Solstice Counseling and Wellness Ctr – Deptford

Solstice saved my life. Colleen is the most valuable, wonderful, caring counselor. I stayed because she guided me confidently in the direction of my dreams. Shout out to: Natalie, Nicole, and, Morgan !! Morgan helped my… wife immensely in therapy. Natalie (Paris) drove me to/from group and was always there for me. Nicole is the glue. Lindsay is so educated. Alec & Brandi will make great counselors one day and are so great running group. I met so many friends. I got to learn to be my authentic self and work through my traumas. We got sober together and we stay sober together. No matter what!!!! 💖 thank you ALL!!!

I am eternally grateful for Solstice. The program was instrumental in my recovery. I was able to make new connections and establish meaningful relationships with the community and counselors. Morgan was my counselor and… she helped me with so many of my issues. She is a wonderful person and an extremely supportive and knowledgeable therapist. Colleen was also a powerhouse and a huge advocate and supporter. I also want to recognize Sly, Alec & Mike. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. It shows. I highly recommend this program to anyone who needs help. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me and my family. Thank you for helping me on my path to recovery.

This place is a joke! The staff lie and they put the blame on higher ups. Never go here! Anyone in recovery should look somewhere else fast because this place will keep you forever over stupid things that they make up… as they go along or they kick you out for reasons they can’t even explain reasonably. If you have dcpp involved then RUN from this place as fast as physically possible!!!!!!

Seems to me that this place is just an extension of bureaucracy in the state. It exists for maybe helping people or maybe just a grift to get more money. I believe that the latter is the more prominent reason for this… industry. It appears that I have a health problem unrelated to substance abuse. I have quite a bit of health problems as well as my wife and if she signed up for this service just for a baseline survey she would most likely be sucked in as well and that would be telling! This company thinks that I can drink three gallons of water to get a clean drug screen!!! It’s laughable at best! And then schedule for a doctors appointment weeks away to prove that I have a health problem indeed and then what? I am supposed to let them avoid the hippaa act?I would do some research on other available bureaucratic companies to avoid being sucked into the grift. As a side note for those who come upon this bureaucratic system, please go to your pcp to understand your health issues before you venture into any counseling services like this! Your own personal health can be used against you!!! It has happened to me. Please beware. I went through this on my own accord with the goal of getting my drivers license back.

I feel as though Solstice is an extremely therapeutic environment. It helps me with my mental illness, putting my life into perspective and to mature and grow. I have been in counseling since I was 12 years old only to… find out that I grew old and never grew up. Solstice has begun the process to help me grow up. Thank you to the whole Solstice team, especially my counselor Morgan.

Being at Solstice has changed my life. The staff is very open and understanding. Having a counselor like Morgan was the best thing that ever happened to me. She helped me with a lot of issues such as legal/Recovery… Court. She is a very good listener and she understands the real life outside of Solstice. She has got me ready for the real world and she helped me learn how to change my behaviors and attitude. She is not a judgmental person and you can go to her about anything. I would recommend Solstice to anybody and I have already recommended family members.

If you need to be in recovery, it’s the place you should pick. Rachel in the front always makes me comfortable when I’m in the most awkward positions. Colleen has become a rock for me. I came in not wanting to really… talk to anyone but her personality has made me want to talk about things going on in my life. She makes me feel comfortable and also makes me feel happier during a dark time in my life. Her laugh and light are infectious.

Morgan is an amazing counselor all around, she is very positive and listens extremely well while providing excellent feedback. The staff at the front desk is also amazing in every possible way (especially Rachel). I… highly recommend Solstice for all aspects of treatment/counseling.

Both Rachel and Nick lift my spirits up and help me keep a positive attitude. They are very uplifting with their suggestions 😊

Solstice was a big part of stabilizing me in early recovery and helped reinforce my desire for sobriety. worst place they lied on several occasions saying I had hot urines they never give u a deadline they just want to keep your insurance money coming in so they can keep having a job I will say Dan is great and Danielle at… the front is great also

I want to give a shout out and a huge thank you to Dan and Solstice In Woodbury. I completed a 16 week OP Program that really helped me give booze the boot. I had the privilege of meeting with Dan for individual… sessions and his honesty and ability to get down to the nitty gritty was refreshing and even though I had already walked in there sober, really solidified and reinforced things for me to keep moving forward. My life has exploded since in so many areas. From the bottom of my heart. THANK YOU!! 🙏

Solstice is a great outpatient facility. I was fascinated by the friendly staff and very professional counseling. The groups are of diverse personalities with the same common goal. Group meetings helped me learn a lot… about myself Morgan ❤️ Brandy My counselor was amazing . The groups allowed me to relate to others with similar situations .

It has been about 4 years since I was a client here, but my experience with solstice was very good I wouldn't be where I am today without this place. The staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I felt zero… judgement. I learned multiple coping techniques here that I still use today.
