Such an awful and disrespectful staff. Today I went for my 8 year old daughter they told me they were prescribing her two medications (ibuprofen and zofran) and kept telling me different symptoms I never told them she… had. I went to pick up said medication just to receive three bottles of ibuprofen and no zofran. I called them and they put Kayla marcum on the phone which is the doctor she saw. And she first got my child’s name completely wrong was a whole different kids name even though I told both women I talked to why I was calling and the name of the patient. So I asked if I had to get her seen again to get zofran since she didn’t fill the zofran which was half the reason my daughter went and I said this is ridiculous to go through just to get health care for my daughter because she tried to tell me she never said she was prescribing zofran. Then proceeded to tell me that she’s not dealing with me and to go to another clinic. I hope she loses her job. This is incredibly unprofessional.
