Nice people but poor facility. No wheelchair access.

My daughter was going to park center for a year. She's moderately autistic and she's on medications that doesn't seem to help at all they adjusted her meds 3 times and it still isn't working they had a case manager… going to her school to help her out Victoria fry she always acted like it was her first case and she didn't know what she was doing she texted me and told me my daughter was maxed out on services and offered me ABA and said my daughter has made no improvement so I switched her to Bowen center hopefully it's a better option for kids like my daughter we will have to wait and see and they didn't bother to tell her school the case manager wasn't coming anymore and my daughters councilor called me asking ware Victoria was Victoria and park center quit on my daughter 2 weeks ago and they didn't bother to tell her school so much for no child left behind

No issues. Staff is friendly. Nurse, physician and myself work together for a plan that is best for me.

The staff here definitely care about their clients and I've had a good experience. Most issues and delays come from corporate from what i can tell and everyone in office have done their best to work around it.

I called this morning very depressed. I’ve been crying since yesterday. I called to ask if they had Saturday hours. The lady said no I asked if she knew anyone who does she just said no shouldn’t think about it. She… didn’t care around ask she just didn’t care.

My daughter has been having trouble with her medication. When I call to speak to a nurse I have to wait on hold for hours. Today 10/7/22 I was on hold for 3.5 hours just for the nurse to send a note to the provider.… There has to be a better way to get messages to your provider. This is not acceptable.

I am a patient here and i love it so far, my therapist is nice and very helpful with setting goals. The staff at the front are also very polite as long as your nice to them and very willing to help if you treat them… with respect. For families or friends who want their loved ones to come here, please remember that people who arent patients tend to get mad over things they cant understand, like hippa laws or mental illnesses they dont have. So far, therapy has been great for me here!

Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! My 9 year old daughter got moved to over the phone counseling in which she cannot do due to the circumstances of her trauma. Park Center didn’t tell me until 2 weeks later and just a couple… hours before her initial appointment. Staff was very rude and didn’t seem to care about the severity of what my daughter went through as to why she had to have counseling. I Trusted Park Center .. My daughter Trusted Park Center and then she gets treated like cattle with a number and it is so so so heartbreaking!!!

Their errors led to me running out of my medication both times I went there. It took days of phone calls to get them to rectify the problems.
