Spokane Comprehensive Treatment Center – Spokane

I have been a patient at this clinic for a couple of years now, and during that time I’ve gone through so many counselors that I started to feel like I was just another patient on someone’s caseload. About seven months… ago, I was assigned a new counselor named Nikki. At first, I remember thinking, “Great, another counselor who will probably just see me as another person they have to see.” But Nikki completely changed my perspective on counseling. She sees me as a person, not just a patient. She listens to me, advocates for me, and has fought for me in every way she can. You can genuinely tell that she loves her job and cares about the people she works with. And I know it’s not just me who feels that way. When she comes downstairs every morning just to say hi to everyone, it makes a difference. Sometimes something that small can make someone’s whole day start a little better. I never realized how much having a good counselor could change my entire experience at the clinic until I had one who truly made me feel seen and heard. There are other great staff members here too, but counseling was always the biggest struggle for me. Nikki changed that. I hope the clinic knows what they have in her and how much of a difference she makes for the patients here every single day. -CT

I find the people who answers the phone not very helpful. I have only had one friendly interaction with a counselor there. The reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of one.

Completely unprofessional. Took 4 hours to be admitted, should have taken 1hr. Came in on second day to dose where supposedly i already dosed which is false. I wait 30 min in line when I reach the front they tell me I… have to get out of line to dose because they messed up. I can't spend my life here in the morning. They messed up, not my problem.

2 hour long line in the morning

I have been going here for over a year, it used to be run very well. Unfortunately now they cant keep the dispensing nurses around, so for the past 4 months have been perpetually training new people. Which means you… will wait 2+ hours for any dose. Avoid this place unless you like standing in line.

I came this morning at 530 AM. This place guided me into the right direction of where I needed to be. The lady that had her birthday, I appreciate her sitting with me from start of our meeting until I walked out the… door. I’m where I needed to be and just want to thank her. I don’t remember her name, but she was patient, gave me information and made sure I was ok. I appreciate what she did, it might not be much, but she saved my behind! Thank you again lady. She has the same birthday as my ex husband 8-21. She was super awesome! Thank you for being patient, sitting with me and guiding me. Saved my life, thank you!

I've been going here for 2 years now. The people here are great. The definitely make you feel like a person and not just a number. The counselors are awesome. Down to earth and real. They've helped me more than I can… say and I see that being true for more and more of my friends. Do it. It's worth it.

This place used to be ok now it's an hour wait every time I'm most definitely switching.so is everyone I know who go here,the owners don't give a shoot about us.

Great results in my sobriety, due to being able to get 28 day carry homes. Its is hard to get up to that level, but for good measures.

Terrible scheduling. They schedule you when there isn’t times. Then call while your still making the appointment and your supposed to hang up while making an appointment so they can let you know they can schedule you at… the time they are currently setting you up for… then talk to you like it’s your fault you didn’t hang up while making appointment to answer to be told they can’t make an appointment at that time… what a joke

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Wish I would have come in sooner. The staff is awesome and I feel like they actually recognize and appreciate what a person is going through. I don’t write reviews… but I saw the negative ones and had to give my own opinion. Thank god there are places like this, and people, with the courage and dedication to be here for us. 6 days a week! Go team!

It’s an OK place if you already know your treatment, tools, counselors come and go they don’t stick around I think the worst part about it is the homeless shelter across the street people I was asking you for money… asking you for methadone pooping on the sidewalk. Pretty disgusting.

I really like Spokane CTC for the front desk ladies and the dosing nurses. They are very kind. I like how meetings are available to do over the phone or in person. Same as your one on ones. Most the time when I go in… it's pretty quick. When there is a line it would be nice to have a way to keep it if I have to run to the restroom or something. Like maybe tickets with numbers on them. Then I also would like to see the same counselor for more than one or two months. Being passed around from one counselor to the next makes it hard to develop a trusting relationship with them. I don't want to open up because I know I would have to be doing it all over again. I understand counselors are hard to find and keep. The counselors I have seen have all been easy to work with. I would choose this clinic over any of the other ones.

All the staff are very kind and supporting.they really do the best they can.yes it can be a tad bit time consuming having to go in a few days a week but it's worth it.this one is much better than the other ones in… spokane.very nice people.

As long as you do what they need you to do it's amazing .

When it comes down to having any kind of issues with the staff you will not be heard. I thought as the client i would have someone to advocate for me but i was wrong. Even though the staff was clearly in the wrong in… this particular situation it did not matter. The supervisor to whom I brought the issue to(jamie I believe) just blindly supported the employees that were at fault. They do not have the clients best interests at heart.

Definitely not an hour wait, not EVER! In fact, I'm willing to bet that this is probably the clinic with the shortest wait times you will ever find and experience. And if waiting in line for perhaps five, ten minutes at… the most, and that is an "hour wait" or even "long wait time" to you, then I respectfully call-in-to-question your ability to reason logically and rationally, not to mention ones' inability to simply tell the truth on even the most minute of matters. I guess some individuals simply talk just for the sake of talking, regardless of what's coming out of their mouth....... Unfortunate, but nonetheless true. This clinic is more than efficient and highly ethical by even the highest of standards.

Great place to go if you need help with anything

I've been on this clinic since it started I was a 74th patient to start even through the good in the bad this clinic has saved my life 100%, it works if you want it to and and no matter what they stick by your side to… save ur life amber is the best if u do the work she awesome one of the best

The only part I struggled with is the groups. Which is not even that hard to do. 4 a mo is nothing. But you can't do it all I suppose.

You have to jump through a lot of hoops to level up in the program, but it's so worth it! I wouldn't have gotten sober without these folks!

It's a good place if you come here to actually get off drugs,but if ur just using this place for a high then ur a fool.

Best Methadone clinic in the area!

Very poor service. Like everyone says, this used to be a great place until the staff changed. Turned into cluster f#$* and an hour wait minimum. No due process with discharges either- horrific to say the least. Glad I'm… free

My mom went there,she couldn't stay sober. They messed with her meds&told her she couldn't be on metal health meds.so stay clean or stay sane. 18 months of clean ua's&as soon as I started asking questions...I got… discharged sober & pregnant. I lost my baby@19 months due to withdrawal stress. But they killed my 19&1/2 year old bfetus. They took my right to choose because I started questioning what I knew was wrong at that clinic. So did they. They fired my counselor,and director. I'm without a baby who should be almost 3,a girl.i miscarriad on the bus😣😢😥🎅

If u look through these reviews u can see that things have definitely changed alot. I have been with this clinic for 6yrs now & have had no problems. But I do see the changes & can't say they were for the better 100%.… Before we moved to this new location we really had a good thing going & the counselors were Wonderful. Even Tami who was the Front Desk Gal was Great to deal with when u got to know her. She was a lil harsh at times, but really could we blame her! She had to handle alot...was way different then now! Anyway, even tho things have changed so drastically & we lost that tightness & personal bond we all used to have...I still hung on & went with the flow. So now things are ok even tho we had such drastic changes. Actually This place is a life saver still & things can be really good for ppl who are willing to put the effort out. I think I have lasted so long & done so well cause I have stuck to thier rules & made sure I did everything they asked of me. I haven't had dirty tests, like alot of the ppl who seem to complain about this place do, and I make sure I get along with my counselor. If we bump heads or don't click I change counselors. We have a right to do that! So if u are looking for help with ur addiction this place really could work for u! Just walk in ready to follow thier rules & guidelines and then with a quick hour a day ur whole life will change for the better...quickly! U gain control of ur Adult life again & they will give u space to have that control as soon as u prove u really want it. This place has helped alot of ppl, so its definitely doing something right!!! Staff wasn't friendly, they holdout information until they've taken blood test, urine, insurance, SSN and other personal info, only to tell you you have to come back every single morning before 12 for MONTHS before they… will prescribe Suboxone.. absolutely repulsive! They don't want to help you get sober!

Tiffany Wentz, Debbie Texiera, Jamie Peterson, and Joey Dean Faris are all absolutely incompetent. This was by far the worst place ive ever been. Counselors threaten you and the service was horrible. They have NO clue… what is going on. 2 ethics claims and I had my confidentiality rights (Hipaa) violated.
