Great experience this morning with Dr.Yost and Alicia. Been here 10 years and been to other places but they are best!

Medmark clinic has helped me stay motivated and also to feel positive about being able to accomplish the goals that I thought were not possible, which has improved my life greatly.

Im gonna sum it up quick so forgive me ahead of time.To the people attending here We all had times where we thought we had more money in our account than we did.Well guess what I got them on video.. got handwritten… reciepts proving it.They offered to make it right only now to play games acting like they dont believe cause Im an addict but nice try.. One of the employees denied the existence of an individual..the one that was going threw my statements to pay back.He conventially got fired..Oh and the videos with the thief..she got promoted to councilor...I tried being civil..but Ive come to realize there something going on with this company.They need to be investigated immediately..corps only pull the corporate hard line..when something greater at risk.. I Almost left out the false advertisement,Claiming to be in network with humana but according to humana didnt until 2021...Thats right...

I'm so very thankful I found this place! I've been going here for quite some time and I know it has helped me. TREMENDOUSLY! Mr. Bill is an extremely considerate and patient person to hear all of my situations without… criticism. Miss Alicia has done so much to upgrade the facility and you can tell she wholeheartedly cares. And my wonderful nurses, well they are the best!! Mrs. Katherine, Mrs. Janice and Mrs. Shanda are the most thoughtful women you will ever meet!! After all the time I've spent here, it almost seems like a small family. Definitely a supportive community. I would highly recommend to anyone!! I appreciate everything they do to help the community!

ok here is my story I have been going here for 12 yrs and never had a bad drug screen I got real sick and had to go under a Dr care recently and they tried all kinds of medicines none narcotic and I kept everyone in the… loop up there so I thought when I gave the nurse the papers she never gave my worker or Dr my medicine paper work so I they pop me with a drug screen which is fine and come back saying i got fentynal in my system i had them resend it and still came back with that i have explained to them i have nothingbut good behavior and never had a bad drug screen in my life since i started there i have had nothing but complete compliance and good behavior theyhave made me come in twice a week for something i did not do please help me understand

The staff at Medmark is amazing. They actually care and don't waste your time like everyone else. They actually want you to recover! Best place in Savannah for sure!

If you’re looking for a methadone clinic in Savannah or any rural area outside of Chatham, this is the place. I’ve since become clean but I had the best counselor who I actually ended up living a stone’s throw away from… in Effingham. Out of curiosity, I came here searching for her name, as I’ve forgotten it and would like to reconnect. Was able to see her out in public quite a few times and tell her about my sobriety. She genuinely was over the moon about it which is always nice to see someone genuinely happy for you though understood only via education/interactions overcoming addiction/the struggles. Basically the cheapest/best therapist I’ve ever had. So when reading some of these reviews it’s nice seeing the counselors are still doing a great job. One doesn’t need to be an ex-addict to understand it and though experience does help, a compassionate ‘n sunny disposition goes a long way. Godspeed!

Great treatment center. Pretty much all the staff are very nice and helpful. An all around positive environment and they’re usually pretty quick for the most part.

Medmark treatment center has helped me get my life back!! All counselors are caring and compassionate! Bill, Hope and Crystal are PHENOMENAL! All of them have helped me through the darkest times and walked with me every… step of the way. Carmin and Alisha have always been helpful with the insurance side of things, or any paperwork Ive needed. All the dosing nurses are very warm and friendly. Ms. Katherine and Ms. Janice always make sure I am comfortable with my medication and answer any medical questions I may have. I know I can go here when I am having a bad day and come out with a brand new perspective because they do care. Thank you Medmark Savannah Team!!!

The only reason this place deserves 5 stars or ANY stars is because of CRYSTAL. She is beyond compassionate, understanding and caring. As an addict, talking to any counselor that hasn't experienced addiction themselves… makes you uncomfortable because they can't relate, but I have been more comfortable talking with Crystal more than I have my own spouse or family. If anyone in this building deserves a raise, career advancement, praise... ANYTHING.... It BETTER go to her. Thank you Crystal for all you have done for me and countless others!!!

Crystal is an amazing counselor and words cannot describe her empathic understanding and compassionate soul. I have often heard people prefer a counselor that has worn the shoes of an addict because they cannot identify… with the addictive cycle such as physical withdrawal, other disorders, and hardships that come with addiction. Let me be perfectly clear on how I feel that Crystal is a prime example of how that is the farthest thing from the truth that I have ever heard. She has not experienced the life of an addict but her empathy and wisdom allows her to see clearly through the eyes of an addict and into their heart as hers is the window to her very soul. Crystal is what those of us who are serious about recovery dream of filling her shoes. Crystal would make a great clinical supervisor and director of any MAT program.

I ,love everything about Med Mark program the people who work there are truly amazing and they go out of the way to help you every chance they can and plus go beyond that l’ve never had a bad experience at this place… The counselors and the directors are very respectful and the nurse is a very beautiful person she is so pleasant and sweet l can’t say enough about how pleasant my journey has been since l arrived here and l can’t say enough about my Counselor he’s very understanding and patient ,caring and he’s always make the time to help me out even if l don’t have a appointment with him and l really appreciate him explaining and trying to help me understand everything that’s going on with myself and that goes for a lot of the people who work at Med Mark they’re just very friendly and respectful and are very willing to do there job’s as long as you put your effort and your recovery and the program first you will not have nothing but good things to say about the program so here’s to Med Mark for being a safe haven for me I’ll just love being a part of the program thanks to you all for helping me change my life for the best May God Bless you all 🙏🙏 Ms Brenda Hunt

This is a great place when you have no where to turn and your tired of being sick there is no where better to turn I went from spending over a hundred a day and was still sick and now I take me 12$ dose and I sleep all… night not waking up sick every morning.. 😄😃😀

This place is one of the best clinics I've been to but, as amazing as everyone is, the whole place would fall down without Crystal she is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AT HER JOB AND SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SOUL. She definitely… deserves a raise and any office would be lucky to have her. She wasn't even my counselor but I would call and ask for her cuz she gets stuff done. The nurses are wonderful too, everyone I met is, I would NOT be moving but my husband's job is sending us back to Houston but this is by far the best clinic in Savannah, and I started out as t the other one. SOCIAL DISTANCING AND EVERYONE STAY SAFE. MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL.🙏❤

I literally can't say enough great things about this place!! Every single person I've met here is completely awesome and very helpful!! I wish all clinics were this great!! I also wish I could stay here for the… remainder of my treatment. This is my 2nd time guess dosing here, and I'm checking in tomorrow as a permanent client and I can't be happier. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! The girls that run the front desk are literally girls I could be friends with forever!! Love it here!! Update== I ended up staying in town for a while. My 2 favorite people are the 2 girls that run the front desk, but for sure Nicole has been great to me. It helps when someone can relate to me. This is an awesome place. And very fast, I'm here less than 5 minutes on the mornings I'm there. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and just down to earth great people. The kinda of people you know you can trust. I cant say enough about the place and people, lmao if you can't tell. You won't be disappointed.

They closed for 3 days WITH NO NOTICE AT ALL! Then the neighboring clinic was told they were "crazy" for dosing us!! Shame on this place. Take my money everyday but left me to be sick for days!! It's all about the… almighty Dollar!!!

Staff very nice.but the doctor knows that all time on any clinic consecutive is suppose to count as long as you have clean urine screens,yet I still can not get my take home day privlidge,and I have been in phase one… since Feb. 7 until now. Still no privlidge,4 months and still waiting.

It's VERY private!! No long waiting times(ever), fast in & out! Counselor's are professional & very accommodating to your schedule. Much faster than the other clinic's.

I'm not a patient but yet I have someone that was in neef of setvice and was rejected. I understand this is a business but when you so call care about people pysical and medical well-being then you would go above and… beyond to help those that are trying to help themselves. I was very DISAPPOINTED. We as a country have an epidemic and people are dying. Do you care about people's health? Or do you care about the mighty dollar? I know probably to you it's the mighty dollar. Have a Great Day!

The reason I give it 2 stars is because of 1 staff member. Now that sounds like I'm throwing out the baby with the bath water, doesnt it?? Not if it's the doctor, there being 1. I have been on this, methadone, through… clinics here and Atlanta for well over a decade, also in between these times, suboxone for 15 years through a private doctor. Forget the aspect of it being a clinic even; I have rarely ever met a human being who thinks he's above your very own knowledge of yourself, AND God, and the latter I just CANNOT GET. He'll justify your every symptom, your every obvious need for a raise in dosage amount, by his pretty little head. Never known a doctor quite like this one, and unfortunately he's at this wonderful49 0 clinic, (otherwise, it would be 100% wonderful because the rest of the staff is cheerful, upbeat and fun. I really LIKE THE PLACE. But it's unfortunate I have to suffer. The other 2 clinics in my town of Savannah, let's make THAT clear, I'm ONLY talking about the clinic here, are ill-fated for me either due to location or are insurance related. I want to make another thing clear also: If this is your first time at a clinic, go for it. Though I do not recommend methadone or suboxone as a permanent solution, I would come to Medmark, for treatment. My own tolerance is very high, most likely from years on it, so its doubtful you would have the same problem I do with the doctor, who by the way, MUST have been bullied at school.

I have been going here for over 5 years. The staff is friendly/accommodating of all needs. They are professional. They also get you in and out. The only day that takes awhile is when it is the first day because of… protocol. This is the only clinic I would trust in Savannah. They have great hours. I read other reviews saying they would cut you off over 12 dollars. This is a lie. As long as you maintain a good financial record and take care of debts in timely manner you can slide a day or two and pay back later. Thanks for helping me so much with treatment. The new nurse is so sweet. Ms. Janis is the best and love her new help! Crystal is a sweetie. The director does alot to help everyone out as well! He works hard behind the scenes and even has to work up front every now and then 🤗

0. The amount of times this clinic has opened on time this year. Half way through February, and they haven't opened on time once. Just opened 10 minutes after. I have pics and video. Absolute incompetence.
