This is my third IOP experience and my favorite, by far. Jimmie is the best counselor. I actually look forward to group and will miss it once I'm finished. I would highly recommend.

Great facility, a place where any individual can express personal concerns and receive positive feedback from staff and peers.

The intake system discriminates against those with disabilities and older people, and is simply ridiculous. Calling between 8:30am and 9:30am on T and TR only??! Just to make an appointment???!! I'm 55 years old and… fumbled my fingers calling at 8:31am, and did not get an intake. I am leaving reviews all over that this intake system is indicative of how you treat patients. Carelessly. I am also going to contact every clinic I know that might refer this place and explain that they put this ridiculous hurdle in front of desperate people who need help. You will also be hearing from an attorney. Don't you dare respond with anything other than you are going to change this system. Do you feel like you can treat people like garbage because some are on Medicaid? Disgusting.

I have been in the rosecrance PHP Program for a little over a month now and I can confidently say it has changed my life for the better. I have done multiple different PHP/IOP programs in the past and none of them even… come close to rosecrance. The staff truly cares about you. Kiernan, Veronica, Jimmie, Morgan, Jadan, Jules, Nikki and everyone else there have all touched my heart. I will still be in the program for a little while longer but I want to truly encourage anyone thats struggling with alcoholism or addiction to give rosecrance a chance. I have made so much progress and learned many new things about myself in the past few weeks and it is all thanks to this amazing program. My only regret is I wish I had done this a lot sooner. Make the call, you won't regret it.

Rosecrance really suck

Awful experience with the assessment center, been trying to just get an assessment for two weeks! They have call time between 830-930, so last week I called and they said there is no more slots today, but they said call… Tuesday and we will for sure get you in that day. I called at 830 on the top, set my alarm and all, just for her to answer and tell me it's over with for today and said basically the same thing but for Thursday. There peoples that need treatment, these people don't care. From reading the reviews this place ain't good anyways, so I dodged a bullet.

Jimmie my counselor is Amazing and very knowledgeable and makes it very easy to talk and share with the group, also the group I’m in are very respectful and kind it’s been a life changing experience and I thank Jimmie… and the group for my present and future changes.

DONT PUT YOUR SAFETY & TRUST INTO ROSECRANCE. THEY CANT GUARANTEE YOUR SAFETY INSIDE THAT BUILDING.

I’m very happy with Rosecrance in general. Especially Lakeview, with Director of Access, Paul T. Gilmet. Paul is the reason we are a part of lakeview and he has accommodated us with his time and all of our needs. He is… a amazing person that has help us understand the process of our journey. My son has turned his life around since entering the facility. As a family we owe it all to Paul and the staff of lakeview. I recommend Rosecrance to everyone In need. And remember what you put into life, you will receive!

My prescription medication was held by staff. It went missing...I got a shoulder shrug. My bike chain was cut and bike was stolen from out front. I asked for help getting the security camera footage and was directed to… Elizabeth...I got a shoulder shrug. I wouldn't recommend living at sober living here...especially when this stuff happens at $3000/month...
