I love the staff. I actually followed my therapist who transferred here. Have a new psychiatrist very pleased with, and the ladies at front desk have always been a pleasure to talk to.

Cautiously optimistic My daughter is under the care of this provider and has been for some time. My perception has been that those with whom we've worked are sympathetic to her needs and have provided timely responses… to requests for appointments and follow-ups. I had the occasion to accompany my daughter to her appointment yesterday, and though it was their first interaction with me, I felt heard and understood in my observations of my daughter's case. My only concern is in what feels to be a too-frequent turnover in staff providers who leave the practice with little or no warning to the patients, leaving them feeling abandoned. My hope is that the management will continue to make improvements to increase the resiliency, commitment and loyalty of the staff, such that continuity for the patients can be maintained.

Go literally anywhere else. This whole place needs each of their staff’s accreditation checked and their ancillary staff needs good workplace communication and customer service training.

HORRIBLE experience. I would not recommend anyone to this company. Far as as lag they well take money from you and go above and beyond to not pay you. They have really poor management and are always short of staff.

This place is NOT safe for loved ones needing guidance. The staff do not do their jobs in a timely matter if at all Causing stress on already challenged minds. They caused a patient to actually commit suicide, they were… warned ahead of time of his mind set and never bothered to check on him or send help.They are rude, really don't give anything of stimulation other then a place to go to 3days a week and transportation to the doctors office ( love to know what they charge insurance). Not all employees have proper certification for the roll they play at this place. Stay away.

This place needs a lot of responsible management! They have been reported to Department of Labor and wages due to lack of sending paychecks on time. They are also holding former employees W2 in which I will be… contacting the IRS to report them. It is crazy to think they can operate the way they do and have not been shut down!! Reporting them to the BBB as well!!! I have also found out knowledge that they have been working under a SUSPENDED License!! Do yourself a favor and don't put yourself through the stress!!

These people will help you any way they can.
