place. I just feel like patience slipped through the cracks usually you cannot see a med doctor unless you're keeping up with counseling I only ever saw my counselor that first day for a half hour. But when I say they failed me it's because the last appointment I had with the med doctor I explained her that my mental health is getting so severe that guy wanted to check myself back in. She replied with why don't you give yourself a week and let me talk to the people upstairs and I'll call you because I won't be in the office for a couple weeks. I will say they did call me on that scheduled week appointment but at that point I was so deep and a mental episode I didn't know where I was let alone able to answer a phone. And to this day I have not heard back from them. Of course they covered themselves by saying if you get real bad call the 24-hour line but the problem was I was reaching out in that appointment. I didn't want to write a review because I had gone to the manomet location years prior and had the total opposite experience. and chalked it up to it being a relatively new location until I saw how many people have similar experience with falling through the cracks and the staff not caring.

If you have a addiction .This is the place to get help. I got clean and staying clean .Best thing I've done . Thank you for all your help.

If you are attending this program for any probation related reason, be forewarned this program is partnershiped with plymouth District Court probation. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of… law. Regardless if you have signed the appropriate consent forms for them to disclose confidential information. You will be told that you are protected under the law against this by them. You are not. Try and find a different treatment center if possible. Goodluck.

gave my wife medication she is allergic to they are understaffed and obviously dont read patient med files

This is a great local insurance company. Ben was the 5th person I called for quotes and he not only gave us good rates he also did the plates and registration right then!
