You will not find better anywhere because all the best are working here. From the councilors like Raven, Kassi, Jessica and Evelyn to the wonderful nurses Tina, Chandra, and Mary (they are the best part of my day)who… ensure that you not only get what you are prescribed but also that you are feeling your best. Not only will you never be shamed and only encouraged and motivated by staff but they truly are rooting for you. If you want to succeed and feel your best then you should be treated by the best and they are all here. Added bonus is that you can receive full panel blood screening to make sure that you don't just think you are ok but know that you are. I am the hardest stick and worst to draw blood from but Nay is the absolute best vein expert I have ever seen. Aside from being the best at their jobs they are some of the best people you'll meet as well
This place is what you make of it. If you make problems you will have problems. They will treat you with the same respect you have for them. There's no labels, stigmas or biased stereotyping. Privacy is guaranteed so… respect fellow attendees privacy as well. Any staff that is any or all of the above will have a very short career at New Seasons. *Hours: 5am-12pm *Walk-ins are welcome *Much more affordable than the alternative *Most insurances accepted
The nurses and ancillary staff are amazing. However the program director, Jessica, has completely ruined the program. She applies what she called “courtesy rules” to certain patients that are not actual rules, yet does… not show any common courtesy to anyone. She has an attitude problem like no other. She’s so bad that it’s a regular occurrence for the patients to talk about how horrible she is in the waiting room, and to storm out of the office swearing and being incredibly angry due to her incompetence. Also, if you write a negative review she gets in trouble, will call you out, and retaliates by cutting your take-homes or not allowing you to pick up your full doses if you arrive past 11am (even though the clinic closes at 12pm). So go ahead Jessica, call me out and prove this review to be true.
New administration is heavily lacking - applying arbitrary rules to an established handbook for stages of success is not a definable strategy of success for their position and patients. Monica, previous admin led a… better facility here.
I absolutely love this place and the help they are giving me and changing my life for the bettter I feel so much better that I'm not doing what I use to do and also overdosing a handful of times and I can't do that to… my kids and the people who love me thanks new seasons you guys are the best ...really a god send no cap...
Great place to go if you need help getting clean, they will also help you get insurance if you need it!
The PD, Jessica treats patients like they are the # their case is assigned as. She obviously doesn't like people who are considered substance abusers and thinks her power/authority of her position grants her the right… to treat her patients as subjects who are below her. Last time, I was eligible for take homes according to the nurse who doses me and I went In to get said take homes. She told me I wasnt eligible. I told her to look again because it's been 3 months and I've never had a dirty screen. She had nothing nice to say after that. Then she said you haven't met with a counselor yet so you can't get take homes or phase up. I've been a patient for over 3m without seeing a counselor or being assigned one because their case loads are over booked. I asked her how that was my fault and why I couldn't get take homes. She accused me of having an attitude that she has had since I met her last week. My first encounter with her besides today. I told her she was being passive aggressive and I was matching the same behavior she presented me with since the moment she met me and told me my name wasnt important. Only my ID # was when she interrupted me introducing myself asking for my ID number. We have names. You may give us a #, but I dont identify with that #. I identify with my name. Let me introduce myself like a responsible adult should do, then ask me for my #. You will be treated as sub human by Jessica no matter what your attitude is or how you respond. I didnt raise my voice at her once. Yet, she was yelling at me the whole time I was in her office. She told me I could leave after all this and not getting help for a second time or getting a counselor. I told her I didn't deserve to not get fair treatment or a counselor for over 3 months. She continued to say I had the same attitude that she presented to me with and if I didnt leave her office she would call the cops on me to force me to leave her office. Of course, I left. Anyone who needs to rely on LEOs and waste their time, money, effort and public resources to handle a professional matter, which she should be professional about consider her job is with the public, shouldnt have such a job or be in a position of power over others they consider less than themselves. I discussed this with other patients in the lobby while waiting to see her and was told by everyone there that this is normal behavior for her. Just because I wouldn't put up with her behavior or condone it, she feels threatened. Probably the first time that somebody stood up to her. I understand that as a 5' 5", 110 pound man, I may be considered oh so threatening. So, I left her office at her command of her calling the LEOs. The doctor who was working when I tried to do my intake 3m ago treated me the same way and I wouldn't put up with it from him either at that time before they let him go for n/a reasons to me and hired a new doctor this past month. With him, I told him I had chronic hereditary pancreatitis. He assumed it was injecting illegal substances. That I put myself in the situation to get this painful disease. I ask him nicely to not assume that I was dx'd with CP because of my history. He told me that 99% of patients dx'd that he sees at that office with CP is because of their own choices. I told him, that I was the 1% then. He took me asking politely not to assume as a threat to him and his credentials as well, yelling at me to leave the office. Yelling that I was ready for treatment even though I spent the time, $, energy to work past my own guilt and ask for help from people I don't know who are supposed to be professional/more than qualified to assist me. Again, if you don't have the patience to work with the public or people you consider less than yourself because of mental health problems, you probably shouldn't be working this job. These are your patients, not your subjects. I made a mistake in behaving like her, for that I'm sorry, I stood up for myself. I will prob be kicked out. All other staff are professional. My s/o is 9m preg. I dont need more stress. Get treatment elsewhere
Very nice. They are so very kind and make me feel good about my recovery. I feel comfortable there. It's a speedy service, and they are very knowledgeable about anything I may have questions about.
Makes me late to work everyday. Takes forever. When your flagged you gotta wait to get your message till after you p. Wish they acted like Pinellas park
Monica was awesome 👍. Super helpful, knows her job, compassionate. The best. Sad she leaving
Monica is the best counselor and director I've ever had. I'm sad to see her go
Monica, Chandra, Tina, Lisa, Kassi, and Mary are amazing! They’re the only reason I still keep coming to this clinic! I just found out there is one closer to me, but I’d rather travel to this clinic and be treated like… a human being than go anywhere else! They have made my recovery possible! They go above and beyond to make sure you are following the right steps and comfortable in your recovery! I have been to one other clinic and it was terrible. Long lines, people who treated you like you were trash because you are an addict. Just an overall terrible experience at PAR! Coming here changed everything for me! Thank you guys!
UPDATE: Today is June 23rd, 2025. Monica has taken over as the Director of the clinic over a year ago. It has been such a great improvement. She is extremely fair and never petty. She has a great attitude and will… problem-solve to the fullest. The waitresses times are very little. They've begun using a new software system to call people up to the window by their number. It can slow things down when the clinic is busy, but it helps a lot when it isn't too busy. Previous Review: This clinic used to be good, but they started accepting insurance. They have trouble keeping counselors and nurses on staff, so the line backs up frequently. Today, I came at 7:40 am and the line wrapped around the building. Left for an 815am appt and came back at 840am to the line even further around the building. Today they have 1 of 4 windows open for at least the last two hours. It's now 929am and I just got inside the building. I'm occupying my wait time with this review.
Great experience many times have guess dosed there while on vacation & it has been an amazing time & experience while being there!
I am on my husband's account unfortunately I have to go purchase a new one again. But I want to say that I've been here long enough to see the mess it was with the old counselors and director running the place. I can… HONESTLY say that it has gone from completely chaotic and def without any STRUCTURE to a COMPLETE peaceful , well organized, "WOW" the wait time, ALL the employees and ESPECIALLY the new director and the things they have all done to turn the place around to make it as amazing as it is literally puts a smile on my face everytime I walk in there they deserve to have more recognition and appreciation! Thank you all for what you've done it's amazing!!!!!
They go above and beyond. Monica is the best!
I have been to many of clinics, up north especially, and this place is so much better and I don't dread coming in. I have had a good experience with the staff even the patients that also come. The change in leadership… has made a huge difference and I look forward to seeing the director, nurses and counselors. They've made a difference in my recovery and I'm grateful for everything.
This place has been there for me right from the beginning I couldn’t be any happier. The staff is very pleasant and they look out for everyone
This clinic has improved my life for the better in so many ways. I have almost 3 years clean now and I'm especially thankful for Dr. Monica Discolo who has helped me reach my goals with kindness, efficiency, and… professionalism that goes above beyond. I am so grateful to be a patient here. There's no other clinic and staff I'd rather have helping me on my recovery journey. Thank you so much!
- I had 2-days of "guest dosing", -&- the counselor, -&- the people that helped me, were all very kind,-&- I appreciate them helping me when I needed them. Thank you so much!😊
I am so happy I came here. I highly recommend this clinic bc it has an amazing staff especially Monica!!!
I just transferred here from a clinic in PA and let me tell you it has been a pleasure coming here. Lisa is always helpful and kind and my counselor John is awesome. The director seems to really care and the nurses are… so sweet. So far it’s a far better experience than PA!!
The program director Monica threatened to call the police on me for harassment because I was concerned for my child's mother after she tested positive for fentanyl and even falsely passed drug tests with male urine, she… doesn't have the patients/addicts best interest in mind, which explains why my initial post has disappeared along with my one star rating 🌟 This place is perfect for anyone wanting to manipulate the program and continue to use street drugs while having two weeks worth of take homes to fall back on-Monica is a joke
I have had nothing but a positive experience at the clinic. The staff have all been very nice and helpful. My counselor Lynda is great!
The only thing I can say is the new director monica Doscolo works hard for the patients and care about them thank you for helping me 🙏❤️ blessings 💟
