This service was a godsend when I reached out to them. I was truly struggling in that point of my life and had so much going on and I was in a bad place and the first day I went in they did they talked to me for a while… figured out things asked me about services I needed. They did an intake on me. I got there at 8 AM and I had a Counselor appointment less than a week later cause I was willing to do mine by Zoom. I had a Case Manager show up start showing up about a week later. It was a little slow on my psychiatric appointment. I had to wait a month for that, but they made sure I was able to keep on my current meds till that appointment happened. I would 100% recommend the mental health services to anybody that ask
Awesome place. The help that I have received there is extremely beneficial.
Went to do a walk-in assessment and was asked where I live and what insurance I have. Provided that information and was given paperwork to fill out. After waiting in the waiting room for who knows how long, the same… person who asked me about my insurance comes out to tell me they only accept Medicaid and uninsured patients. So, they let me sit there and wait and fill out all that paperwork when they knew from the beginning that they didn’t take my insurance. Super unprofessional and an unnecessary waste of my time.
