Rea Clinic Benton – Benton Detox and Rehab Services

Care at Rea Clinic Benton – Benton spans detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The withdrawal stage is clinically observed, which is what makes it safer than stopping alone. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards.

Mental health and substance use are handled together rather than in sequence. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask how the program handles someone who has been through treatment before. Whether medication is available is worth confirming at the outset.

How Much Does Treatment at Rea Clinic Benton – Benton Cost?

Rehab paid for privately in Illinois typically costs $1,610 to $5,110 for a week of medical detox and $1,300 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. That is a guide only, as published prices for Rea Clinic Benton were not found at the time of writing.

Standard inclusions are medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. It is fair to assume Rea Clinic Benton works the same way, but that is an assumption. Ask the facility which therapies and medications cost extra.

Nurse Erin is good but overwhelmed since the Nurse Practitioners don't really seem to have it together. Each time we go in there is no one else waiting, but it seems they are always"busy". Really?? They can't seem to… keep a NP or doctor there. What is the deal with not calling in our medication??? Heart medicine is IMPORTANT!!

I haven’t been with this practice very long but they did a MRI of my low lumbar region and called to tell me I have (severe) lumbar spinal stenosis. This call was on 06-13-2025 well it is now the 17th. When you have… severe pain it doesn’t just turn itself on and off like a light switch. So I called before the close of business today and canceled my next appointment bcuz I told them I don’t want any narcotics or opioids I’m allergic to most pain meds anyway. So I asked the nurse if I could get my muscle relaxer filled and a higher dose since the doctor did knock the dosage down from what my previous doctor had me on. So now they won’t give me anything. I canceled them to set me up with a neurosurgeon as well bcuz if there refusing me meds and relief now what are the chances they’ll give me pain meds after the surgery. These doctors and nurses knowing that you’re in pain and blatantly grossly refusing their duties is a violation in the oath they took when they became health professionals. We need more doctors advocating for us instead of refusing us medical services when they are abusing the insurance industry.

Up until this week, I've had nothing but positive things to say about this practice and the practioners. This week I received a call from one of the nurses stating my provider is stopping my pain medicine and I should… take Tylenol. I absolutely understand and agree with the reason for stopping the pain medicine. My issue is, not one person ever asked me if I've tried OTC meds. Yes, I have, tablets, creams, ointments and patches. Without the relief the pain medicine provides, my quality of life is diminished and I have difficulty caring for my disabled child. I'm aggravated because the way I was spoken to was offensive, and no discussion was had regarding which meds I have and have not tried. The office manager was no help, as a matter of fact I've been waiting 4 days for her to return my call. I'm so disappointed in the staff and the care or lack of. The lack of communication is abominable.

I’ve been through it! Today I was scheduled an appointment, well I go in and put my info in as normal and sat and waited over twenty minutes which I told myself yeah it’s frustrating but nothing to be upset about, after… they finally call me back they put me in the room that is at the very back of the building and before y’all come for me I have a PROGRESSIVE MS diagnosis so yeah how far I can walk is an issue! Anyway I sat another 10-15 minutes and I was over it and went to the nurses station and explained my frustration and one nurse LAUGHED at me and I said that isn’t funny and I just walked away after that and made some phone calls and nothing has changed! I have never in my life EVER heard of a Healthcare provider LAUGHING at you bc of your struggle walking! I’m extremely disappointed, idk what to do , I am just hurt and upset that they treated me this way. BE WARNED if you go here you will go through multiple different practitioners in a 5 month period.

Made an appointment for 11:30 to get an antipsychotic injection. The nice girl on the phone said to call if I needed to reschedule, as I also had an appointment elsewhere. I got out of my appointment a little behind, so… I called. On hold for almost ten minutes. I hung up when I was parked, walked in with my medicine in hand expecting them to be busy. Not a single person was in the waiting room, and nobody was on the phone. I tried to explain my situation to the guy behind the desk. He stops me, and says, "We close for lunch in three minutes" with a terrible attitude toward me. Is closing for lunch at 12 why you couldn't answer the phone at 11:45? Very disappointed in the way I was treated. The guy behind the desk is very rude, and disrespectful. I had to drive to Christopher to get my medication administered. Christopher office is five stars, but I'd give this place a zero if I could.
