My girlfriend who is a recovering addict and is off of drugs went here for about a month and told these people she was sober and they gave her a prescription for suboxin. We were appalled and she has not returned since.… If you are an addict trying to maintain sobriety I definitely recommend avoiding this place. They should be investigated for sure.
New Vista struggles with internal communication and management. Do not use this company for services.
DO NOT USE NEW VISTA. HIPAA VIOLATIONS! YOU ONLY HAVE 180 DAYS TO FILE. THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT.
The workers here are amazing. They really care about my daughter and myself. I've learned so much with them. Always there for us. Thank you all deeply
I like this place
If you aren't trying to kill yourself, or in a really dark place, then they don't seem to care about moving your appointments.
They've helped me very much. Beyond therapy and medication, they offer so much more. They will find you a case worker if needed, help with basic needs, group therapy and more. The staff has been extremely helpful and… friendly, I'm very grateful for their services.
