Brittany Johnson is the best I went through her anger management classes and she really helped me cope with my anger she's very kind and sweet I recommend anybody to go to her classes with her she's so… understanding if you have court order anger management or you just want to go because you have anger problem or you just want to change your life for the better this is the place to go I really want to thank Miss. Brittany Johnson you are the best!!!!!!!!!

Ryan the installer at Changed Lives is awesome. He’s always accessible, and returns calls almost immediately. Friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

I loved the classes at Change Live they really give you an experience and chance to turn your situation around for better they have many classes you can attend and Ms.Brittany Johnson is the most wonderful person she is… very understanding not judgmental she is a movement when it comes to her classes she has made me see life different as a mother women student and friend please attend the classes if needed if you know anyone who need assistance reach out to change lives ❤️

If i could give less than 1 star I would. Changed Lives Simply is out for money from clients with syate insurance. The owner Chris could care less wheather you make it or not, he will be back at Recovery Works rehab to… round up 10 more clients the next week. He cramps as many grown men as he can into a barracks style living situation with absolutely zero privacy or consideration for Recovery. Does not help individuals get anything they need as far as clothes,food gov phones and requires cash payment the second week after arrival. No excuses. In Early Recovery many can be triggered by all sorts of things in the city but Chris and his goonie house managers(who also threaten violence and try to intimidate, very prison mentality)do not care about your recovery..You are forced out into the weather to look for work in person, knowing very well everything is online and can be done there. Oh BTW, if your favored by the house "manager", you will be allowed to get away with drinking on a daily basis. Its very much ran off personality rather principle. DO NOT RECOMMEND.. The Owner Chris simply doesnt care who stay or makes it. He returns every week to Recovery works in Georgetown KY to round up more individuals hunting for money. Worst program ive been to by far. Its literally a shelter. Thats what they tell you when you shown up..go eat at the shelter behind the Building I Warn anyone to avoid this place.. UpUpdate..im told Changed Lives is Still billing my insurance as of March 30th. If you do not bill insurances why do you collect insurance from every client during intake process?

The guy that does installations for the cars is amazing.His name is Ryan.He was very professional and super helpful during a stressful time.I would rate this place a thousand stars!

The assistance and expertise through this particular drug and alcohol treatment facility cannot be overemphasized especially considering case manager Brittany Johnson. Ms. Johnson not only provided our family… reassurance and substantial guidance in solidifying viable treatment options she further offered valuable networking options and educated/informed alternatives

Where to begin. I was not there but my son was. When he told me about this place I was so excited. He was led to believe that they would help him get a job and that they had transportation for him, they did not do… either. He went there after rehab for a 13 year addiction and he had nothing but expected to pay the first week he was there. He did everything that was required of him. He had to walk to the er twice because no one would take him. And because he couldn’t pee on demand they kicked him out at 11:30 at night with no where to go. I’m 3 hours away and I can’t drive at night. This place is an absolute joke and all they want is the money. Please if you need help DO NOT GO HERE. There is so much more I could say but I won’t. He wasn’t using drugs when he was there. I have my facts .

I absolutely love it here. I can't complain of much at all. The house managers are great and treat you with respect. The emotional support dog is great. The IOP/therapist is very knowledgeable and nice. You feel like… family more than just another client. The owner Chris is a great stand up guy that will do anything in his power to help you succeed. It's a convenient location for anyone on MAT because of Kindred Recovery being right across the street. They only help with Suboxone I believe but it is definitely a good resource to have. The location is convenient because of light house ministries. They serve food daily for the less fortunate. I can't find anything to say negative. It really matters when you feel and know the people care.

Changed lives gave me the tools to be successful and become a productive member of society they care and they kno ur human and they meet you where ur at

I just want to say that this is the first and only sober living I have ever been in. It’s a great program and Chris Kayla and Maurey are awesome people that really actually care about the people here in the program!!… It’s called Changed Lives for a reason because this place really does change lives…it sure has changed mine!! Thanks Chris and all of you for caring enough and accepting me for me!! I definitely chose the right place to come to!!

My experience was horrible at the woman’s sober living there . The house manager screamed at me and threw me into multiple panic attacks . Then the house manger and the Therapist named Maurey lied and said that I cussed… them out when that never happened bc I was to busy crying and being in a panic attack and I never have disrespected any of them . I’m an honest good person unlike the people that work for Chris Cox

All I can say is when I came here I was spiritually bankrupt and thought God was mad at me because I had been so angry wit him!!! I swore that God was punishing me however I’ve been to church every Sunday since being… here and mind u We aren’t made to go he gives us that choice however I’m hoping to get baptized Sunday by Chris and start my own spiritual walk with my Higher Power!!! Definitely a place that God is in! Kayla is an amazing peer support an amazing supporter of ALL us not just one of us their is no favoritism here either!! And our IOP INSTRUCTOR IS ONE OF A KIND!!!!

Chris is a Godley man that is making a wonderful difference in my life and many many men that goes through his program‼️ I personally don't go through his program but it doesn't matter to him as long as ppl are willing… to want changes in their lives and seek the lord I'm truly grateful for having him as a friend and he's also someone I look up too!! I can honestly say that the staff have nothing but the upmost care and concern. I have had nothing but a positive experience . I would recommend any one that is serious about recovery give them a chance .

Chris Cox is an awesome counselor and mentor...he takes his time with individuals independently...he… relates, understands, respectful and honest with his clients. I have witnessed miracles occur here. First hand witness to many young men living and becoming independent. I've had a positive experience watching others grow and recover. I would recommend for any mental health or… substance abuse needs!
