Integrity Inc – Newark (49 Lincoln Park)

Do not come here one of the people working there turned the heat for the house on all the way up as high as of a degree as it would go for all of us maybe 50 people in the middle of the night and you don't have your own… bedroom someone's gonna mess with you and it's all about rules as if your in trouble instead of counseling helping you with things they don't teach you anything at all one of the field trips they took us on in small groups was to one of the owners vacation houses another was a lake nearby but nothing about it was about helping anyone

Integrity House was very challenging and very rewarding. I was forced to face a lot of childish behavior I had been holding on to and actually work to change it. My sense of intitalment, my selfishness and to many more… to list honestly. The staff there is great, always professional and compassionate. I'd really like to give a special shout out to my counselor Andres Ortega. He helped me replace so many bad traits through the application of spiritual principles. My gratitude, patience, forgiveness and understanding are at levels I never thought they could be and Andres was a huge part of that transformation. I've accepted that life isn't all roses, and that's ok. It's helped me focus on what's good and be in control of my feelings. Andres really challenged me to take a look at the role I played and play in my family and my relationship with my daughter and mother has been so much better as a result. That is something I can't thank Integrity for enough! Thank You all. God Bless

Grateful for the opportunity to go to Integrity house Newark. The staff were great my time there and they actually take clients to the dentist and doctor. We had events going to movies and the beach and always did… something for a holiday. They allow visits and your family can bring you things you need. Again appreciative for the chance to work on myself in Integrity.

Hi my name is Jasryn Partazana and I was a resident of Integrity House twice. I first came there in 2021 and learned the creed! Integrity helped me put my life together again. Unfortunately I needed more research in how… bad addiction could get so after my relapse they readily took me back in 2023 no questions asked! Once again this wonderful program helped me change my life. I am where I am today because of this program. The management from Ms. Eman to Ms. Kayla is phenomenal! Their higher ups don’t just sit at the desk they actually involve themselves in the mix. Ms. Truddy is living proof that being resilient and staying clean is possible! and Ms. Gaby V is a great counselor who listens to her clients and builds the treatment plan from their perspective and what they feel is best along with her expertise! In addition, the residential aides Sheila, Haroline, and Belinda are influential and assist the counselors in running the house and making sure that we follow the rules and also regulate each other. Overall I learned how to be accountable and not to carry my trauma outside of those walls. It was not ever fun but it was necessary so that I could live a better life! If you’re thinking rehab and u don’t want it to be easy come to integrity. If you can get clean here you can stay clean anywhere!

This place changed my life in so many ways I needed long term treatment to really focus on myself and my recovery. Andre was my counselor and this man truly went above and beyond in so many different ways. He was always… available and so genuine and caring and guided me in every positive way. George the tech also played a huge role in my stay at integrity and he always asked about my daughter and always brought a smile to my face. These men help change my life. Aaron price

The Newark staff is great.

This place definitely helped me in so many ways ... The staff there is amazing and so helpful no matter what anytime I needed to just talk could not sleep or anything they helped me....they fought for me with drug court… and support me through when my dad got really sick... anyone that needs help whether it's men or women I would strongly recommend integrity house they never give up on you... You just have to be willing and ready for the work and help .

I entered Integrity house a broken boy and left a young man . It saved my life for sure . If it was for me counselor I really don’t know where I would be today . Sobriety isn’t ever promised you need to put the work in.… Integrity will definitely put you ahead of the game though . Thanks guys

If you wanna use drugs and while in rehab go to Intergrity house 49 Lincoln Park this place is a joke the worst

My experience at Integrity house was life-changing the staff there are very committed to helping addicts change their lives for the better. The care and commitment are unmatched. I’ve been to many rehabs in my life, but… Integrity house in Newark New Jersey really changed my life for the better. I am clean three years now and I am proud to say that I am an addict in recovery because of the care and support I received from Integrity house staff

It was a beautiful feeling to see everyone but the highlight for me was seeing Dave Kerr. He saw the best in me when everyone else only saw the worst. Integrity saved my life.

Excellent, 2007 Graduate class. It definitely left a imprint on me that I will carry for the rest of life. Keep it green ALWAYS, play the tape out. And just say Thank you to everything, everybody keep it moving. Also… thank God because if it wasn't for him I wouldn't been here.

Life changing number one lesson I learned is it is ok to ask for help .Once I did and began to put in the work Necessary for my sobriety, and things slowly began to change .

Horrible staff they allow people to get high and do nothing bout it

I love this place ms. Jackie was my counselor this was in 2016 and I've met some of the best clients. The loft was a great house and when my father passed man I never felt so much care and love from every single person… that I still think of this place

There are too many issues to list with the Secaucus facility. The treatment of clients in the long term program is borderline inhumane and medical treatment is drastically lacking. To say Integrity House is there to… help people is a laughable to say the least. It is an outdated concept designed to help with the reintegration of convicts to society and it is statistically proven ineffective. Substance abuse treatment is just another avenue Integrity House has found they can exploit and milk the state of tax payer money. Any recovery or behavioral modification that occurs at Integrity House is thanks to the clients and their dedication to becoming a better version of themselves. It is more likely you'd find successful recovery and personal growth anywhere else in the world outside of the oppressive machine that is Integrity House. I honestly feel most walk away from their time at Integrity with more issues both mental and physical than they had when first entering the facility.

This program was amazing. I really appreciate all the staff did for me. Ms. Kayla is amazing . Ms. Truddy there are no words for the help you have given me. I appreciate you always. Ms. Truddy for president...… Butterfly!!!

Horrible,totally irresponsible and unorganized,they lost my debit card and 50 dollars cash I had,I don't recommend this place at all.

White women who run group meetings makes $65/ per group while people of color makes $15/ group...

Not a bad place to get help

Short term recommends all clients go to long term for money. I told a staff member that medication was disappearing off the med cart. She told me to speak to the Director of Short term who told ME that I wasn’t missing… medication I was taking it. Happened to more then one client. Last day I was there a whole bottle of a girls medication went missing. The Medcart is locked to all clients except staff. Which means staff, most likely the nurse was taking extra medication from the short term clients. When client complained nurse lied and said client was no longer prescribed medication but nurse screwed up not realizing client had just got a refill for that specific medication. So she WAS being prescribed it. Freezing in winter time. IOP was a disaster clients coming up dirty even though there was no way they got high. Didn’t believe it til it happened to me. Said I came up dirty for something I never took. Director of IOP instead of asking what happened out of concern or try and figure the situation out asked me if I had any WARRANTS!? And if I was on DRUG COURT!? Looked extremely suspicious. This lady obviously was switching out clients clean urines for dirty. I really hope she was fired. Staff changes constantly. No one knows what’s going on whose running group. Sat on a couch for 21 days in short term bc there were no groups and when complaint was brought up staff told us well this is your recovery you have to do it. Well if I didn’t need HELP I wouldn’t be here. Finally had to have my trusted IOP not affiliated tell these bozos they weren’t sending me to long term, they told me short term and that’s all I had to do. Probation officers and Drug Courts; listen to you’re clients when they are telling you something. This place was corrupt. And I’m not even on probation or drug court but I watched them suffer bc they felt almost trapped. This place is all about money nothing more. Recovery is far from this place.
