Definitely find somewhere else to go. They do not care about people. If you have a full time job you'll loose it because they dont have late appointments anymore. I've been in recovery for 15 years never failed a drug… test and they got me coming In weekly new job be dawned So yeah fins somewhere else.
It's a great place to start your sobriety and keep up to date with great staff and caring doctors brightveiw is my choice 😊
Brightview has helped me in all kinds of ways keep me off drugs and alcohol everybody is good to me thank you all for helping me....
Friendly carring helpfull and thay don't waste time you get in and out quickly
I love Brightview in Nicholasville KY! They treat you like they really care and I didn't feel like most places where people judge or look down on you. I highly recommend this place and is the best things I ever did! I'm… actually getting my life back! If you know anyone struggling with addiction please try to get them to go here is amazing how it's helped me💯!
I have been on methadone for over 10 years. I moved to Kentucky in 2023 and started going to the Brightview clinic in Nicholasville. Within 6 months, I earned 27 take-home doses. This was a huge victory for me, because… I struggled so much at the clinic I had previously attended. The people at Brightview are very professional and I absolutely LOVE my counselor, Rebecca C. I show up once a month and see her, visit the doctor and pick up my take-homes. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
BrightView health will always be at the top of my people, places and things list of folks that gave me the opportunity to get sober. Jesus will always be #1. BrightView gets it, as for my experience they have completely… accommodating to my request and my goals. Whether it’s an appointment change, to vent about life’s struggles, they will be available within an individuals path to recovery. I began a year ago September 2025, my goal was to be completely sober in a year. They helped build a plan to get me there and have been my biggest fans as we grind towards it. Don’t have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. If you read this and are ready to find the road to recovery, don’t hesitate to let BrightView be a shoulder you can lean on as you begin your journey. I pray for the Goodness of God to reach everyone, especially those who battle addictions.
It has been an exceptional experience the team at brightview has been a great help and I would recommend to everyone that needs their services.
Wanna say i really do appreciate the staff and the difference they have made in my sobriety.
I do not recommend. I'm sure other locations have a better reputation but just look at the overall rating. 4 stars? After this, scroll down and read "Jay Dawg's" heart- wrenching review/testimony about how Brightview… completely pushed out all other pharmacy options so they can charge astronomically for the same cheap Suboxone while they bill Medicaid, Medicare, and certain insurance $47 PER PILL for What's only $20 for the whole prescription at CVS and Walgreens! And most never know. Like me! Because I never see my bill bc I'm on Medicaid. What's the point of having a rating system if there are no reforms? Alot of staff here are rude and have this "I'm better than you" ," I'm in charge of you", " I'm too busy doing nothing to actually care" attitude. ESPECIALLY AND SPECIFICALLY the two receptionist currently there as of late August 2026. Mallory is essentially hateful and moody. The other one is a major Karen as well. That job is their life so their sense of reality has somehow been warped into them thinking that they have this power to literally turn you away for the slightest offense. This location is constantly under staffed. Providers, therapists, case managers, constantly quit or move on to something better. Do not blame them at all. I guess overall my main issue is the main lady and reception. If those things were fixed I'd change my review. I bet more people would enjoy working there too and be more likely to stay. There's a real power issue there in these people I mentioned and it's gross and obvious. It's also obvious they're not there for the love of helping addicts. It's more like they're there to indulge in their own addiction to sadistic, power hungry authority that they only feel while working over a bunch of poor souls just trying to find help and feel normal. I hate this location for these reasons and because of these 3 people.
I'm so thankful for this place. Over a year ago, I had hit rock bottom. I was desperate for help but felt like I had nowhere to turn. I felt completely lost. I made an appointment with BrightView, not knowing what to… expect or if I was just wasting my time at a place that wouldn't really help me or might even turn me away. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with kindness, understanding, and people who genuinely wanted to see me get better. Every single person I've encountered has treated me with compassion and respect. I'm so thankful for everyone who works here every day. They always have a smile on their face and truly care about the people they help. Even when someone is having a hard day or gives them a difficult time, they remain patient, kind, and supportive. Coming here has been such a breath of fresh air. If you're where I was a year ago—scared, feeling hopeless, and not knowing where to go—please make an appointment. It changed my life. Today, I'm proud to say I'm over a year sober, and I truly don't know where I'd be without BrightView. Recovery is possible. You can do it too. ❤️
BrightView has been a true blessing in my life. I began coming here during one of the hardest seasons I have ever faced. When my world seemed to be falling apart and I felt completely alone, the staff at BrightView… welcomed me with open arms and treated me with kindness, dignity, and respect. They didn’t just help me with my physical health—they helped me believe in myself again. Every counselor, nurse, and staff member has encouraged me to keep moving forward, even on the days when I struggled to see hope for myself. For a long time, BrightView was one of the only places where I felt genuinely supported. They have been a huge part of my recovery journey and have helped me stay focused on building a better future not only for myself, but for my children and grandchild as well. I actually look forward to my visits because I know I am investing in my health, my recovery, and my future. Recovery is hard work, but BrightView has never made me feel like I was walking that road alone. I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done for me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about changing their life. “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” — Philippians 1:6 Thank you, BrightView, for helping me keep going when I wasn’t sure I could. ❤️
This place has saved my life. I’m so blessed I found them. Absolutely try this program. Trust in it even when you don’t trust yourself.
Im thankful to have 10 months clean thanks to Brightview! Couldn't have done it without the supportive team that Brightview provides! Easy check in process , outstanding counseling team, the nurses and doctors are super… friendly, and case management team was able to help me reach goals i would have never done on my own.
Great center, people are always polite and extremely helpful with your particular situation. Always available to talk or just listen also they have a lot of useful resources.
This place has saved me from very bad situation.. and everyone that works there has treated me with nothing but love.
They claim they want to help people. For one if you don't have insurance it $400.00 You can't hold a full time job having to come and sit for 2 hours or more. The staff is rude and it's went down hill.
I've never been treated with the utmost respect from these wonderful ladies anywhere else if you are seeking addiction treatment go there trust me
No satisfied at all I went here for year then all sudden have to use there pharmacy you know why because my subs costs 1000% more than med save 753 bucks and med save 10 bucks who the hell can afford that no one if… Obama care gets cut the losing most there business again that's why it's so high they don't tell you that either they say 300 well no that went up to. I will be going somewhere else. I would not even give 1 star if i could not give a star and when you try and ask them it something about my insurance i had Obama care when they sent mine out. The street is cheaper.
I absolutely love Brightview. They have helped saved the lives of my boyfriend and I. I whole heartedly believe that we are both here breathing today because of the time and effort that the staff there at Brightview has… put into us. Thank you to all of you guys from the bottoms of our hearts 💕
Oh, lucky you! You've stumbled upon a true gem in the world of healthcare, where communication is clearly an ancient, forgotten art. So, after faithfully enduring weekly visits for months, my doctor, decided I had… earned the privilege of monthly visits. How convenient, right? Except, plot twist! You still had to trek in weekly just for your meds. Because, you know, efficiency. But wait, the plot thickens! Today, after a perfect attendance record that would make a saint blush, some tech with an attitude apparently decided to rewrite history. Suddenly, you're the villain, skipping out on appointments last week just for your precious meds. Never mind that you were just following doctor's orders like a good little patient. And the best part? No one bothered to mention this "misunderstanding" last week when everything went "flawlessly." Perhaps they were too busy admiring their own disorganization? Honestly, if you enjoy being accused of things you didn't do and witnessing a masterclass in internal chaos, then by all means, this is your Utopia. For the rest of us, I'd suggest you run, not walk, in the opposite direction. Your sanity will thank you.
I used to like this Nicholasville kentucky location but I feel I should let people know the truth. I have been in longterm suboxone treatment for nearly 18 years and overnight they jack up the price of my meds ten times… what the pharmacy charges forcing me to sufdenly go cold turkey overnight.. will likely lose my job without subs.I am also diabetic. they dont care if I die appatently. never had a bad screen ever at brightview.never missed a payment. . . they wont even respond to this.they are forcing patients to use their in house pharmacy for suboxone and going through an out of network third party for medication management. someone named randy a deeks who bills insurance up to 1325 for 28 generic suboxone tablets. at the pharmacy they are only 20 bucks. anthem pays everything except whoever this out of network randy deeks guy is . who is not in the building and never even sees your meds. they want to rip off medicade and medicare and taxpayers for as much as possible one 8mg suboxone tablet costs 47 dollars. they arent helping anyone. Notice they responded to everyone else. but a patient with a serious issue they completely ignore. if you work a job and dont have medicaid or medicare and private insurance. they leave you at deaths door. do not trust them. they are dangerous. keep you hooked then raise the price to 300 per week for 28 sub tablets. and then ignore you. never even called me when i stopped going after 5 or 6 years
One of the best clinics you can go to,they treat you like family there
I absolutely love my clinic in Nicholasville the staff and doctors are all amazing and they truly care about the patients and they don't look down on you or seem to pass judgment which I've had to deal with before at… other clinics I've never been clean ever in methadone maintenance and now I have with brightview.....
