I would not recommend this place to anyone who is truly seeking help. Based on my experience, the conditions were unacceptable and honestly felt unsafe. The facility itself was dirty and poorly maintained, and… interactions with staff were consistently rude and dismissive rather than supportive or professional. What concerned me most was what I personally observed around medication and medical care. From what I could tell, medications were being handed out by staff who did not appear to be licensed, and there was no RN or LPN visibly on site. That made me seriously question how prepared this facility would be if a real medical emergency occurred. It did not feel like a place equipped to handle crisis situations responsibly. Living conditions were also extremely overcrowded. Residents were packed six people to a room with twin-sized bunk beds, leaving little to no personal space. On top of that, food was often an issue — meals were inconsistent, portions were below average, and at times it felt like they were running out altogether. Recovery is hard enough without having to worry about basic safety, dignity, and care. This place did not provide an environment that felt supportive, therapeutic, or focused on true rehabilitation. I strongly encourage anyone looking for treatment to explore other options.

My grandfather worked here and I have heard so many stories about people recovering and having an amazing life without drugs in it.
