Ethan Health – Richmond

Serious issues of organization and communication exist here at all levels. The staff dont communicate well with each other or with the clients. It is systemic. No one is on the same page. The PHP groups are… unfortunately pointless. Pretty much watching movies. Silas, who runs the IOP, does his best to make his groups worthwhile and it is appreciated. He is the best part of the programming by far. The only good part of the groups. This place has potential but as it is right now I would recommend it to no one. The saving grace of this place is that the sober living aspect is good. The housing is good and clean. The fellow clients were good and respectful. Otherwise - it's a bizarre place. There is little to no atmosphere of recovery. The company appears to be driven by fear. I hope Ethan Health fix their problems because they could be good and helpful in the future. There are good people working there who are not organized well. You can see the frustration on their faces. I am glad I am no longer there.

Good people, they care.. I enjoyed the IOP very enlightening.. I'm sure they help a lot of people that want to go down that road.. It's just not for me, I'm in complete control of my life

Do not go here they will mess you up on your appointments and they will short you on your medication’s. This is just an insurance scam. They just see you for your insurance and not a patient

These people gave me a new lease on life staff has become my family... Sober living has been awesome as well like they actually care! Great staff, Great services, Ethan Health is truly the best around.

If you want a place to start your recovery journey, this is it. There is no room for the nonsense you will find at other 30 day inpatient facilities. All the staff will help you succeed in any way they can, setting you… up for longer term treatment in there sober living program. I have been to other treatments in the past but Ethan health is by far the best. They check all boxes you are looking for in a recovery journey. I owe them for where my life is heading today.

My experience at Ethan Health has 100% the best decision I've made in my adult life. It was my first time in rehab after 30 years of Alcohol and addiction and before I came I had accepted it as fact that I would die in… addiction. I came in though with a open mind to accept what ever help I could get from it and now 80 days later I'm in there soberliving working no cravings living life ,happy and looking forward to the future just so grateful for everything I have and all they've done to help me.

Ethan health is definitely a special place. This place has definitely got me out of my comfort zone. My name is Christopher Downs IV been an addict for 15 years. IV been two Texas south Haven Mississippi and and a few other rehab. And out of all the rehab IV been two this one in Richmond KY is different and when I say… different I mean they care about all there clients they get involved and they really want you two stay sober and live your beste life two the fullest... There sober living is top notch as well. I'm proudly two say this is the first time in 15 years I'm sober and enjoy every moment of this way of life. I highly recommend this place.

This place is wonderful....the staff is attentive and caring. They have multiple resources to help in after care which is a very important step when completing treatment...as a former client I still keep contact with… the people here on an almost daily basis and I know I have support whenever I need it...if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired do yourself a favor and give them a call
