Seven Counties Services – Shelbyville

They helped me through a lot during my drunkiness. Not proud of it but true

Was told my daughter had a first time appt, we show up and they tell me there has been a mistake, her therapist isn't there and they to scramble to make other accommodations. Ended up doing a zoom in the office with… someone who volunteered to fill in. Frustrating, but no big deal. Set up another appt for a zoom meeting in 2 weeks at 3:00. Called to confirm, lady says, no, it is in person, not zoom. So I drive my daughter to the shelbyville facility, no one in the parking lot. Door is locked and sign says "closes at 12." Super irritated at this point, so I check my email, sure enough, I have a zoom invite for my daughter at 3. I join the zoom and my daughter is telling her what we just experienced and how unprofessional it is. Therapist apologizes and says "we can reschedule, I don't feel like we can have a good therapy session while in the car." I bite my tongue and think to myself, "I am in the car because your office staff told me her appointment was in office." I told her no, we don't want to reschedule, she really needs therapy. Session went okay, my daughter said she felt rushed the whole time and did not get to talk much. Then the therapist tells me she can not accommodate my times to meet because I work until 5 everyday except Fridays and she said she may be able to make an exception once and she will talk to her supervisor about it. I hate to bad mouth anyone, I usually don't. I usually just deal with it but this situation was beyond frustrating and I hope they aren't giving everyone who really needs help the same treatment and issues they gave us. We have already been through enough this past year, is it too much to ask for decent mental health in today's world?

Seven counties has wonderful peer support my therapist Laura Husband is wonderful. The psychiatrist assumed before asking and wanted to take me off a certain medication without tapering me off first. I felt felt like DR… Epersson was trying to antagonize me. I love group therapy. The front desk needs help on being more professional. This is my honest evaluation

Seven counties in shelbyville is amazing. They are so helpful and the therapists there know their stuff. They are very empathetic and supportive and understand the role they play in difficult situations sometimes… involving court orders and other entities. STACY IS AMAZING. Thats is all.

Seven Counties has been a great help to me. I have came a long way from where I was to where I am today. Thanks to all the great people that work there!

doctor basicly yell at my wife that "obviously your not taking your meds" when we found they weren't working as they should and Ignored any and all concerns we had about what was being prescribed Would never recommend.… Will you delete revew this too?
