Way Home Treatment Center – Fort Lauderdale (1100 West Oakland Park Boulevard) Address, Location and Contact Information
You will find this provider at 1100 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33311. Fort Lauderdale sits in Broward County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Reception hours vary, so a call that goes unanswered once is worth repeating rather than treating as a dead end.

Way Home Treatment Center – Fort Lauderdale (1100 West Oakland Park Boulevard) Reviews and Ratings
Families searching for treatment in Fort Lauderdale often start with reviews. If you were a patient at Way Home Treatment Center, or supported one, sharing how it went gives them something real to go on.
I was privileged to attend The Way Home's PHP and I must say they are very professional on every level of care. The group sessions are illuminating and all support staff are genuinely CARING. It shows in their overall… concern and support. The facilities are clean and one is treated with respect throughout. It's important to realize the dynamics and difficulty in running treatment facilities and one should understand this basic premise. Best to stay humble and appreciate everything for best overall experience IMHO.
I highly recommend this treatment center. The staff is awesome and they really do care about you! They helped me to get my life back and and I am truly grateful!

I had an outstanding experience at this recovery treatment center and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking support on their journey to sobriety and healing. From the moment I arrived, I was met with… professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping each individual succeed. The staff created a safe, structured, and supportive environment that made it easier to focus on recovery. The program is well-organized, and the resources provided truly equip you with the tools needed for long-term success. I want to especially highlight Bill, my therapist, who was exceptional. His knowledge, professionalism, and ability to connect on a personal level made a significant difference in my experience. He is highly skilled, attentive, and truly cares about his patients’ progress. Bill took the time to understand my situation, provided valuable guidance, and helped me build a stronger foundation for my recovery. Overall, my time at this center was life-changing. I am deeply grateful for the support I received and would confidently recommend this facility to anyone ready to take the next step toward a better, healthier life.
This is a place I mostly definitely wouldn't recommend, they wouldn't take me to my doctor's appointment for a old gunshot wound i suffer from,no one on ones with clients, ppl still getting high there and no structure… period I recommend Good Life
The staff and facility are a great combination or professionalism and care that others need in order to receive help with mental and addictive behaviors. I recommend those looking for help and or knows someone that… needs help to give this place a call.
No good. People smoke crack next door, and then they tell me because I had a relapse but I’m no longer welcome back!!! What kind of treatment center gives up on a patient? And when I say next-door, I mean my my… housemate.I would not recommend that place. But then they tell me that I’m no longer welcome because I had a moment of weakness!!!!!
the staff makes people clean THEIR BATHROOMS. can they not afford a cleaner? they make their clients feel uncomfortable by coming into the bathrooms and staring at their private parts. it’s understandable that they have… to make sure clients are clean however it seems theres unnecessary procedures. they cross boundaries in every way. especially the fact they try to interfere in their clients private relationships… terrible awful place
My overall experience was pretty good. My therapist Bobbi and Matt’s process groups were my favorite.
I had a good time at the way home treatment center and learned a lot. Matt and Bill really helped me a lot in my recovery journey. I am very thankful. I would definitely recommend the way home treatment center to… others. Thanks for everything 🙏🏼
This is a paid testimonial. Matt was my therapist. A little pushy, that guy, but he cares. The owners, Eileen, Rochelle, and the rest — they're at the center every day and I love them. This is all work, no play. This… isn't an extended stay. Not your typical center. You get out what you put in, so if you really care about changing your life, this is the way to go.
I recently attended both PHP and currently Outpatient through this facility. I was welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff here. Rachelle is a wonderful caring lady who pushed me every week. My counselor Bill… S. Has become both a friend and good mentor, as well. Tim and Andrew ran groups every day and dug into our minds and souls for a bigger purpose in this life. Eileen is like a sage or the Yoda and Taja made me laugh and feel new again. Just a great group of people and a rewarding chance to find/ regain yourself.
I had the pleasure of seeking treatment here. The staff is wonderful and really care about their clients. I would like to thank Andrew and Bill for really making me feel at home and working with me. Also would to thank… Taha for keeping me on the right path. The place does make it feel like one big family. Thanks again for the help.
No complaints here. Since being apart of the way home. I actually felt at home the staff and therapist are amazing. My therapist bill is amazingly awesome. Always makes sure my full potential comes out while making sure… I’m ok. I can truly say I am at home here with this treatment center
Although this center isn't for everyone, depending on the treatment/therapy your looking for, it was great for me. I had been to 2 others over the years and was needing a place to reset and pick my life up again. I was… allowed to work my job through the php program and keep my phone where in others can do neither. There was a little more freedom to find my path here. Therapy with Tim was light, but l was fine with that. My goals were met. Other staff, Matt and Taha, helped me with some side issues and made things easier, personable, and a positive experience. The living quarters were comfortable and they worked with me to stay a couple extra weeks even to get my transitions in order. I'm in my own place now, working a great job, and ready to start the 2nd half of my life well!
“I had such a great experience with this outpatient therapy program. From the very first session, the staff made me feel welcomed and supported. The therapists are not only knowledgeable but also truly compassionate —… they take the time to listen and tailor the sessions to your individual needs. The environment is comfortable, respectful, and encouraging, which made it easy to open up and focus on progress. I’ve noticed real improvements in both my mental and emotional well-being since starting here, and I feel like I’ve been given practical tools I can carry with me every day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional, caring, and effective outpatient therapy.”
Great experience! Great people that truly care!
The Way Home helped me more than I can say in my addiction. They gave me a good place surrounded by good people with the same goals, they care about clients, they go out of their way to make sure everyone is… accommodated for, and their knowledge on recovery is top notch. My therapist Matt was always there for me, always understood my situation, and was sympathetic to my situations, I am truly thankful. This place is all around a great environment for people who need help with addiction. Thank you guys!!
Thank you to all the staff at The Way Home Center!!! Thank you for all the support that you gave me while I was there!!! You all are amazing! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!
Management cares about the clients. Highly recommended.
After completing long-term treatment upstate, I had limited insurance—but The Way Home welcomed me into their evening IOP. It turned out to be exactly what I needed. Matthew, the evening/weekend therapist, is a rare… find. His groups were creative, grounded, and emotionally real. I didn’t always want to show up—but I never wanted to miss what Matthew had planned. He’s the kind of therapist who makes recovery feel alive again—like something you want to be part of. Bobbie, the Clinical Director, is in a league of her own. She doesn’t just supervise—she connects. She brings deep insight, compassion, and a no-nonsense honesty that makes you feel safe enough to be real. Hands down, the best therapist I’ve ever had. The program may have felt short in length, but it was rich in connection, structure, and growth. The Way Home didn’t just provide treatment—they offered me a chance to re-engage with my recovery in a way that felt human and hopeful.
I cannot thank the team at The Way Home Treatment Center enough for the incredible support they’ve shown me on my journey to sobriety. I’ve been here twice, and each time, the staff—Taha, Matt, Rachelle, Eileen, Tim,… and Andrew—welcomed me with open hearts, unwavering patience, and genuine kindness. Their care made all the difference in helping me establish a strong foundation in my early recovery, and I truly believe I wouldn’t be where I am today without them. From my first visit, Taha and Matt took the time to listen and guide me through my struggles with compassion, never making me feel judged. Rachelle and Eileen brought warmth and encouragement, always knowing how to lift my spirits on tough days. Tim and Andrew were pillars of strength, offering practical advice and showing me what resilience looks like. Their collective love and dedication created a safe space where I could begin to rebuild my life. My second time around, their patience never wavered. They remembered me, understood my challenges, and helped me pick up where I left off, pushing me toward the progress I’m so proud of now. This team doesn’t just do their job—they pour their hearts into helping people like me find hope and stability. I’m forever grateful for their kindness and the role they played in my sobriety journey. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares, The Way Home Treatment Center is it.
A way home treatment center is an amazing place they helped me get back on my feet and currently still are helping me with IOP Treatment. This place is a blessing my therapist Matt is a true life savor helps me every… day to keep me on track! Rochelle is an amazing woman as well! as a mater of fact the whole staff at a way home treatment center are all above and beyond. -Dillon Zeiss
The Way Home Treatment Center has been a truly life-changing experience. The staff is supportive and professional, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. Rachelle and Haylei, in particular, have been incredible… throughout the process. They are not only knowledgeable and dedicated, but also genuinely kind and compassionate. They take the time to listen and make you feel heard and valued. Their support has made a huge difference in my journey. I’m so grateful for everything this center has done for me and highly recommend it to anyone seeking real help and healing.
Eileen has been a huge part of my journey for a decade now. I’ve always felt loved and cared for by her and the team. I really wouldn’t be where I’m at in my life it wasn’t for Eileen and The Way Home
I give all thanks to The Way Home for almost 2 years clean now. They are wonderful poeple that really cared about me and my recovery. Helped me every possible way. Still to this day I stay in contact with them and I… hope so for many years.
Hands down one of the best treatment centers, the staff are very hands on with all clients. Very caring and supportive environment, everyone that I had encounters with at this facility was uplifting and helpful, I can’t… tell you how thankful I am for this place I can most certainly never say thank you enough for what they did for me. I am the man I am today because they helped me through the toughest parts of my journey to recovery!!!
My time at The Way Home Treatment Center has been life-changing. The staff’s support and care have been crucial in my recovery from addiction and trauma. Tim, my main therapist, has been a rock. His compassionate… approach and deep understanding of addiction made me feel truly supported. He created a safe space for me to face challenges I never thought possible. Andrew, the group therapist, brings a unique energy to sessions. His insightful guidance fosters meaningful connections with others on similar paths. His empathy and community-building skills have been incredibly healing. What makes The Way Home special is the genuine care and dedication of everyone. They treat the whole person, not just the addiction, addressing trauma and promoting holistic healing. Thanks to Tim, Bobbie, Andrew, Taha and the whole team, I’ve reclaimed my life and found hope. Their unwavering support has been the foundation of my recovery, and I am deeply grateful.
It's a pit of despair. Wasted time.Seek yourself somewhere else. Don't stutter. Move forward without this place. Just keep trying!
Ellen, Bobby and Kara saved My life. I celebrate 4 years clean today and I can only thank the people who helped along the way. When I was low, down and unlovable they showed me grace.
