The receptionist was very polite and kind. I think her name is Lorraine. I want to thank Dr. Barnes for prescribing just the right medicine for my condition. I feel so much better now. Had another good check up with Dr.… Barnes. And, Lori was very helpful and kind. She even gave me a pen.

this place has been helping me recover from my ex wife constantly changing her story and lying to every courthouse in texas.

Runaway from this place as fast you can. The "leadership team" is s joke and their services are garbage

Never realized how many bad reviews there are of this place. I’ve had an awful experience as well, they don’t care who they assign you with when it comes to therapists, their therapists are so inexperienced and their… staff doesn’t care, please find something elsewhere, this isn’t the place for people struggling with mental health. They should be shut down in my opinion.

Horrible service. They do not care about their patients, no empathy at all. I was transferred from 3 short term programs to this dump which is long term care for my condition. These people could not connect to me via my… first appt, never rescheduled me, gave me bunch of attitude meanwhile I'm out of therapy over 5 months because of them and off my meds because of them. God knows my lawyer is going to have a field day with this place should I faulter. Don't reach out for help here because they do not care. Run from this place run fast and far.

People Beawere!!! Money driven Greedy doctors un licensed what kind of a doctor diagnose a small 6 years old child with emotional disorder, prescribe drugs Risperdal and treat without the knowledge and permission of the… father.?

Good therapy services, but I've had lots of problems with scheduling. Don't come here if you need reliability.

This place is terrible i complained twice that there over prescribing zanax and sleeping pills and other antidepressant pills to a friend of mine who only weights 92 lbs, 5 different pills she's a mess from all of them… and can't function.so i complained a 3rd time right to the doctor that she's been to the Er a dozen times fore overdosing from taking to many PILLS.THE NEXT TIME I HAVE TO COMPLAIN ITS GONNA BE WITH THE BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS MEDICAL BOARD I HOPE DR.PAUL SCHNECK GETS THE POINT, my opinion is i think it's time for him to retire to florida ASAP.

They do not know how to schedule appointments. From reception to meetings it seems like they only hire untrained employees

I like the Doctor's here, they care and put much effort in their work to help but, the front desk is the worst I have experience so far. Careless, rude and nasty attitude. I thought of seeking treatment someplace else… but instead I avoid that area as much as possible. I won't give up good treatment for a very unprofessional young girl, there was an old lady there before, she was amazing. Customer service should be of high standards everywhere in my opinion but, when you are handling human's with mental needs it should be even better. You must, listen and care. If you don't like your job, moved on and find something that makes you happy instead of making other's upset.

So Bad!

I am very dissatisfied & upset beyond words. in a recent phone conversation i had with Dr.Tulika Srivastava. this so-called "professional" spoke over me and treated me as if i was a moron,not wanting to hear anything… what so ever that i had to say after a certain amount of time and her claim was ; I was not doing my part as a parent. She also said my son needs therapy I agree, but, in order to achieve this goal to help my son, he needs coverage &to pay out of pocket isn't an option right now for medical issues, its very costly. My son was denied coverage& i am in the process of achieving this.Therefore because i cannot afford to do this and i am going down every alternate avenue to help my son right now, basically i was told i am a bad parent..End of story she threatened to close his file. what kind of doctor does not help a child all because they do not want to hear the issues of payment. Its very clear that it's all about the money and passing the buck . a GOOD doctor wants to help no matter what the issue is and looks for the best solution .To act this way is highly unethical as well as immoral as a Doctor. Also,threatening to close a patients medical file over money issues is illegal, especially a child.
