Process of Changes Inc – Catonsville Detox and Rehab Services

Process of Changes Inc – Catonsville appears on the register for detox, residential treatment and intensive outpatient. Withdrawal is managed under clinical observation before other treatment begins, which matters most in the first seventy-two hours for alcohol and benzodiazepines. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

This place was the worse. Was told had a UTI and prescribed medicine. Didnt take medicine. Retested 3 months later with no UTI. Waited 1 1/2 hours pass appt time before being seen. Also told that meds I been on for… numerous years would not be filled. I dont normally post opinions but couldnt let other people get lack of care I got.

I've been seeing Dr. Paula for several years now, and while I don’t usually write reviews, I can confidently say she is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! She’s extremely articulate, thorough, and takes the time to… truly listen (which can be rare to find). Her office also has an on-site lab, so you can conveniently take care of blood work and urine tests right there. Dr. Paula genuinely cares about her patients. She will make you feel heard, respected, and taken seriously, all while being fully committed to your health. I couldn't recommend Dr. Paula enough!

The front desk and nurses are always kind and welcoming, but Paula is the reason I’ll never come back. Here’s why: • Dismisses and talks down to patients — even called my health concerns “complaints.” • Told me: “I… can’t listen to all of them, give me your top two” when I brought a list of concerns. • In earlier “therapy” visits, cut me off while venting about my parents and said: “First of all, you can’t talk about your parents like that.” • Said things like “young people like you do it, it’s not cute” when I mentioned feminine wash. • Told me not to take notes on my phone, accusing me of “not listening.” • Claimed I missed appointments (I had rescheduled), then said “I told them not to schedule you.” • Recording visits without properly informing me — only brushed it off with “it’s just for my notes.” • Clinic charges per page for paperwork signed by a nurse practitioner, not a doctor. • Appointment availability is poor (told “two weeks out” despite the clinic being nearly empty). The rest of the staff are great, but Paula’s attitude overshadows everything. If you value professionalism and respect, go elsewhere.

It is great, everything I love it. Only thing I dislike is the male who works front desk, he has an attitude to everything and it is unpleasant need to do better with that.

Dr. Paula is not just a doctor, but a true epitome of what a person in the medical field should represent. I have been with her from her firat year of practice , and I find her professionalism beyond excellence. My sons… love her, and my husband who had passed on. Would not change her for the world. If she puts me out, I’ll sit at her door until she takes me back. I would recommend Dr. Paula a billion times over. Choose Dr. Paula and you will have a good doctor for life.

Honestly why are there always men loitering in FRONT of your establishment and on the SIDES of the building? 🤔👀 If they're NOT suppose to be there then it's okay to call the Police to have them removed! Keep our… neighborhood safe please and thank you. ⚠

My name is Arionna and I have been a patient of Dr. Ohiku for over 6 years. She is amazing! She is more than a doctor to me! She is a therapist, life coach, and a family member all in one. I always feel great leaving… Dr. Ohiku. Thank you so much for everything.

I was calling Dr.Paula on the behalf of my goddaughter and she was very very very rude. When I was trying to ask her a question she hung up on me. I called back again and she said “why are you still calling me, you’re… not her parent” and hung up on me again. I called back again and she blocked me. In my 29 years of living I’ve never met a doctor so rude and unprofessional. And i understand she couldn’t give me information because I’m not her parent but she did not have to be so rude about it and hang up and block me. First time calling her and I would NOT recommend her to anyone. First impression is everything!!!

This office is terrible I do not recommend I waited almost two hours to be seen. Then when you get blood work completed you have to schedule another appointment to come in just to get the results.

I just came to the family medical clinic as a first time new pt today. My appointment was scheduled for 10:45 and I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, to fill out new pt paperwork. I have been sitting the waiting… room for an hour and a half! I don't think this clinic knows what timely service is about!

Today 8/4/22 is my 1st day back visiting with Dr. Ohiku since the Covid pandemic came upon us and Iam her very 1st appointment 9am her nurse and student Dr. are here WHY! is she NOT... I'm waiting 30 mins and they tell… me she's on her way and that SHE'S ALWAYS LATE not good as a professional or run a business..yes I know Dr.'s can run over time with patients and they can schedule us on top one another. But to be ALWAYS LATE and I'm your very 1st patient why is that? I'm looking for another Dr if time is important then think again about this place Family Medical Center on Ingleside in Baltimore. And guess what I just asked the nurse is she here yet because it's now 9:40am and she just arrived coming in the back door What?

Such a great office and Doctor. Dr. Paula Ohiku has been our family physician for over 10 years. She is the most caring doctor I have ever met. She’s very friendly and professional, well-trained, very knowledgeable,… kind, understanding and patient. I always feel excited going to this office even when it’s my worst day “medically” I could be so sick, I always feel better when I arrive. Office staff here is great as well! Thanks to the staff here for always taking the best care of me.
