absolute worst experience here. they treat every patient like addicts. dont bother coming here if u have any traces of thc in ur system, even if youve been detoxing. itll be a waste of time and they wont give you what… you need until youre 100% clear. nurses scream THC positive to the monitor as soon as you walk in instead of greeting you when meeting with the psychiatrist virtually. thanks for adding to my anxiety and ptsd, the disappointment in assistance for people like me is confirmed. finding a new psychiatrist asap. dont recommend Dr. Kaiser AT ALL. 10/10 would not recommend this site for meds & treatment. They dont even condone nicotine. Theres other more empathetic psychiatrists. Not to mention they dont reply to emails weeks prior to appointments. Theyre terrible. And to the employee reading this, dont reply back. I never wanna hear from yall again. Ill never reach back out so dont waste your time like youve already wasted mine. I never wouldve came if you had just replied to my email asking about my chances of getting meds after weeks of not smoking thc. Yall failed to reply. I bet youll reply to this though, so, proceed. Yall clearly dont listen anyways.
don't even waste your time here if you have serious mental Illness condescending receptionist very unprofessional and rude they don't care at all and all you'll really receive in my experience is like some light peer… counseling but if that's what you need maybe this is a good fit
Great Psychiatrist but staff and nurses do not answer phone calls, return phone calls, and meds don’t get filled. How does a mental health facility provide mental help when a patient runs out medication which causes… mental health issues ? If there is a crisis who do you call? You sure can’t call them. Poorly run. All you see is staff always redecorating the place.

I have a problem with the african american receptionist. If you are not a people person, you should nit be a receptionist. Her attitude is condescending and nasty. Also why schedule numerous lab work on the same day to… have clients sitting for more than hour. Some clients are intellectually disabled and don't understand why they have yo wait for so long which causes anxiety and behavior issues. Other than that Dr kaiser and case manager angela robinson are wonderful.
