The staff here are AMAZING: very welcoming, kind-hearted, patient, and attentive. If you are needing a place to stabilize & work on recovery goals, this is the perfect place to start ♡
This place made up things about patients and gossip. They allow people who use meth, alcohol, and marijuana and Fentanyl to stay in the the program, but pick and choose who they want to kick out and accept based off,… who they like and don’t like. The facility is dirty, they don’t follow any of rules, there are no groups, they allow drugs and alcohol into the facility. This place needs to be shut down ASAP
I been here 3 months,it's been a great time for me.The staff are very nice and the food is awesome.*f u need a place to hang out and get your life in order, you will not find a better place to do so.
In the beginning it was very difficult to be somewhere away from home. But there is a Very kind, caring and genuine nurse/staff/counselors. So although it took time, I started to feel comfortable after a couple of days.… I loved how this place is Very clean and organized!! I also Loved the schedule! And bomb food
Hi friends! First off, big hello to the staff that works daily. Yall are the best. Let me preface that I was in treatment for 22 days. I have worked in medicine and as an MHT in the past. I also understand Spanish… passably. Now let’s get to it. The nursing staff is incredibly competent and informed in all of their duties. Big shout out to John, Angelica, Ashley, and…oh I can’t remember her name but I can see her face in my head- but she was notable because she explained every medication I was on in an accessible manner. If you you’re not in the medical field, you’ll leave educated. They never complained about cleaning up after disabled patients either- amazing care. The MHTs are very kind. Their cooking is top-notch and they do an amazing job balancing compassion and boundaries with patients. David is very clever and Rodrigo could get anyone to come out of their shell. I gained back the weight I unhealthily lost and it was a delicious, nutritious experience. The gal who works Sunday morning has such a gentle way with patients and she gives the kindest levels of respect to every age group. Give them all raise or an extra gas stipend asap. The care team is not only professional, but meets you at any level you need. I needed straight talk and independence. The two Carolinas really are on your team! I can’t tell you how awesome their groups are. They are trauma and culturally informed and their laughter is contagious. Jose runs the front and he has the warmest strict Uncle presence. It’s a necessary addition to the house vibe and he’s the hardest worker. I also saw Paul do a wonderful job setting every patient up with a solid discharge plan. The biggest hurdle the House faces is underfunding. They deserve to have more money allocated to bring in more guest speakers and informative programs. I also believe each and every staff member deserves a cost of living raise of at least $2. Every single member comes in with a positive attitude and they deserve to be able to thrive in this awful economy. Thriving caretakers are necessary for the patient personal development. (Btw- living happily with my dad. Thinking of you all and I can’t thank you enough for your support. You saved my life) All my love, Antara
Excellent team
I am very grateful because they helped me throughout my full recovery process; they were always very kind and professional in everything. Thank you so much.
Jackson House is one of the best places you can go to for help. this was my second time here and i would go back in a heart beat if i needed help. The staff is great and the food is marvelous. I recommend for anyone to… go there. Thanks to all the staff you work magic

I was here at this facility. It's a great place!! THE staff David, Rodrigo, German, Pancho were great support, very professional!! Jose the Manager went out of his way to help me!! The nurses Arthur, Ashley, and Gina… were extremely helpful and supportive!!The Calolinas, Marisa, were all ears. Vert concerned about my well being listening to my concerns. Paul was great support and attentive he was very concerned about my health. This place is a blessing. The food is great!! Facility is clean and staff is immaculate!! Gracias por todo Jackson house and there staff. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!!!
Was sent here and did a phone assessment, placed on a waitlist for this location and temecula. Assessment and intake went well. After the first day, there were several staff members have given me a snarky/inappropriate… attitude when i have been nothing but polite and courteous. I came in here with nothing but clothes on my back and a light suitcase, not even shoes. A family member sent me packages for clothes and necessities and the staff told me i couldn't receive this many packages, despite signing a clause listed in the intake paperwork that i have the right to receive mail. That's a federal law regardless. The schedule they outline and have posted throughout the facility is not accurate aside from meals and smoke breaks. There are no dedicated full-length groups, 1:1 counseling sessions, etc. I took initiative in my recovery efforts and sat in my room doing Narcotics Anonymous meetings on zoom stepwork with peers over the phone I was told they have CBT/DBT in the curriculum and that is simply not true. The point of my journey here, 3 hours from home, was to work on healing and focus on my recovery. The inconsiderate behavior from their staff has made me uncomfortable and further exacerbated my trauma. Expecting some retaliatory action from their part due to this review.
Coming to Jackson house el centro was a difficult step since I was knew sobriety was something I didn’t think I would obtain. However this was the best decision I could have made. The staff truly cared about my… well-being and worked around the clock to ensure I was stable and comfortable. The facility was clean, the food was delicious, and the individualized care plan made a significant difference in my treatment. It is a safe haven for those in need of help.
Staff is amazing very patient and caring. The food is great! A positive environment to rest to get medical attention and to receive proper care.

They truly care and care to… help meet your needs. In addition, the food was fantastic, the facility is very clean. From the nurses, to counseling staff, the program manager and director, psychiatrist and dr, to mht’s, they are all a wonderful group of people really focused on improving patients quality of life.
