Midwest Recovery – Faribault Reviews and Ratings
Families searching for treatment in Faribault often start with reviews. If you were a patient at Midwest Recovery, or supported one, sharing how it went gives them something real to go on.
If you are looking for a sign to choose a treatment center, let this be it. I cannot recommend Midwest Recovery enough. The facility itself provides an incredibly welcoming, organized, and secure environment, but what… truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. They treat you with a level of compassion that makes all the difference in recovery. They provided me with structured daily care, absolute confidentiality, and the vital real-world tools necessary to rebuild my life from the ground up. I was fully equipped, genuinely supported, and confident in my ongoing journey. For anyone or any family searching for a safe, trustworthy place to heal, this is the best decision you can make.
I've been here 10 months, worked my program, graduated successfully and I'm working on taking the next steps in life. I can tell you this, all these negative reviews are from people who don't take responsibility, can't… accept change or are too lazy to follow through. These people have helped me every step of the way! Helped me with medical appointments, my financial status, getting my license back and making meetings available to me. The staff is great, most of the clients are great and the facility is the nicest place I've been to. All these people complaining on here need to grow up for real.
Like most recovery programs...when ur insurance runs out you will have to leave.
It is a great place you won’t find a nicer facility to live in where you get your own room in an apartment with one other person and a nice huge mattress and big tvs and the staff is excellent and helpful if you are… incapable of cleaning up after yourself and maintaining a clean house then yeah your gonna have a hard time here but most of these negative reviews are coming from people who are incapable of accepting responsibility that their way didn’t work and now they are pissed that they have to live by someone else’s rules they will work with you with jobs but there is rules to it as to be expected. They will provide you with structure to get you back on your feet
An absolutely phenomenal growth of people. Not very helpful when it comes to communication would not recommend. Shopie is one of the most careless team mates
Literally you expect these men who are vulnerable to live up to these high expectations. Most in your place you call rehabilitation don't have jobs, don't have cars, don't have a license but they are actively trying to… better themselves. They don't have a bus line yet you require them to make these meetings. And you don't allow online AA/NA meetings. You don't see church as a meeting when for almost a 100 this has been considered a spirtual disease. I'm glad you are so blessed with wealth and family to provide you with the simple things these men who want to be sober but you don't give them a chance you take tax payers money. You want to see them again in 6 months. Because if you actually helped people you would be out of a business. Also you take away their SNAP and GA because you provide them with milk, stale cereal and some bread. And they are required to do chores for you. At least at a sober house this man could get GA and SNAP and do chores. But you are literally setting these people up for failure. You don't offer job assistance, skill building, therapy etc. Abstaining from alcohol and drugs is hard enough but the abuse is a side effect from something bigger. And if this is news to you or you already know this but you want to make sure you make that quarterly bonus. Shame on you.
Rude & unprofessional staff, wouldn't recommend this place.
I'm grateful for this opportunity and program it's really challenging my life in a real way I just want to say thank you for being there for me and guiding me on the right path and the staff are very helpful people
Do not recommend this facility at all very unprofessional staff and counselors, with no real life experience, really suggests you research other treatment center options,
