I will never go back there as long as I live

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Probably just people that need to learn to be grateful. But who knows!? Anyway, this place is great. Everyone is friendly. If there are issues they work to resolve them. I've never been… able to get this much help all in one place. This organization is truly a blessing that I'm immensely grateful for. I'd recommend them to anyone that's struggling with anything.

No consistency, med docs and case managers constantly quitting, no communication between case managers and therapists or med docs, constant cancellation of appointments or will reschedule appointments without notice and… not let you know until you get a no show letter, The list could go on and on.

I am disgusted at the care my mother had at this facility. If they try to place you under the care of Psychiatrist Cheryl Gore, please, RUN. I am not done perusing this issue. We are fortunate to have found care at… Prairie View in Newton, KS and saved my mother’s life. The irresponsible use of medications and lack of responsibility is astounding to me. I post this to warn others, for serious issues, please take your loved ones elsewhere.

I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am… greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. I have never had a negative experience with the front desk staff at this agency.

Won't help, just want to control people, will refuse you meds if you do stuff they don't like, love treating people like children, -10/10 would never recommend to anyone ever looking for real mental health care.
