I have been on a few maintenance programs in my day but I have to say none have showed me the care and compassion I get from my team here Olga is an amazing woman and a pleasure to work with and always so understanding… and always there to listen and my counselor Terez idk what I would do without her sometimes; she always listens and u can tell she really cares and has gone above and beyond to help me any time I may need it I have only had one other counselor who I connected to like I have Terez and it's people like her who make u feel seen and heard and understood that people like me need most I'm so happy I have gotten to know these 2 amazing women and I thank Lynn comp for having such an amazing team of care givers and support staff I couldn't ask for a better place to go for my recovery

Lynn clinic is far and away the best experience I had at any medical facility ever. Courtney is a phenomenal counselor and you can tell she is deeply passionate about her work!

I just want to say how very grateful I am for Terez, who has been my number one support for awhile now. She is more Than just a case manager to me, she has guided me through alot of my ups & downs while being on the… Lynn clinic. I would be lost without her & im forever Grateful that she is so dedicated to her job that she goes above and beyond for her clients. Nobody will ever be able to replace her, she is one of a kind! Thank you for being apart of my sobriety journey! I have nothing but love!!

I have had great experiences with Lynn CTC, especially working with my clinician, Olga. She is extremely professional, compassionate, and always maintains a positive attitude. Olga genuinely takes the time to listen,… understand what I’m going through, and provide guidance and support without judgment. Her dedication and willingness to help have made a real difference for me, and I truly appreciate the effort she puts into her work. I would highly recommend Lynn CTC and Olga to anyone looking for someone who is professional, caring, and genuinely invested in helping their clients succeed.

I my counselor. Her name is Terez. Terez was assigned to me as my counselor when I first started the clinic against after almost 5 years clean, I slipped up and found myself back to Habit Opco. The older clinitions… there like Anthony, he knew me well and knew that I NEED a great counselor to thrive in my recovery. He AUTOMATICALLY said to me "Mallori, I am going to assign you to Terez , I know you'll love her, she's great!" So ofc I went with Anthony's suggestion as he had known me from years prior and knows that I need a counselor how I will vibe with, I like a councilor Who's been through it, has experience in the game etc. RIGHT AWAY! I met Terez, she was EXTREMELY friendly, welcoming, made me feel RIGHT AT HOME as if my coming back was an amazing achievement and not something to feel ashamed of. I clicked with her right away. I'll never forget the day I met her BECAUSE of how just amazingly friendly, outgoing she was and how good she made me feel about being back. I felt like "THIS IS MY PERSON, ILL THRIVE WITH THIS ONE" And I've got to say, BOY HAVE I! I've meet with Terez face to face plenty, she'll call me in just to ask how I'm doing or feeling, if I am comfortable with my dose, how's my job going, like TRULY CARES literally as I said, to the point that it makes me tear up because I haven't felt this kind of support from Anyone At this clinic EVER and I've been in this clinic what, 4xz in 16yrs 😭 She never ever forgets ME! Like she's got tons and tons of clients and she'll remember something that I told her a month or even MONTHS prior as if I told her just the day before. It makes me want to cry just thinking about how much this woman has went to bat for me 💯 🩷 Terez holds a woman's group every Thursday. She told me about this woman's group THE FIRST TIME I MET HER, I told her I'd love to do that, she got me right in that very next Thursday she put me in and I've been in every since. I can truly say, I've NEVER enjoyed a "woman's group " because I've tried them at habit Opco before and the woman clinicians that held them, well let's just say they were more interested in what the MEN had to say (coed meetings) then the woman. Terez is all for WOMAN EMPOWERMENT! I'm telling you, her groups, I look forward to Thursdays because she's always got amazing topics ready for us. I'll put my phone on mute and just sit there listening to her every word like I'm reading a Bible. It's insane the gift this woman's got for coaching recovery 🙏🏻 I've gotten more support from Terez then I've gotten from my own family! I can truly say that I owe my recovery to Terez. YES! I know I'VE DONE THE WORK! however, I couldn't have done this without support and THAT "SUPPORT" I get more from Terez then ANYONE in my life!! So ok I've done the work but I've done it WITH Terez by my side! I owe my sobriety and my life to this amazing woman who just happened to become my clinition and now I TRULY couldn't fathom going through this journey without. Thank you Habit Opco for having a clinition like Terez! 😇 PlZ hire more clinitions like this one. She's literally a savior/ wonder woman 🪽

I love this place, every body is patient and understanding.esp my counselor Terez ,she is wonderful,she doesn't Make me feel pressured or rushed in trying to become sober ,she always says this is about progress, whether… fast or slow every body has their own pace.she has your back . when you're in treatment that is exactly what you need.its great there.

This clinic has been a life saver. Warm, compassionate and caring is exactly how I would describe the staff here. Terez Durbano is my clinician and she is so personable and takes time to hear me out and listen to what… is going on. I feel at home and comfortable here and it all started with Terez. Thank you to the entire staff.

I have been going here for a few years now and have always been treated with respect and compassion by all of the staff there. I truly feel that everyone who works there is compassionate but my clinician, Terez, is… especially unique. She has gone above and beyond in my opinion to make herself available to me and has been a crucial support to me in some of my hardest moments on my recovery journey. I’ve never had another clinician at any of the other clinics I have been at make me feel as supported as she has. She is definitely one of the best, if not the best, clinicians I have ever had in my over 10 year long journey in recovery. I have never once felt judged by her and know that I can talk to her about anything. Her life experience and love for the work she does makes her a really unique and special person. This field needs more people like Terez.

I have been a client at CTC in Lynn for a while now. In my experience, I have nothing but positive things to say. If you are battling opioid addiction and want to get sober I would recommend Lynn CTC to anyone. The… administrative staff is very helpful with any issues that might arise. Nursing is always professional and puts your well being first. In my time there I never once had an issue that wasn’t dealt with promptly and professionally. I have to mention my clinician Terez. I was transferred to her when she began her employment at Lynn CTC not to long ago. Sometimes it’s hard being switched to someone else, it wasn’t this time. After meeting her for the first time I knew after 5 minutes she was going to be a huge asset to the company. It’s very evident that she takes her role very seriously and with great passion. I have accomplished things with her help that I felt were unattainable not that long ago. She goes out of her way to help you with everything. Counseling and weekly groups are a requirement at the clinic. Terez has spoken with me after I have gotten off work if I missed a group to make sure that Im meeting the clinic’s expectations and am not falling behind. It’s a great feeling knowing if something is not going well that I can pick up my phone and call her. If I leave her a voicemail when she isn’t there I know I will get a call back when she comes into work the next day. One of the very few issues I had was getting in touch with some of my previous counselor’s. I know they are extremely busy and returned calls sometimes fall through the cracks. I have never had that issue with Terez. My only hope is she is there for the long haul!!!

I’ve had a terrific experience at this treatment center, my clinician Terez is on top of everything, but more than that she treats me like a human being and that is priceless.Whether it’s flexibility for an appointment… or an amazing group I really appreciate the way she handles my care.We need more people like her working in recovery!My experience with Tina making my appointments have always been very positive also

I have a wonderful clinician now, I had a great one before . Honestly I wish I didn't need this program at all, since I do ungrateful at this place, they have been wonderful with all my needs, mental health ,… housing,even getting rides there.They send me in all the right directions. I'm very grateful to have the help the they offer.

This place looks down on patients. They do urine test in back not in front of patient and then come back and say it’s dirty when patient tries to explain it’s do to meds they are on they don’t care don’t want to see… your prescription bottles they just want to ruin your day and tell you that they can’t dose you and send urine off to lab and guess what lab says it was a false positive due to meds kinda of funny when your out there doing correct thing for your sobriety but you carry on and fix the issue and go back to another clinic that you have been in with no issues. Only decide to switch f to this clinic as it was close to my job nope thank you I will return to the clinic I was at .

Thank you so much for helping me get through my addiction, everyone at the clinic has helped me one day and one person at a time the people who work there and I do mean all of them where just great it’s really hard to… do if you think you can do it on your own,but it took me a very long long time to figure out that I had the problem not my family who I have blamed on for a long time. It is hard hard work 😓 so please don’t stop trying and don’t be afraid to ask for help thank you Paul S

Staff a friendly It helped to get me clean and sober and provide me with options of my life. I didn’t have before Staff staff for caring and great, and I’m grateful to be Be a client staff

The administrative personnel are great and hands on ,the nursing staff is attentive and caring, and the clinicians take time to personally connect to each client with compassion and empathy , this place helped to save… my life ,words cannot express my gratitude, I found myself in a “ Hell on Earth” situation with my addiction,I couldn’t stop using but could not continue either, fortunately the people here showed me an alternative, that ended up saving my life, I don’t know where I would be if Lynn Comprehensive Services were not available to those of us who desperately needed it. Thank You for Everything.

Lynn Comprehensive treatment center saved my life! After a bad accident the doctors gave me oxycontin, fentanyl, and percocet. But when I developed a dependency, and I asked for help they just dropped me. Then after… being clean I put on alot of weight so I treated myself to a gastric bypass, not being told it could turn you into a severe alcoholic. McLean psychiatric hospital explained all opiod and alcohol are located in your gut! Lynn was very patient with me and finally with the staff, Cyndi is #1 and feel she's the most honest and empathetic Nurse, Linda, Mike, and Debbie...i truly could go on about how wonderful the staff is and how they teach me to deal with my disease. Thank you all at LCTC!

My experience is fantastic! The people there truly care. You will not feel that you are looked down at. I can't say enough about how CTC has helped me. If you need help with addiction or pain or both give this place a… try. This place makes you feel as if you are welcomed there. I have to say all positive things about CTC.

I'm a new patient to this clinic and sobriety itself. Terez my counselor has been a huge help and just shows that no matter where you have come from what you have been through there's light on the other side of the… tunnel and that is huge for someone like me,THANK YOU. The social workers here are a wonderful source of support and knowledge, and assist ppl in recovery wholeheartedly while approaching with compassion. All have been extremely helpful but I wanted to acknowledge Terez who… has gone above and beyond to assist in a time of need and it was immensely appreciated. Ty Terez, you are always ready to give a hand up to help your clients and your extensive knowledge base plus experienced definitely makes a difference in the life of someone struggling. Recovery is definitly possible for anyone who seeks help here.

This place saved my life. It completely changed how my parents thought of drug treatment and it was the only thing that actually worked! I was using for 13 years and this place got me clean. I owe them my life!

I have been going to the clinic for a couple years now, there are good clinicians here. I am almost 5 years clean now. I have the BEST CLINICIAN HERE her name is Terez for the short time I have met her which is 2 months… now she has made such a positive impact in my life. I am very grateful I have an excellent clinician who truly cares & listens to me.

The Lynn CTC offers everything to help you with opioid addiction and maintenance,they also have groups and one on one therapy to give you the most and best opportunity to get and stay clean. Terez is one of the best… counselor/ therapist that handles and works with the patients to help and teach everyone to get our lives back together and to become a normal successful person in life and in recovery.

The five stars are for the counselor not the actual clinic…… I wanted to leave a positive review about Terez. She recently became my counselor, and I have to say she’s excellent. The last time I had a counselor like… that was years ago. It’s hard to find a counselor who gets it. Since the very first day I met her, if she tells me she’ll do something, it gets done; she’ll follow up with me. The clinic needs to hire more people with her mindset. You can tell she really cares about the patients.

I would like to say a thanks to Dr Levy Cindy Tammy Tina and Patricia. Also dosing nurse staff was always amazing and friendly you've all been so great and amazing the clinic has come up with so many programs that have… helped me and I'm very grateful with my new transition.

The feeling of constantly fearing withdrawal and your entire life revolving around finding and buying drugs just suddenly being lifted and being given a second chance on life makes coming to this establishment one of… the best decisions I ever made. This is just my two cents that no one asked for, but I feel for the staff. Patients constantly treat them horrible when they are just doing their job. Everyone expects the staff to have the patience and professionalism of a high end medical facility, but come in and give them less respect then they would a janitor. The sheer entitlement ive witnessed from fellow patients would drive anyone to quit. People forget that debatably the most important step in sobriety is taking accountability for yourself and your actions, but they come in and blame everyone but themselves on why their recovery isn't as quick or clean as they'd like. As a patient I can admit there seems to be some issues stemming from a lot of staff turnover, but who can blame them when it's a high stress job with almost no respect or gratitude. I've gone here for years and have had a less than perfect sobriety, but I was never made to feel ashamed. When I missed groups they asked me why and tried to work with me on a solution. The routine alone has been great for me and helped me relearn dedication and commitment. Anyone looking to be babied should look elsewhere since that wont help your recovery anyways, but if you're serious about turning your life around and just need a helping hand on doing that for yourself, please consider calling or coming in. Sad Lied to Gonna try to effect the license she carries. I was ignored by np Olga for 3 weeks she has tampered withy sobriety. She needs to stick to methadone she has no sense to ever prescribe anything but that because… it's foolproof she has no sense of patient confidentiality. Why does a behavioral counselor of a revolving door county clinic get to find out my medical issues from a test given before I do is beyond me. I'm going to spend my next two weeks trying to affect her license. This clinic is only good if you do not have a job and on a government check or about to get one.

It seems like it's all who you deal with some days it could be good then some days it can be really bad!!!

I was in a tough position where I was left with little options. I made many calls to the many supports I have with only a call back from my therapist. She said she would have the nurses at lchc call this clinic. With… withdrawal about to set in from oxycodone I have been on from a neck surgery gone wrong, I decided to call this place. I showed up, from the moment I walked in, each person to take me through my intake was so pleasant. They lessened the anxiety I already felt. They made me feel human and I am in control with medical professionals in this treatment. They thoroughly explained everything in the process and I feel I have made the right decision. I could have given up with the circumstances I was facing. I have worked very hard to get where I am. They listened to me and helped me navigate thru this transition. Thank you...

Need more clinicians, more help a across the board also should have their own EKG machine on site to make much easier than trying to hunt down an appointment somewhere when you need to go up on your dose! Also too many… just childish and pointless rules just to show power over clients! The one plus is they are finally closing ang giving take homes for Saturdays like all other Habit optcos and Spectrum clinics!!!
