If I could give this Clinic negatives stars I would. It has been non stop fighting to get both my therapist and my provider to hear me before that it was months of being dismissed. I spoke to the director a few times… about this and she dismissed me as well. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS EMERGENCY

I love reach and save my life. When you really want it, it will work. That's all? I could say if you really want to get better. You will get better. With God and reach help, I had received all the medical care and… Therapy that I mean it.I'm truly grateful if you really want it Which is the place to be god bless

I truly love this facility and all of the people who work there. I really feel like they actually care about me and want what is best for me. I enjoy my time there every week. 🤗

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is completely unprofessional, primarily the higher ups. They are quick to refer patients out but NOT accept their own patients back, VERY poor patient care. They further do… not inform their patients they are not accepting them and leave it to other professionals to do so for them, again VERY poor patient care. Their management has been rude, condescending and are unable to take accountability when they make mistakes. They also are harassing when they want something but do not always return calls when reached out to. As a professional in the field, I will NEVER again refer a single patient to this practice and would advise others to seek treatment elsewhere.

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE they make you feel like you are not good enough and that you are less than. Look at you like you are an animal. WORST OUTPATIENT IN LONG ISLAND BY FAR will make… client relapse

The treatment I received here was really bad. Dangerous and when I was at my lowest no one tried to help . My therapist, instead of finding a doctor to help me just referred me to inpatient . And this was after the… psychiatric nurse practitioner Tom over medicated me to the point where I went into a psychosis. And when I called him, I got no answers and no help either. Thank God for the doctors at New York Presbyterian for helping me to get back to me . I went into Long Beach reach for help with a minor depressive episode, and two months into their care. I was in a major clinical depression with severe anxiety. I’m glad I made it through that somebody with less support, and maybe less mature than he might not have survived this. I would never recommend this place to anybody ever again.

This place is absolutely horrible the male staff is actually even worse than the female staff , however, the male staff actually kiss up to the female adminstrations and management so they treat their patients like its… their own personal play ground if you can go to another location I highly advise you to do it.

I love my therapist, but tried to change my psychiatrist because she doesn't care…AT ALL.. I do not want to go into details… but I never leave negative feedbacks

Long Beach Reach is a group of people that DO genuinely care. They work with you intensively through both group and private therapy sessions. They also include psychiatric therapies (medical prescriptions). As with any… treatment of this type, you get out of it what you put into it. I know, they helped me.

Great place and therapists. They truly care about you and your wellbeing.

Denise. Alex. Joanne. They are all fake and do not care what so ever about your health. They would rather go back 2-5 years into the past than to stay with what's going on now. This place is a joke of a program. The… people here think they are gods gift to social workers. But they aren't. They lie , antagonise , bully. It's like everything I didn't want I got. So just be careful when you bring your kids here. They will say our goal is to do this and that. But at the end of the day. They will either put your child on medication or you will not be allowed here. This word you will hear a lot. Confidentiality. Be careful because nothing you say will stay within this program. It will find itself out the door. Alex and Joanna both have told multiple people about my tenure at this program. Why it hasn't stayed between us. I have no clue. But don't let them lie to you!!!!!!! Stay safe and choose a different place to go too. They will just take your money that's all they want. This place is terrible stay away !!!!
