This has to be the most unprofessional place to do your program. It’s not worth it. They don’t help you. They love taking your money. They can’t seem to get their act together. Avoid this place by any means go anywhere… else but here avoid this place. These have to be the worst three months of my life they make it miserable. The teachers aren’t understanding. They don’t help you when you have to reschedule. They charge you for everything. They choose Wednesdays and Thursdays to do their class at five in the afternoon which is a horrible time cause people are barely getting out of work if you miss a class you get charged and then to reschedule you get charged again. And the people there act like they’re better than you or know everything. Horrible place.

Safety Consultant Services Inc. gave me the impression that we are just dollar signs. Instead of focusing on real solutions, most of the interaction was about fees and politics that had nothing to do with why I came to… them. The service felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who expects genuine support.

I went to Safety Consultant Services Inc. expecting professional guidance, but instead it felt like all they cared about was getting paid. The conversations were centered around payments rather than solutions, and the… overall environment was unprofessional. Instead of offering real support, they seemed distracted by politics and side issues that had nothing to do with helping people . I left feeling frustrated and misled — not a program I would recommend.

If you’re looking for a DUI program for court, I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place. They’re not very understanding or flexible, and they’ll try to charge you for “missing a class” even if you’re just a couple of… minutes late (less than 5min). On top of that, you really have to stay on top of your own case because they won’t. I get that they handle a lot of clients, but that’s no excuse for the lack of organization and incompetence. If you don’t constantly check to make sure your paperwork is ready, it simply won’t get done. It feels like you have to babysit the process every step of the way. I’m not writing this out of anger, but out of disappointment. For many of us, this isn’t just some program—it’s our freedom on the line because of strict court deadlines. Unfortunately, the receptionist especially seems like she doesn’t really care, and I get it—it might just be a job for them—but for us, it’s so much more serious. If you’re in recovery or already stressed dealing with court requirements, this place can make things even harder than they need to be and cause a trigger to relapse.

Some staff member genuinely want to help you while a few others just care more about making money off of you than actually truly helping you.

Had altogether several bad experiences, if youre looking to do a program with them think twice , go give your business to a more professional place. , even after making mistakes on my schedule and wasting my time ,… there were several zoom classes that my name wasnt on the schedule and they had to call the main office to add me. They still wanted to give me a hard time and the person that claims to be in charge Zoila was very rude and condescending. Unprofessional person to have in charge. Before completing the program the last day they wanted to give me such a hard time because they claimed to not have any copies of my AA programs. She claimed that they could get audited by the state or program if they didnt have them( AND WHY IS IT MY PROBLEM IF YOU ARENT DOING YOUR JOB??). Why were they still letting me continue through without taking copy of all my AA visits? I will definitely proceed this with corporate, the owners, and my lawyer. LUCKILY I ended up finding the paper with all my AA programs. What an unprofessional place i could've possibly had my whole progress go to waste because they weren't doing their job correctly and still wanted to give me a hard time.

Great staff, time for work

Great place for dui program , counselors are all cool , everything is straight forward don’t be disrespectful & pay what you got to pay and be on time with your classes that simple.. I was lucky to do everything online… due to COVID was so much convenient for me , didn’t have to go in person much only for couple meetings. I would recommend to anyone who lives close by.

Great place for DUI classes. Conveniently located in the back of the 99 cent store. Also conveniently located on Tweedy St. Easy for parking since located in the back of the building. If you are needing to do DUI… classes and live in this area I would recommend this place. Plus I believe this is the closest one to this area.
