I was admitted and removed myself in the same day. The building has got a ton of mold everywhere inside. The food is roach coach level and I was offered drugs several times by few patients not even 5hrs after being… admitted. The staff is very nice and that’s the only nice thing I have to say about this place.

Absolute trash. Short staffed, doesn’t give the residents enough food. Needs to be investigated.

I am truly grateful and overwhelmed with happiness. I've haven't laughed so much in a very long time , the staff are very understanding and genuinely care about your recovery. Not everyday is going to be perfect but… it's what you make it , some days I wanted to quit and I saw people come and go but if you can stick through it the first 30days it gets better at the next stage . The paired me with the right housemates in PHP , we grilled on the 4th and had a lot of fun on outings ... Seems like all of the staff goes out their way to help you ... They may be a little disorganized at times but other than that everything I've experienced was great... The food is hit or miss , they told me it was jerk chicken but I don't know what the hell they had going on with that . 😂 ..... But being sober and doing these activities showed me I don't need any type of substance to have a good time. Thank you to all the staff, once again I'm am truly grateful .. love y'all ... Mall.. not Lamont 😂

The Therapist and Case Managers are the best part of this program. Priscilla was my therapist and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for me , Thullie was my case manager and she worked extremely hard with… me on my aftercare. If you’re serious about your recovery this is a great place to start your journey. (I was not paid for this review 100% honest review)

Absolutely Trash, first of all the reviews went from being 2 Stars to 4.6 In a matter of a couple weeks. Also staff is stretched thin with about 70 clients, many needs aren’t met. It seems they just want patients for… their insurance money. Fights, lack of screening and cleanliness run rampant in this facility. They will make it sound nice during intake and you are in for a surprise. Also, it’s co-ed so naturally the female patients are affected negatively due to sexual harassment and cat calling. Staff laughs it off, spreads gossip about patients. Nurses quit because they were stretched so thin patients weren’t receiving medication on time. I witnessed seizures at least twice during my week stay that could have been prevented if patients were given their meds but that takes approval from a doctor which can take days to see. Ig you come Over the weekend you are pretty much screwed. There is no accessible drinking water at all times they have to refill it and sometimes it takes hours and you aren’t allowed To come down to get it after 9:45 which is bedtime. The kitchen has a sewer smell anytime they open the door people are gagging. It’s mold everywhere near where people eat. They do not screen patient’s properly whatsoever, they brought in patients that physically look like they need to be rushed to detox, open sores, rashes and such. I would never recommend this place. they will make your exit intolerable and almost impossible if you are not not going to one of their step down so beware. Edit: my charger was stolen from my inventory they checked in

If I could add zero starts I would. If you’re looking for a recovery center who actually cares about your sobriety please do not come here. They’re so unprofessional and I’ve heard so many bad experiences from people I… personally know. Never have I met a rehab that was so negligent about thier patients and genuinely does not care. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

IF YOU GO HERE INVENTORY YOUR THINGS.I was sent to the hospital and medically discharged from this program and when I returned to collect my things and my shoes which were nice pair of Nikes were missing, mind you they… have alot of cameras and I was told they would see what happened.I have been calling and reaching out to them since December which is when this happened and as recent as last week still nothing. So now I am forced to take legal action to have them replaced, this should have mever happened because I asked them to get my things when I was sent to the hospital.I am not the first one there has been issues with returned property and even have had a staff member fired for taking clients belongings. ALSO if you are serious about your recovery beware there is alot of staff misconduct regarding staff bringing drugs and alcohol into the facility trying to court clients, and people just run rampant in this facility, fights, sex, drugs and dishonesty.

Brought my Grandpas WW2 bible with me a priceless family heirloom and my bag was stolen out of a room that supposedly only employees could access. When I asked this Rudy guy to review the cameras and see what was up he… lied to me and told me he would and kept bsing around and never did. They talk all this BS about doing the right thing and recovery when theyre nothing but frauds and truly hope God has mercy on them.

I really hate that I have to do this but I just left mainsprings yesterday and I’ll say 3 weeks ago when I went in it was 2.1 stars. I’m not sure how it went up to 4.6. Stars I feel as if they flooded it with false… reviews or some how got all the negative reviews removed. There are a few good staff members like Andrew, Jeremy, Logan and Kelsey but most other staff members hate their job and act like that. There were 2 fights on Saturday and after the fights break up they let the clients roam freely until they figure out a solution which isn’t safe at all. One lady was walking around bragging after the fight and almost got into multiple more fights until she was discharged and also she had already been kicked out for fighting from mainsprings at her previous stay. So she shouldn’t have been aloud back at all. I was offered drugs multiple times while I was in there. I met with my counselor one time in 19 days. The washing machines have mold in them. The phones on the men’s floor don’t work and when reported it to the director she said it should have been fixed weeks ago and that we would be able to use a different room from then on. Never happened. My one friend didn’t get meds for 9 days and my other friend who had dietary restrictions basically couldn’t eat anything other than salad and fruit. The head prosecutor for Stafford county is investigating them. They prescribe seroquel to everyone and then give them 1 bag of chips at night when that medication makes you starving. Food isn’t great. If one person does something and they can’t figure out who it is they punish everyone. I want to say they’re intentions are good but from what I went through while I was there I can’t say that. All of these issues were brought up several times to staff and the director and nothing was ever resolved just promises that were never met. Also there were two clients who were preying on women while I was there and it took several days or weeks for them to either be discharged or leave AMA. So be cautious if you have to go here.

My buddy called me from inside the other day and the phone was so quiet on the line. I couldn’t hear him. What kind of rehab facility doesn’t even have phone that works. I called back and the lady said she was gonna… take a message for me. She never got my name.
